after using the Simba Sleep Mattress for a while now, I can say I am thoroughly impressed with the Luxe Hybrid Mattress, I looked around for a while for a new mattress and decided on Simba because of the myriad of technologies they include in their hybrid mattresses, not to mention their recycling and carbon neutral credentials. This is the first time I've had a mattress which uses both springs and their version of memory foam which they call Simbatex foam. This Hybrid format is the perfect mix of comfort and stability. I do have back pain problems and this bed really helps that, I wake up and have no back pain whatsoever, it's a noticeable improvement. The Mattress is quite tall, but that's because of all the different layers contained within the mattress. It is meant to be Medium to Firm when it comes to its firmness level, which I agree with, I normally like the mattress to be on the firm side, but it looks to me that the springs provide the best support no matter which position you sleep in, yet the Simbatex Foam, the breathable Zip Off Cover and the Mattress Protector (both of which you are able to throw in the washing Machine) all add up to a very comfortable sleeping experience. I had a very positive experience with Simba Sleep, from the start of ordering the mattress, having it delivered in a small box, and then opening it up, letting it take shape on the bed frame, and within hours I had a bed ready to sleep in. The policies they have like 200 night trial, 10 year guarantee, old mattress removal and free next day delivery leaves me to believe that Simba Sleep is not just out to sell you a mattress, they have clearly made a product they can be proud of and that can be relied upon to help you sleep and to last a number of years. Having trouble during 5 year with same mattress is hurting our back, we went purchase another mattress from online with high great review turn out wasn't very comfort to sleep, we got 3day day returned policy left we had to act quick to find another mattress, Heard and seen about this simba mattress through family said they have the same then they love the mattress, price wise cost alots so we decide to give it a try purchase and if it didn't suit us we can return it back before 200 night. After we paid for it we got it very quickly delivery same day the other mattress just in time returned back before deadline returned policy otherwise we be sleep on the floor! Shortly after purchase to over two week we slept like on the cloud! It's super comfort! We had a sore sciatica from old mattress and after new simba mattress we never felt any sore sciatica again! My wife have a really sore back for many years with tried many different mattress, she have been grumpy and moan about her back. Lately I didn't hear her moan or grumpy again! We hope this will continue sleep comfort on the simba bed on long term! It's definitely worth it! Only thing we got bugger is we purchase several day before the Halloween promote deal! But good thing is simba you buy a mattress it's come with worth £800 free pillow, mattress topping and duvet! The topping is very comfort and soft, something felt warm to sleep on it. Perfect fit the king mattress. Everyone have different back problem but I am a chef working long hours with over 24k stepping/climbing and lifting heavy on top with sleeping on old mattress was very miserable after getting out of bed to work. But after couple week with new simba I got out of bed with no pain in back and walk to work like I had a great sleep! Let me begin by saying I had an amazing mattress purchased from dreams back in 2005. However that was some serious good quality as it lasted 14 years!! I only found out in 2018 that one had to replace their mattress every 8 years, so I really passed that time limit. I put all my faith in dreams after having failed from another website online where I just had to send it back and opt for this dreams one having tested it out at the shop with their new innovated technology system. But I now had no mattress It was a long wait of 5 weeks (seemed long when you don't have a matrress, but is standard delivery times), and I had to remind myself this was my situaton when I first bought my mattress. I took it back to basics, deciding not to have the hump, as so many don't even have a roof over their heads so lets be humble now..My previous mattress was all fine, until recently for 5 months straight, I had a sore waist, physio referral but nothing was working, and I never have pain for that long. My lower waist pains usually last a couple of weeks if that. I started to get scared and all I wanted to do was help to relieve the problem. I have been a full time carer to my son for many years which has clearly taken a strain on my body as he needs 24/7 care where a lot of manual handling is involved, which was now taking its toll on me. I begun to wake up really stiff, and so sore, that chucking out my old mattress before this one from dreams arrived, was the correct thing to do. I slept on my leather sofa(where the home rule is "do not!" But i broke the rule lol) . It was comfy! The one I had which lasted 15 years was pocket sprung but my body had obviously changed within the 14 years of having my old mattress, as up until that point I would still rate it and still hold onto it f i could as condition was still perfect. I was sad to see it go. Then I got an orphopeadic medium firm one online and worst decision, YUK! sent back! But by then I got rid of mines, hence being mattressless LOL! It was worth the wait. I was estatic when learnt I could get pocket sprung, which I longed for, but with memory foam as well, best of both worlds, 2 in 1! The memory foam would help my waist. I can confidently say that my physio, ridding the old mattress, and getting one to accommodate my needs has rid my back pain immediately. No more waking up stiff! No more sore waist. Grove D Ottoman Blue Therapur Acti Resp Mattress Me and my partner are obsessed with our new bed and mattress. After years of waking up every morning with back pain, we reached out to Dreams to advise us on which mattress would suit us best. I love that we had an opportunity at the store to use and experience some new tech sleep matching and use it never expected such life changing results too. The mattress is deliciously comfortable and yet reassuringly supportive. With my previous mattress I always felt I was lying in the wrong position, but now I get a great night sleep whether I’m lying on my side or back, and I no longer need a stack of pillows to support my spine. My partner find it too exactly to what he needed for his upper part of his back. I can’t put a price on that. Highly recommend! Yeah it might be more expensive but definitely worth it to have a great sleep !

Having had the same mattress for the past seven years , which was already at least fourteen years old when I received it . It looked and felt like it needed replacing. Dreams is a company that I had heard of and I thought give them a try, why not. I am so glad I did, not only was the sales experience excellent beyond my expectations, the delivery when it came was spot on time. If I was to have any complaints (which I do not),it would be the time it took to arrive, but that was my fault, for picking a very busy time of year. As for the product,words can not describe how good it is. Since delivery I have had collectively the best nights sleep I have had in years. I would most definitely recommend Dreams to any of my friends should they ask for quality of both service and product not to mention the after sales service, which I think is excellent.

I have a frequent bedwettee and so decided to take out the dreams insurance for the lifetime of the mattress due to the washable zipped cover coming off and afraid that the zip would break well before the end of the life of the mattress. This waterproof mattress protector came FREE when taking out the insurance cover. This mattress protector has been put into "use" within the first week of receiving our mattress and we are really pleased with firstly the fit, it is slightly larger than the mattress for depth, but it doesnt move during the night and is cold to touch which for a child with autism and a growing child also increases their confidence at bedtime. Washed at 40 degrees on a standard cycle and tumble dried on a half heat cycle as I needed it back on the bed the same day and it was raining outside. Can not fault the quality so far.
