What a lovely mattress and like nothing we've had before. Last time we changed our mattress we went for one with a memory foam topper built in which proved to be a big mistake. The topper would move and we'd wake up in the night to find our pillows had disappeared down the back, so we knew we didn't want one of those again. Anyway. So having had this mattress around 4 weeks now and having slept on the cloud mattress for 4 weeks I can say this mattress has made a difference to my sleep. So previously I had a memory foam mattress from Ikea which cost me around £300, it was quite hard but we made do with it as I guess other things in life take precedent. While the price may seem a little steep at first, I can safely say after a month of use that these pillows are worth every penny. Hands down the best pillow I have ever owned. I was able to try one out while looking for a new mattress, and was skeptical at first, taking it as a bit of an expensive gimmick, but, wow, 10 minutes of use in-store and I was sold. The obvious USP is the CoolTouch feature and it really lives up to the name - it is always cool to the touch. The pillow does warm up a little during use, but you can simply move your head to another part of it to experience that cool pillow feeling again - meaning no more pillow flipping in the middle of the night to get the cool side. It really is something else. The support the pillow provides is also fantastic. I'm a restless sleeper, and fall asleep on my front, but will move around in the night so that I could be on my side or back and it is equally as comfortable for all sleeping positions. My head sinks into the pillow just the right amount, and the pillow springs back to shape very quickly when I move. A great balance of softness/comfort and support. The removable, washable cover is also very handy for keeping your pillows fresher for longer. The ONLY drawback, if you can call it that, is that there is a slight smell to the pillows when you initally start using them, I imagine this is something to do with the CoolTouch feature. But this has already disappeared for me after a month of use. Overall, I couldn't be happier, would recommend these to anyone.

OK, so having broken my back 40 years ago, I’ve spent a fair chunk of my disposable income on different mattresses and beds, latex, pocket sprung, Vi-Spring - you get my drift. I went into the Durham Dreams store to select a quality matress for my new built property. Once I told the store lady that my budget was around 700-1000 pounds for a matress, she took me to a section where they had the next generation memory foam mattresses. One matress was firm and the other one was very firm. I tried both and I felt that the firm matress was slightly soft to me. So I selected the very firm one. Mind you, I had been renting previously and all of the matresses that the landlords put in their houses were criminally bad and soft. My girlfriend and I brought ourselves a new mattress as our Christmas present to each other. Previously, we had quite an old sprung mattress and I was sleeping intermittently for about half an hour at a time. We went on the Sleep Match, which was brilliant, as it took into consideration my rugby injuries and "additional" weight. I initially loved this pillow. However, it does go very flat, very quickly. The cool side is amazing for those of us who are of a certain age and suffer the hot flushes in the night. The opposite side is lovely and soft but too warm for me. I love the way the pillow scrunches up under my neck. The only issue for me is that it does need to be constantly 'plumped' and does not keep its shape. I have reverted back to my Tempur Original pillow which is very comfortable but does not stay cool like this one. Note to the designers of this pillow "if this pillow can be made to keep its shape better it will be perfect". I have bought many many pillows trying to find ones that suit me best and this rates as 9/10 and would be 10/10 if it did not go flat. For those of you looking for a cool pillow - it is perfect.

We have had the bed for a three weeks and so far it is very comfortable and no problems so far the only issue we had which the company have been superb was when un wrapping the bed the mattress had a spit in it I think it was accidentally done by the guys and within half hour I had a call and the brand new bed is being delivered tomorrow so no complaints there we used the bed simulator in store and this type of bed was recommended and I have to say we are sleeping very well on it getting off the sides don't seem as stable so we never try to sit on the edge but in fairness you shouldn't do this anyway but the whole process was excellent the salesman was superb and gave us really good advice and we are very happy so far like a say it's only been a few weeks but really am very happy with the mattress.
