Ive been really impressed with this Tempur mattress. From the first night, it felt noticeably supportive while still being very comfortable, with a firm but pressure-relieving feel that adapts well to the body. It does a great job of reducing pressure points, especially around the shoulders and hips, which makes it much easier to settle into a comfortable sleeping position. The support feels consistent across the whole surface, so theres no sinking or uneven feeling during the night. Another thing Ive noticed is how stable it feels when moving around. I suffer from joint pain and with my old bed I slept with SEVEN pillows on top of the mattress to ease the pain. When I tried the Tempur soft memory foam mattress in the Dreams store it felt very different, but Id heard bad things about memory foam mattresses (too hot, nasty smell from off gassing - and Im VERY fussy about smells!) However I was persuaded that Tempur was different and decided to go for it. I can honestly say that I havent noticed the mattress being hot at all, and the new smell was very, very mild and wore off in a few days. As for the joint pain, I sleep significantly better on my new Tempur mattress. I can lie comfortably on my side now and all those extra pillows have gone. Im very glad I took the plunge.

Since I bought this pro Air Plus Smartcool Soft 25 S mattress for an adjustable bed I have slept through the night for three weeks and my joints have stopped aching. That has been worth the cost of the mattress for me. Im so glad I bought it. The sales person in the Dreams store was knowledgable and patient while I tried out the various options in different sleeping positions. I was not sure if the soft or medium would be best for me but the option to try the mattress for up to 100 days meant I could change it if it turned out to be too soft. In fact it is fine. The mattress is heavy which makes putting a fitted sheet on a bit more difficult but it doesnt need turning Just as well as I live on my own and am 70.

My new Tempur is good, but it takes a little getting used to. Its on the firmwr side from a bounce point ofnview, but bwcauae it moulds to your shape it is still a soft bed. I sleep on my front or side and it suits me well, as I normally struggle with any minute lump or bump. The mattress protector is not for me, it has a plasticated later which makes .e feel like a 5 years old on plastic sheets, and to my mind reduces the forming effect of the mattress. Id just as soon sleep.directly on the plush removable covering. Fitted sheets are a must as they tend to slide around over the matrress covering like saturn sheets would. Generally it takes a week or two to get used to but I prefer it to the sprung type.

Best purchase I have ever made. After an accident that took place in December and after cancer surgery, sleep and comfort is so key for recovery. The accident that took place in December has caused a significant amount of pain and has caused the hot flushes through a medically induced menopause to sky rocket BUT although I may not sleep a solid 6-8 hours, the hours that I now sleep, are so much more comfortable and of a better quality than before which means it makes life that little bit easier. After sleeping on the mattress for a couple of weeks now Id like to say how pleased we are with it. I was worried Id get hot in it but no we stay at a comfortable temperature all night. It is still a little firm but we were told in the shop it would take a while to get to it full softness, but it is already very comfortable. After getting out of bed it reverts back to it original shape so there are no dips and ridges just as they said it would be. This is the third mattress we have had in the last five years both of the other two were memory foam mattresses but do not compare to the tempur mattress by a long way. So far Im really pleased with our latest purchase.

A soft memory foam mattress takes a bit of getting used to, but once you have done it it is incredibly comfortable. If you sleep on your side particularly, it sinks where it needs to sink and supports your body weight evenly all over. My wife has back problems and this mattress means she can finally have a good night's sleep. One quirk is that you really can't use normal sheets - luckily Tempur sells elastic fitted sheets that can accommodate the flexibility of the mattress. They are pricey but make a world of difference. Only had the mattress a couple of months but hoping for years of good sleep. Enjoy!

I love my new mattress which I have had now for about one month. The mattress I had before was a firm orthopaedic and was too hard for the bottom of my spine which has osteoporosis. I decided I wanted a soft mattress and that's what the sleepmatch came up with. Fortunately Dreams Reading had a soft one and yes I was amazed how expensive it was but it was so comfy. I weigh 56k and I do sink into it which was strange the first night but I no longer get the pain in my back which is fantastic and I find it cool to sleep on even though I sleep in a hot room. This is our second Tempur (the first lasting over 20 years), so the new mattress came with great expectations. From using Dreams interactive mattress, and having options in store of the actual mattresses made our choice easy. The ordering and delivery service was excellent (not sure how the delivery guy carried the mattress to the house by himself - but he did). It took a few days for the mattress to settle in, and we werent sure we had selected the correct one, but our worries soon disappeared and we can honestly say it has been the best mattress we have ever had.

Really comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! They're not cheap and you see alternates bring advertised on TV for a fraction of the price. But I'm led to believe they are cheaper far-Eastern manufactured mattresses, without the same level of technology/research/cooling. Whereas Tempura are allegedly EU made and are at the forefront of mattress technology. We will see! The one think too be aware of, you will feel warmer on a Tempura Vs a traditional pocket sprung mattress. After all, foam is an insulator!

This mattress may not be for everyone as it's very soft and due to the nature of Tempur mattresses it sinks in a lot which takes getting used to. I do find that my mattress cover and bedsheet pop off the corners a lot due to how much the mattress sinks which can be quite frustrating as it happens regularly. One other thing to note is the mattress stinks when you first receive it and I would highly recommend not using it for at least a week or two if possible to let it air out fully.

Weve had the mattress around 2 weeks now. Positives: less back ache compared to old mattress; nice to sink into the mattress (hard mattresses are the babe of my life); comfy and cosy. Negatives: sweaty, despite the cool gel cover - Im unsure how this will be in summer; the base sheet slides easily off the mattress so one partner is moved across the bed if the other person turns over; too much bounce to one partner if the other one tosses and turns.

I have been looking at a Tempurs mattress for a while but was reluctant due to the cost. However I recently decided to go for it and I am 100% glad that I did. Its so comfy and supportive. It's a lot of money for a mattress but the Tempur is more than worth it! I was a little nervous about the soft grade but I'm a side sleeper and it's awesome. The Tempur feeling is second to none. Never slept better and no regrets at all. Wouldn't go back to a pocket spring mattress and believe me I'm really fussy! This is the mattress that was recommended to us in store. We have tried it for 6 weeks. It is very comfortable and supportive compared to our old mattress. We have migrated from a standard spring matress to a soft Tempur SmartCool matress. We're 6 weeks in now and I see no signs of returning it under Dreams' 100 night return policy. Waking up with pain is now prteyy much a thing of the past. Love the fact that I can't feel my partner get up in the middle of the night to visit the tiolet! Wouldl I recommend? Tested on the machine in Dreams in Rusilip what mattress would best suit me when I would have gone for a medium or firm and so went for the soft. You don't need to turn the mattress over but turn it around. It is heavy so needed my daughters help to turn it around. when my daughter has stayed over she finds it comfortable as I've always gone for mattresses with springs

From the first night a great night's sleep. The mattress has taken a bit of getting used to as it's so different to any other mattress I have slept on, my husband describes it as getting onto a ball of dough as there is no bounce or spring. Very comfortable mattress I first brought the medium but found it to hard to sleep on so changed it for this soft one. First Tempur mattress I've brought it is expensive but worth it. We didnt realise how good thebTempur is until we had to go back to our previous hybrid mattress while renovating our house. After a month using the mattress, I am so very comfortable in my bed. I might not sleep well for other reasons but at least I'm not tossing and turning to find a comfy bit. Like being weightless. I was expecting an amazing sleep experience due to the high price so a little disappointed. Not as comfortable as i was expecting but my husband loves it. Mind you, he can sleep on anything! Dont find it particularly breathable either. Probably could have spent a third of the price for the same result.

Ive been sleeping on a Tempur mattress and its honestly amazing. Its super comfortable and supports my body really well. The memory foam feels soft but firm, and it helps take pressure off my back and joints. Its a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the quality sleep I get. Highly recommended.

I've rated this mattress 4 stars, only because as far as I'm concerned it shouldn't be called smartcool plus. Yes its extremely comfortable, once I got used to it, but it certainly doesn't keep me cool. I also appreciate all the technology behind it, but I don't think it warrants the asking price.

We originally ordered soft but had to exchange for firm as we would sink down the middle which wiuld make it feel super hot. Despite being smart cool it does feel hot most times. The firm still feel super soft and with few weeks turns quite soft. But it is perfect now for what we wanted

Not for us, but it if you want memory foam, this is the original. Very comfortable, but my wife had a reaction to the polyurethane so we had to replace it with a natural mattress. No problem with Dreams' exchange guarantee.
