Is it any good?
There are sensible choices here, but I wouldn't give every Willow & Eve mattress the same recommendation. Most of the models on this page use open-coil springs: rows of connected hourglass-shaped springs, with a rod-edge wire around the perimeter. The Pocket 1000 is the exception, using individual springs in fabric sleeves. That is the construction I'd favour for a main bed.
The listings also make some useful distinctions about feel. Lyon and Memory Comfort are described as medium, while Ortho Support and Pocket 1000 are aimed at people who prefer firm support. Those descriptions count for more than whether a name sounds luxurious. In particular, 'Ortho' is not a reason to buy a mattress unless you actually like a firm surface.
I would buy a particular Willow & Eve mattress for a particular job, rather than choosing it because of the badge.
The range
Willow & Eve Lille Mattress: a basic open-coil option with white fibre fillings, a damask cover and a deep-quilted finish. The listing recommends turning and rotating it. I see this as a spare-room candidate rather than my first choice for an adult's everyday bed.
Willow & Eve Lyon Mattress: another entry-level open-coil mattress, this time explicitly described as medium support. It has a quilted damask cover and a reinforced spring perimeter. It is the one to pick if you want a simple mattress without memory foam and don't want a firm feel.
Willow & Eve Bed Co. Cool Memory Dual Seasons Mattress: open-coil springs beneath memory foam and white fibre fillings, finished with stretch-knit fabric. Its useful distinction is that it is double-sided. I'd buy it for that two-sided build rather than for the 'Cool' in its name.
Willow & Eve Bed Co. Memory Comfort Mattress: a medium-feel open-coil mattress with temperature-sensitive memory foam and a stretch-knit cover. This is the one I'd consider if you specifically want a moulding foam surface without choosing a firm model.
Willow & Eve Bed Co. Ortho Support Mattress: a firm open-coil design with a 12.5-gauge spring system, white fibre fillings and a stretch-knit cover. The listing recommends rotating and flipping it. It is a firmness-led choice, not an automatic upgrade over the medium models.
Willow & Eve Bed Co. Pocket 1000 Mattress: the step up in spring construction among these six, with individually housed pocket springs, a firm feel, a damask cover and hand-tufted fillings. It is my strongest candidate here for someone who wants a firm everyday mattress.
Becky's reasoning for her picks
The Pocket 1000 gets my main-bed recommendation because of its independent spring construction, not simply the number in its name. I prefer pocket springs to a connected open-coil unit for that role. The important qualification is firmness: if you dislike a firm mattress, this isn't the right pick just because I favour its springs.
The Lille gets a narrower recommendation for a spare bed. Its straightforward specification fits that brief, and the owner feedback includes a useful account of occasional use. I wouldn't stretch that into a confident recommendation for nightly adult use.
Memory Comfort fills the gap for someone who wants medium support and a moulding foam surface. It remains an open-coil mattress, so it isn't my overall winner. But choosing a feel you want is more sensible than buying the firmer Pocket 1000 against your preferences.
What owners say
A couple of owners commenting on the Lille describe it as comfortable. One specifically calls it a nice spare-bed mattress, while questioning its suitability for continuous adult use. That is a helpful distinction, and it supports my more limited recommendation.
A couple of Pocket 1000 owners praise its value and comfort. One bought it for a son who was happy with it, and says time will tell how long it lasts.
The Memory Comfort comments are partly about service: one owner says ordering and delivery arrangements went smoothly, while another describes a comfortable mattress and straightforward online ordering. On the Lyon listing, one owner reports helpful handling of a wrong-size order; another was pleased with the bed but unhappy with delivery and assembly arrangements.
Buying it
You can buy Willow & Eve through Archers Sleep Centre online and in its Scottish showrooms. Before ordering, check the exact dimensions, postcode coverage and what delivery includes. The Lyon owner's assembly complaint is a good reason to confirm any bed-building or headboard-fitting arrangements rather than assume they are included.
