Otty discount code questions

How do I apply an Otty promo code?

Go to otty.com, add your hybrid mattress to the basket, and proceed to checkout. You will see a promo code or discount code field - paste your code and click Apply. Otty also gives newsletter subscribers 5% off their first order, so check whether combining that with a sale gives a better result than a standalone code.

What is the Otty mattress trial?

Otty offers a 100-night trial with a money-back guarantee. If the mattress does not suit you, they will arrange a free pickup and process a full refund. You do not need to keep the original packaging or box - just contact their customer service team to start the return.

How does Otty deliver their mattresses?

Otty uses a dedicated courier team rather than standard parcel services. They offer optional extras at checkout including old mattress removal and room-of-choice delivery for a small fee. This premium delivery approach means your mattress is handled by specialists rather than general logistics drivers.

What type of mattress is Otty?

Otty specialises in hybrid mattresses that combine pocket springs with foam comfort layers. The hybrid design gives you the bounce and support of springs with the pressure relief of foam - a good middle ground if you cannot decide between a traditional spring and a memory foam mattress.

Does Otty offer finance?

Yes. Otty provides 0% interest-free finance over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. This lets you spread the cost without paying any additional charges. Combined with their periodic promotions (such as Boxing Day and Black Friday sales of up to 20% off), the finance option makes a premium hybrid mattress more budget-friendly.
