Bedeck publishes one code of its own: newsletter sign-up earns 5% off a first order over £49, advertised in the site footer. Beyond that, savings come from the sale and clearance sections and from the Price Match Promise, which extends to rival retailers' introductory offers. Third-party codes are unpredictable here, so test any code in the basket before assuming the saving.
Standard delivery to the UK and Ireland costs £4.95 and takes three to five working days; orders of £125 or more ship free. The Isle of Man is £5.95; the Channel Islands are £14.95 and take a couple of extra days. International zones run from £16.95 to £49.95 with duties unpaid, and Bedeck cannot ship to the US; BFPO addresses are excluded too. Every parcel needs a signature on arrival.
Returns are accepted for 30 days from dispatch, with free labels through Royal Mail (UK and Northern Ireland) and DPD (Republic of Ireland); international customers pay their own return postage unless the item is faulty. Goods must be unwashed, unused and in their original packaging. Duvets, pillows, mattress toppers and toiletries can't come back for hygiene reasons, faulty items aside. Refunds arrive within 14 days of receipt, stores cannot issue them, and exchanges are not offered.
