SleepyTime is an exclusive Bensons?for?Beds brand specialising in stylish, practical kids’ bedframes. Launched as part of Bensons’ in-house range, it offers playful yet functional designs - like the Haze and Bunk frames - crafted to appeal to both children (aged 4-16) and adults alike . While Bensons itself dates back to 1950 in Accrington, Lancashire, the SleepyTime line reflects the retailer’s modern expansion into premium, niche bedroom furniture.
The SleepyTime collection features constructed wooden frames in child-friendly finishes such as Ivory, Grey and Cream boucle. Models like the Haze offer plush upholstered headboards shaped like clouds, while the Bunk version includes reversible ladders and optional storage drawers - all rigorously tested to meet UK and EU safety standards for children’s beds . Mattress compatibility is factored in too, with maximum depths recommended to ensure a perfect fit and safe sleep environment .
Where SleepyTime really stands out is its dedication to blending fun design with high safety and usability. Every frame undergoes rigorous testing to comply with children’s safety regulations, with softened edges, secure ladders, and durable finishes. The aesthetic focus - curved headboards, trendy boucle fabric - adds a layer of charm not often seen in traditional kids’ beds . This makes SleepyTime an appealing choice for parents who want furniture that’s both safe and stylish.
Backing its quality, SleepyTime beds come with a reassuring 5-year guarantee from Bensons?for?Beds, alongside their usual 40-Night Comfort Promise on mattresses . With reliable delivery, optional under-bed storage, and full compatibility with Bensons’ mattress range, SleepyTime offers a complete bedroom solution. It’s the ideal option for families seeking visually appealing, safe, well-built beds that integrate perfectly into modern children’s rooms.
