As Editorial Director, Becky Reeve sets the standards every WantMattress mattress and bedding review is held to, from how products are scored to how testing notes reach the page. The aim is consistency, so two reviewers looking at the same mattress would land on the same verdict.
Becky has completed the National Bed Federation’s Introduction to Beds certificate, the industry training that grounds how the team reads construction, fillings and support. That grounding feeds the review rating she maintains, an editorially assigned score from one to five applied the same way to every product. Our How We Test page sets out how it is reached.
Day to day the work is quality control. She checks that firmness, durability and comfort-layer judgements rest on hands-on testing or properly cited research, and that affiliate links stay clear of the verdict.
