I have been using a previous OTTY pillow for 3 years, so needed a new one. I am extremely sensitive following a childhood neck injury and now a neuropathy meaning even down feathers are too hard, and the square profile of these pillows are so much better for supporting the neck at night. This is the 2nd mattress I've purchased from Otty (original mattress 5 yrs ago and the extra firm hybrid recently). In both cases the mattresses give me the BEST night's sleep. The extra firm mattress really is extra firm and I love that it's double sided. The one thing I will say is that if you want the delivery guys to deliver to your bedroom, make sure that option is available before purchasing. I didn't notice that as an option (I've no idea if it was) and the delivery guys left my king size...

I have just bought a kingsize, 'replenished' otty mattress, and I love it, I've wanted one for a long time but finances wouldn't allow me to splash out on such luxuries, however the replenished mattress is roughly half the price of a brand new one and I was also able to spread the cost with 0% Apr. After reading about the mattress in a Daily Telegraph review, we went ahead and bought the hybrid one along with a bed, pillows and bedding. I've had an original king for just over 1.5 years now. I was looking for the firmest mattress I could find as I was having lots of lower back pain. Had been considering a new mattress but thought I would try out a topper first. After a bit of research, I opted for the OTTY Bamboo Topper with Charcoal. Delivery to the North of Scotland was very quick - the topper was well packaged. Have had a Otty mattress for about 3 years. Quaity of the product is reasonably good. Initially the mattress was a great improvement from the last typically sprung mattress and it helped improve my back issues. However, over time it has started to cause back issues again, due to becoming softer and less supportive over the sections of sprung slats that bed frame has (not an otty frame, but alomst the same sprung slats as the otty sold beds). Need longer than 14 days to return the item because I was trying all my own methods to get the topper to stay on my bed with no success. when I contacted customer services they just told me to try everything I?d already tried and said it was too late to return. For the amount you pay for the topper it should be slip proof whether that?s improving the base or adding straps it?s ridiculous to expect it to stay on with the current base. There is nothing anti slip about it. I have to fix and reposit...

First of all the courier was rude and second of all (more importantly) : Yes if you buy a mattress you get a 100 night sleep trial, but if you don't like the mattress and return it then that's it, there's no 100 night sleep trial for any other mattress purchased from them ever, even if it's for someone else in the household. I think that a better policy would be to just charge delivery for subsequent mattress orders, but keep the 100 night sleep trial. Now I'm definitely not having another matt...

Do not buy. Our mattress has sunk where we sleep so that there's two valleys divided by a ridge. A lot of money for a mattress that will now need to be replaced after less than 3 years. Mattress has reasonable firmness, but with how much it mentioned on the site I was expecting it to be firmer. I have had my single Otty original hybrid mattress 2 years and it now sags in the middle so much so that guests complain of backache and sometimes roll out of bed. After TWO years of not being slept on continuously one would think the mattress would be still in top condition, but, it is sagging. Recently bought an OTTY Original Hybrid Mattress and absolutely delighted with it. My sleep has definitely improved and, if my wife has a restless night's sleep, it's much less likely to affect me as the mattress absorbs the movement. Furthermore, it's really helped with a sore hip and lower back I'd been troubled with. I bought the firm mattress. Made sure I let it expand for about 60 hours before using. I am using the 8.5, slightly less firm, side. Very firm first two nights, but softening up a bit now. The memory foam is pretty substantial, so not sinking into the mattress which is nice. But definitely starting to leave very small, temporary contours in the foam now as I shift positions during the night. FYI, I'm about 13 3/4 stone.

I like the mattress? Though It arrived in a dirty soggy cardboard box. They contacted me to tell me the original mattress i wanted wasn?t in stock, but offered one with some kind of ice cool cover. It?s ok but i don?t notice any of the coolness and it feels slippery. Like there?s a pee protecting sheet underneath. The free pillows was a nice offer, but i got neck pain from it and went back to my original pillow.

The bed looks the part but the frame is too large for a kingsize mattress (yes, we did buy the king size ottoman bed frame). So you can see the supporting slats down the side of the bed when walking around. There is room to almost stand a cup of tea in the space between the mattress and the edge of the bed frame. Really disappointed with this as the mattress itself (bought from elsewhere) is the right size.

I was recently in hospital for a few days after sustaining a head injury. I stayed at my daughter's while recovering and slept on an OTTY mattress for 3 weeks. I have honestly never slept so well! It was recommended highly on the guardian and which so i bought it having had a dormeo i hated but it is like sleeping on a morgue slab. My neck and back hurt in the morning. They failed in their first delivery for unspecified reasons, refused to do the collection which I had booked on the date of the successful delivery, and when they finally came to do the collection, would only take the mattress without its topper.

Every night, after we'd put her to bed, our 9 year old daughter would sneak through to sleep in our room. When I asked her why, she told me that our bed was just so much comfier than hers. However it is as if the bed frame is a king size frame, there is a large gap between mattress and bed frame which looks untidy and I don't like seeing into the cavity below. I was worried about this as we previously tried a full memory foam mattress and couldn't get on with it. This hybrid is comfortable but firm enough to provide good support. Got to be the worst topper I have ever used. Thought it was covered under the 60 night sleep policy. When I contacted them was told that only applies to the mattresses. After a horrific experience with Emma mattress we were sceptical about another mattress in a box. We took the plunge and ordered a Pure+ Hybrid 4000 Pocket Sprung Mattress, after 2 months I can honestly say this is the best mattress I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. Great pillows. Only got 3 stars because first delivery only contained 1 of 2 ordered and was delayed by DPD several times until an impossible time so I had to reschedule causing a further 3 day delay. It's on the firm side, which is exactly what I wanted. Once the initial smell has dissapated and the mattress has settled down, it's perfect. The mattress protector is no good to me - it is far too bulky and plastically and for me subtracts comfort. It should be an optional extra rather than bin fodder.

Has improved my sleep quality indefinitely and added an extra layer of support and comfort to my existing Otty mattress. Found this company through some deep research? I am a side sleeper with sleep apnoea and so this seemed a good fit. The communications, delivery and packaging were excellent. My mattress is so very very comfy and for a few weeks now my sleep has got better and better. So happy with my premium mattress

So far, so good. My back ache is going having changed from one of your more expensive rivals! The ordering and delivery process was good as well. It's just a shame you don't do any other mattress in a Euro single. We have a super king bed base with 2 separate mattresses, which is the norm in Europe.

I ordered the mattress however I miss spent my email upon ringing them all was sorted and got mattress delivered. I have had the mattress for 1 month now and find it is dipping on one side already ( single occupancy) hoping with swapping it round once a month for the first year will rectify this

I have no idea if this a comfortable mattress or not because two weeks after ordering it I still haven't received it or been given a date for delivery. I've had to chase this order up repeatedly. Really terrible service by the delivery company and a terrible choice of delivery service by OTTY.

Mattress is superb. This is my third purchase and very happy Had problem with courier messing up, hence long delay on delivery time but worth the wait. Not Otty's fault but would like to give a special mention to Jacob who sorted this out for me Also Angie who went above and beyond Thank you

I bought the first otty 10 month ago. I was experiencing back pain and didn't know where it came from, and my physiotherapist asked me to change my mattress. Thats when I bought my first otty mattress. Today I received my second mattress for the other room. Its the best purchase ive made.

Customer service staff were available to chat to me about what mattress I wanted. It arrived as described and on time! Delivery guys were lovely! Mattress is great! My only issue is?.. it's a super king size so it's massive but it doesn't have any handles which is a complete pain!!!

After looking at several mattresses online decided to go with otty due to the hybrid design and couldn't be happier with our otty king size pure hybrid. The matress is so comfortable and firmer than expected which is a big plus. Would highly recommend Otty delivery was also great.

A replacement of the mattress we bought from Otty around eight/nine years ago. We went for the orthopaedic (firmer) one this time due to back issues. We wouldn't buy from anywhere else. Our three boys also have singles. Service and sleep second to none. I would highly recommend.
