Given its firm comfort grade, the Helmsdale Combination Mattress appears to be best suited for back sleepers and some stomach sleepers. Side sleepers and individuals with curvy body types might not find it as comfortable due to inadequate sinkage for their hip and shoulder. However, for those who primarily sleep on their backs, the firmness could work wonders.
