The mattress is really good overall. Its very firm and gives great support, which is exactly what we were looking for. You can really feel the difference compared to our old one it feels solid and well-made. Weve been following the recommendation to rotate it every week for the first three months, and I can definitely see why they suggest having two people do it. The super king size is very heavy! There are handles on the sides and at the bottom, which help a lot when moving or rotating it, but there arent any on the top, so it can still be a bit of a workout to turn. We also put a mattress protector on straight away to keep it in good condition. I thought that might stop us from feeling the cooling effect of the memory foam, but actually, it still works really well. Even with the protector on, if you move to a new spot on the bed, you can feel its noticeably cooler definitely cooler than our old mattress. Its a nice feature, especially if you tend to get warm at night. So far, were really happy with it. Its comfortable, supportive, and feels like its built to last. Id definitely recommend it, but just be prepared for how heavy it is if you go for the super king size!

And went for it without checking how firm, After I completed my order I realised it is extra firm which makes me worried it might be to firm but I was wrong. Excellent old fashioned company standards,I ed with modern technology. We were greeted by a very polite professional young man named Arjun. He was not a hard seller and instead, offered help and guidance using his excellent product knowledge. He started with asking what type of product we were interested in and invited us to make use of the computer controlled bed comfort measure that narrowed down our search for the ideal mattress. We were offered beverages whilst we sat down together to discuss our purchasing & delivery preferences and any optional extras. The whole process was warm and inviting with absolutely no pressure. The mattress was delivered exactly when we were told it would be by two very capable men who were polite and respectful of our property and also utilised their product knowledge to answer one or two questions and reminded us of a couple of bits information just to endorse the information we had already received. All round a great company to deal with and highly recommended them.

My wife and I went through all the sleepp analysis in the Dreams store and were shown four different mattresses. We already knew we wanted a fairly soft ppocket sprung one with a memory foam top. This was the first one we tried and in the shop it was soft but a little firm and just what we wanted. The second one was described as an orthopaedic mattress, which we weren't too fussed about and we actively dislike the other options. When this was delivered it felt nothing like the one in the store, being much firmer and more like the second mattress. It's sort of grown on me and I get an OK night's sleep on it now after a few nights but I'm a little disappointed that it feels different from the one we tried. My wife has found the additional firmness good for her back, howerver and she likes it a lot. It made the whole sleep position analysis and trying out the mattresses in store a bit pointless but my wife likes it.

I'd been struggling to get comfortable in bed for some time, so decided to buy a new mattress, I visited the store was met by a salesman who left me alone at first at my request to browse, once, I'd looked round I asked the salesman to assist I used the machine that measures how you sleep and offers the suggestions as to which mattresses would be suitable. The Salesman then took me round to options (varying from budget to expensive) and worked with me to find the perfect one. He wasn't pushy going for the most expensive (in fact that's not an option I chose as It wasn't for me) the ordering experience was good as was the arrangement of delivery, I had to delay delivery 4 times which was very quick and easy. I'd have no problem ordering from Dreams in the future and had a great sales experience.

Had the mattress 3 weeks and really pleased with the comfort - chosen after we had used the in store technology that scans your body when laying down. It suggested 5 mattresses to choose from and we easily got down to two. We went for the very firm own brand and was a tough choice between that and firm. We have made the right choice - it is heavy and has handles on sides for rotating needs two people to move for the King size. Delivery was excellent and arrived in time slot. Just a note you need to leave for at least 10 hrs to let the manufacturing smell reduce- we also had the window open. We were lucky we went for early morning delivery and was advised to leave as long as possible before putting bedding on.

I have been suffering with neck and back issues for years.Leading to having to have surgery on my neck a couple of years ago. I've had memory foam mattresses to help support my spine but, the just didn't support me enough. Yes, they felt soft and comfortable enough getting into them. I have had bad lower back pain for a number of months. Have tried cranial osteopathy for similar flairups in the past, but the inflammation can be triggered again quite easily. It was an expensive gamble, deciding on getting a new mattress, but I noticed an improvement within a week. A month in and I am virtually pain free, which is wonderfull. I am also taking herbal anti inflammatories, but all in all the new mattress was worth every penny.

The mattress is firm (as described) and somewhat comfortable. The cooling top layer isnt really cooling at all and the depth of the buttons into the surface makes it an odd texture to lie in - so many dents. For side sleepers its a bit on the firm side but Ive found it gives a reasonably good night sleep. Word of warning is that this is a heavy mattress. Rotating it is a two person job, potentially also for changing bedding.

If youre looking for a firm/very firm mattress this is the one. Its a good price, and Ive slept better for the past two weeks. I had insomnia for two months before this. Ive given it one less star, and I think its because I dont get the full affect because I have a mattress protector on top. This mattress has the cooling sensation but I dont think I get the benefit of that because theres a protector in between.

Extremely comfortable and provides good support. Having tried a few mattresses in store, as soon as I layer on this mattress I knew it was the perfect one for me. This mattress has replaced my older mattress that I had for just over 10 years. This is a very firm and very heavy mattress with a memory form topper. It did take me a week to get use to it as it's a little bit shorter than my previous one. Due to changes in health conditions we needed to look at new mattress. After 30 days with this mattress we have slept like a log. It's a sturdy firm mattress, there is no bounce which makes it easy to get on and off from. A great depth too, which gives it that extra height, again making it easy to get off.
