Perfect very happy I have episodes of sciatica which can be highly debilitating at times. This bed is 4092 pocket springs, very supportive with a pillow top. I get a wonderful night sleep & wake up with no aches. I really would recommend this bed, the mattress is quite firm but I find this supportive. It did have a smell to begin with but I allowed it to air for 48 hours over a few days & the smell has nearly gone. Ive had 3 weeks sleeping (not continuous, I do get up in the mornings!) on this bed & im happy Ive been turning it every week as recommended for 1st few weeks. Sales representative Jaz was great she took me through a lot of mattresses before I made my choice & I used the sleep match machine. The delivery took ages & customer service helpline is a nightmare- up to an hour wait to get through but the staff are aware of this & super helpful.

Choosing a mattress is next to impossible and trying it out in store is very hit and miss. I'm not convinced that the Dreams gadget you can lay on that suggests the best mattress for you is anything more than a gimmick and in any case the one we bought was not one that was suggested. After the first night on the new mattress we thought we had made a terrible mistake. It was a lot harder than we remembered and was so high, on our old divan, it was like sleeping on the ceiling. However after a few nights, the mattress settled and its now pretty comfortable. We might keep and eye open for a new divan that is lower, so our feet can touch the floor when we sit on the bed. As for quality, only time will tell.

Purchasing at the store was a a delight. The staff let us take as long as we needed to try out mattresses based on the results of the digital test mattress until we settled on this one - the clear winner. Delivery was spot on - impressed with the care and attention of the delivery guys, putting on shoe covers to protect our new flooring and carpets. The mattress itself is the best weve ever owned. Gone is the pre-night time anxiety of worrying about when Im going to fall asleep. I suffer we a aching shoulder & bad back & so was looking for a mattress that could help elivate those pains whilst also helping with my menopausal hot flushes by keeping the bed at a constant temperature, we have had it about a month now & although the pains havnt completely gone, it is helping, its lovely & comfortable when you first get into bed, soft & cosy but firm for support, with the 100 day sleep guarantee I still gave plenty of time to test it out . The only thing I dislike at the moment is its depth, which means with our current sleigh bed it is quite high to get onto & sticks up higher than the bottom of the bed

Very comfortable. I suffer with osteoporosis after a spinal break so it was very important for me to get the right mattress. I took advantage of the Sleep Match that Dreams offer. We're really pleased with the Prescot Combination Mattress and would definitely recommend it. The quality of the mattress seems very good, although can't comment on longevity at this stage. This has to be the best mattress i have everlaid on! Absolutely sensational. THE MOST comfy bed I have ever had! Popped in store for the interactive bed test, and it came up with this one as an option for me. As soon as I tried I knew this one was the one bed to rule them all. From the customer care to the impressive display of everything sleep orientated, including the magic bedour experience was exceptional. The salesman, Craig I think, was polite, knowledgeable, and didnt once call us buddywhich was a definite plus point. Absolutely over the moon with my mattress. I took the "sleep machine" test in store as i wasnt sure which mattress to go for. Since having both hips and one knee replaced, i used to have to sleep with a small pillow under my knees to be somewhat comfy. Since having my mattress i no longer do that and its so comfy. Id recommend the sleep machine test to anyone. Remember you get what you pay for, and its an investment for your comfort.

Very Comfortable Mattresses. Bought the same in double and king-size in the sale. Medium firmness. Seem quite soft if you sit on the edge of the bed, but don't be fooled, when you actually lie on it properly, it's firmer than you think. Took a couple of weeks to get used to it (obviously, I only sleep in one!) but I'm very happy. Would definitely recommend. Ps. It's very deep so needs at least 32cm deep fitted sheet.

A mattress is very subjective, so I can't say for everyone. But for us this mattress is ideal - medium firm with a cooling layer on top. Only thing I would say is GET THE BEDROOM DELIVERY OPTION! This mattress is HEAVY. It was delivered on the hottest day of the year and it took 2 of us about 20 minutes to heave it up the stairs and into the bedroom, then a couple of hours to cool off after.

Have had the mattress for 1.5 months before giving a honest review. Pros: Cooling is fantastic feature, lovely comfortable mattress if sleeping alone. Cons: if not sleeping alone, we can feel every little movement we each make, so always a disturbed nights sleep for us both. And it also has slight roll in the middle which I imagine will get worse over time. Such a shame.

Mattress is fairly comfortable but totally let down by how much it indents where you lie, this creates significant ridges and dents, which reduces the comfort. I doubt the product would be long lasting due to these issues. We used the replacement option and got the House Beautiful Mabel mattress which is lightly firmed and so far seems to be far superior at the same price.

Sleeping better with new matrass and more confinable be old mattress. Should have replaced old mattress earlier. New matrass delivered on date stated on the order and installed in the bedroom by delivery drivers and removed old matrass and all packing material. I tried this in store and was happy. I agree with the other comments that the mattress is firmer than the what was in store! This is obviously expected as who knows how long the one in store has been there.. My old mattress was years old so it is an upgrade for me either way. It is advertised as a medium but it is more firm. Im still happy though!

Lovely mattress and great service from Dreams. The Mattress feels quite firm, yet the top layers are soft and comfortable. Sleeping well with no aches or pains. Temperature wise it feels cool, but being winter its difficult to know what it might be like in summer. So far the mattress is great after 1 Month of use.

I brought this mattress to replace one for a spare bedroom. I do occasionally sleep in there myself though. It feels a bit firmer than when I tried it in the shop but hopefully it will relax a bit with more use.
