I like it more than I expected to. The Bodyshape 1000 Pocket Hybrid Mattress is a lovely little mattress for the price, with a better spring specification than many budget beds and a neatly judged medium-firm feel. I would still test the side edge before ordering, because that is the one area where I’d expect it to show its budget roots. Also buy a proper mattress protector from day one: the polyester quilt is sponge-clean only, and a single-sided mattress is not something I would want to rescue after a spill.
