Disappointed with this mattress. We purchased this in June 2023 and as a newlywed, young couple this was a large investment for us. We spent a lot of time trying mattresses in the store and eventually decided on this one. When the mattress arrived it wasnt the same comfort or support of the store so we assumed it needed time to bed in. It was a lot firmer. This mattress has a built in topper so cannot be flipped, we regularly rotate it however the biggest disappointment is the indentations on this mattress. They appeared within the 100 night sleep guarantee but unfortunately I fell unwell and did not initiate a return, something I deeply regret. Overall, the longevity of this product leaves a lot to be desired, the comfort is manageable soon after it settled in but the quality of the product is poor and should not be misshapen in such a short period of time. We will certainly do more research next time.

I've had this mattress for a few months now, and it is, in short, a wonder of design and engineering. Hugely supportive for a large bloke like me, and endlessly comfortable. Other people have commented that they find it a bit firm, but as with all things, YMMV. Even better, it was on sale when I bought it. Downsides: it is not an insignificant object to juggle with on your own. Mine also has seems to have a habit of moving about on the divan base, so once or week or so, I have to nudge it back into place the couple of inches it has moved. This is likely due to my carrying excess timber. In short, it's probably the best mattress I have ever had. I should also give a shout to the staff at the Preston shop on the A6 who were massively helpful.

I am really happy with my new Dreams Mattress. I had a mattress that was far too soft for me, that is why I went for this particular mattress. It is nice and hard and for someone who has a chronic spinal condition for the best part of my life, this is the only mattress for me. The first mattress I brought was a Dreams mattress, that was back in the 1990s . I loved that mattress. It was a Dreams mattress which I had it for sometime. Fabulous experience from start to finish. The salesperson in the store (Bethany) was in her first week at Dreams and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She made the whole process from the assessment bed (I know its not called that) right through to order a very pleasant experience. There was a small mishap during delivery which was resolved within the hour. The mattress is firmer than the store but we are already feeling it soften. Unless most mattresses in the past, weve been sleeping well since day one.

Tested out a few in the shop and the test bed recommended medium to firm for us, we went for the Tenby K which felt very comfortable in the shop, but when delivered we found it too firm. It's been about a month in now and it does seem to be softening somewhat, and is a lot more comfortable. It's good to know we have up to 100 nights to exchange if we need to but I've been having a great night's sleep, so I doubt we'll need to exchange.

The mattress arroved promptly as promised and we aired it accordingly as the delivery man suggested. It did smell a little longer than we'd have hoped however it soon disappeared after about a week. What appeared after that was not so welcome. On one side (theres 2 of us using the bed) appeared quite a deep delve. Not something we would have expected after such a short period of time. Its super comfy but didnt hold its shape.

A brilliant replacement for our old mattress. Excellent service in the shop, with great prices and interest free credit available. In store discount brought the cost down a little and we got some new pillows thrown in too. We've had it a few weeks now and are sleeping much better. I've only had this a couple of weeks. It seems ok but I'm aware of the deep dimples in the upper layer. I'm hoping they even out in time. Mattress is really light so I can turn it on my own quite easily. I had to go out and buy larger sheets as its quite a bit deeper than my old one.
