Lovely welcome at the Mansfield store. Tried the bed that takes your weight, hight and slept position's (very clever) the bed moved under us and worked out everything. We were then given a list of mattresses matching our needs, we picked this mattress because it felt amazing. Nice topper, firm like we wanted for our bad backs but comfortable. It was more than we wanted to pay but it was a case of ' you get what you pay for '. We came to Dreams 10 years ago brought a fantastic mattress, but our lovely dog destroyed it after a year so we brought cheap but recommended mattresses. This messed our backs up so be brought another different cheap highly recommended a few years later, then another. So after wasting our money on cheaper mattresses that claim bold statements we came back to dreams. This mattress is top quality from inside to outside. You need to go to the shop to find your fit for your needs but if this is the one you like I can honestly say it's fantastic and my body can sleep in the proper position and I wake up feeling refreshed. My partner and I have been sleeping on this mattress for just over a month now, and we both very happy with it. We are overweight people and both suffer from the long term effects of previous lower back injuries, yet we have found that our quality of sleep has improved massively. I don't wake up during the night with hip and shoulder discomfort any more, and have also found that if I go to sleep on this mattress with an aching back, it has mostly healed by the morning. I used to buy cheap mattresses to save money, but I do think that I have been converted to buying higher quality ones like this one in the future. I will say that the super-king size mattress mattress is heavy and was an absolute nightmare to get up our narrow staircase due to the size and rigidity of it (we weren't offered delivery to a room of our choice due to Covid restrictions) so I would recommend bearing this in mind if you're infirm, live on your own, or live in a small house like ours. However, it was totally worth the headache!

Having moved into a new house and our old bed being broken in transit we needed a new one. We visited Dreams store in Southampton and the young lady was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell. We use the mattress matched and selected the mattress. The frame itself ended up being on sale and we save 300. Despite the Coronavirus delays the delivery was timely. The bed itself which was self assemble took less than an hour just a few bolts and screws and we were done. The whole thing is sturdy and strong. The mattress took a few nights to adjust to but thos is because it was a different firmness to our previous but now it has settled the sleep is comfortable. Overall great product, great service and reasonable price. Highly recommend Dreams Southampton.

This is the mattress I bought and I am so so happy with it I use to wake up in the morning with back pain and feeling tired but when I started sleeping on this mattress no more back pains and I feel so refreshed when I wake up. It was worth every Sent. Talking about Dreams in Hull the service was absolutely on par and they put you on a bed that senses how you sleep and then this program shows you the mattress you need. I was very impressed with the sales man that helped he was so patient and so polite even after we told him we were going to he's opposition. Number one rule for mattress buying you HAVE to lay before you pay! After a nightmare online mattress buying experience, I resorted to the only place that I knew would give me what I need. A trip to Dreams and a nice chat and cuppa with one of their sales team, led me to the Sleepeezee Chelmsford mattress. I paid on Saturday and received on Tuesday. Delivery team were very efficient and I was text and emailed at least 3 times keeping me on top of the tracking. It wasnt cheap but the mattress is delightful. Given we spend half our lives in bed, sleeping in what feels like heaven is a must for me. Thank you Dreams, see you in 7 years for the next one ;)

Love this mattress! My self and my hubby used the machine that sees what you need. We tried all the recommendations but this was amazing. I was worried by reciews saying when it came it was too hard. But we havent experienced that. Also it of course will be slightky harder bexause its not being laid on by all the shoppers but its minimal to be honest. Since we have had this bed i dont hurt as mych all over. When i shift in my sleep I dont wake any one. We bought a ottoman bed with a headboard that is a solid base and not slats with it that they sell in dreams. My only issue is i do not want to get out of bed any more but not because of pain.

First things first yes its a lot of money for a mattress. BUT, man, its incredibly comfortable. Both my partner and myself had bought a bed from an online company not naming any names but it was awful, we woke up every day with the worst back pain to the point where we sent it back (thank goodness they had a extended night guarantee) and took the sleep match profile thingy. It matched us to this mattress and my first thoughts were, wow, thats A LOT for a mattress but I totally see why. Its changed the way we sleep and I just dont want to get out of bed in the morning and its gotten me in trouble a few times for being late to work!

The sleepeezee Chelmsford is worth every penny. The first night you sleep on this mattress is priceless. It literally is a dream. The staff at Dreams were so helpful. Please be prepared and don't go with a budget in mind as you will fall for this beauty like i did and will then be disappointed lol. The whole shopping experience was great. I have never spent so much on a mattress in my life but it was evident that we needed a new one waking every day in pain and having a bad night's sleep or lack of. This mattress is worth the wait and we haven't woken with aches or pains in 2 months. If you want to dream then go to Dreams.

So much better than anything we have had before. It is firm and did take a few nights to get used to. We are both people that move quite a bit while sleeping and we are not disturbing each other at all. Partner has no issues. For me as a back sleeper its great, I do struggle on my sides but I have long term health conditions which will always affect me. Even with that I am not waking up with lower back pain like I used to. Worth visiting a store and trying out the fancy machine, and getting expert advice from the team. Took away all the stress I had trying to look online myself!

Great Mattress all round, and exceptionally well made too. Very thoughtful design. I suspect probably better for folk who sleep on their back and front - but of course that will vary from person to person. Hats off to the Dream(s) Team who were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Very re-assuring. Faultless service all round. I'm not familiar with bed retailers, but they can't come any better than dreams. Would highly recommend - very impressed all round. Super service - and great product. I'm a fussy buyer, so don't recommend unless I'm 100% happy.

Really comfortable and brilliant night of sleep. We tried out so many mattresses in store, but kept coming back to this one. We are only a couple of weeks in but havent regretted the research and the decision to purchase this mattress. My only criticism is the wonderful teddy cover on the mattress topper cant really be felt through the mattress protector and sheets, but thats a small issue and doesnt affect the quality of the overall mattress. Overall the mattress feels like you are getting a very luxurious nights rest, hotel standard, every night.

I received my mattress 1 day ago and I don't want to get out of the bed . My partner and I were looking for a firm mattress, I replaced 2 times my previous mattress bought from an online shop (I don't want to mention name) but it was really expensive, third mattress I need it to return for ever ,this mattress is so comfy and even if is firm the pillow topper makes it so good to touch and feel . I felt in love with it first I tried it in the shop . Customer service was amazing in the Dunstable shop . Definitely recommend the shop and this mattress.

I bought the super king size and am glad I didnt opt for a cheaper alternative: the mattress is extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a giant, fluffy cloud! The enormous size makes it feel even more luxurious and decadent. Its a firm mattress which was recommended to me because Im a side sleeper, and Ive slept so much better since using it. I bought some expensive bedding to go with it and I think that has made a difference too. Note that its very heavy, so rotating it can be difficult if you dont have anyone to help. Highly recommended.

My wife struggles to get comfortable in bed as she has back pain and she has given birth twice in three years and is now pregnant with our third. Life has become complicated and we found we cant just go around laying in bed shop beds for an hour to see if theyre comfortable. So my wife chose this online without having tested it. We were just on 8 years with the old mattress from Dreams and I was beginning to get back pain. The person at the shop was able to identify our old mattress and align that we this new one The process was so easy and seamless that I only spent like 15 mins in the shop - it was not the cheapest mattress and I was worried to spend that about of money in such a short time, however knowing your customers has shone through.... the Mattress is perfect and comfortable to sleep on (just like the old one use to be) - Good work Dreams

Mattress is very comfortable jn our opinion. We wanted better back support and feel as though we have it. Its only been two weeks. Its very firm, but at the same time, it feels as though Im being held! I assume thats the memory foam topper! After sales have not been helpful. Delivery drivers broker our mirror, and the mattress had a mark on it. Customer services were difficult to get hold of and we are still awaiting resolution. Although very helpful when we have gotten through by phone - but still waiting on a reply.

I was concerned, when I first bought the mattress, that I would still get 'dead' arms waking me during the night as it felt just as firm as my old mattress. Bizarrely, I no longer have that issue. Even my first night on the new mattress was my best night's sleep for at least six months. I always thought that the 'you should change your mattress every 7 years' - was bedding sales patter, but it seems not! Admittedly my previous one was probably 12 years old, but I wish I had changed it earlier.

Our mattress was chosen from using the Dreams Sleepmatch technology test in their store at Kings Lynn. We found the store test, video and the staff excellent in helping us to choose our new mattress. The mattress we chose was the Chelmsford as it was perfect for how we sleep and for the comfort we required. For us the Chelmsford offered excellent quality and a good design with the only thing just off a five star rating is the cost. However you do get what you pay for.

Thought a new silent night was best but a trip to Dreams checking out competition would be best as a good bed is not cheap and its for a long term use so be sure you test at least 6 beds.Then when you settle on one request a go on the bed tester in store at Dreams on the Kempston retail park. You will be amazed how right the machine selects the best bed mattress for you. Dont believe me go and try it.Then you will sleep easily every night for next 7-10 yrs plus.

This is the best mattress I have slept on. I have tried many due to severe back problems and nothing compares to this mattress. Being petite and my partner being 64. This mattress is perfect for us both as it doesnt affect our nights sleep when the other person is turning over. Definitely recommend, especially to those who suffer with back problems. We knew it was the mattress for us in the Dreams store where we tried a number of mattresses and chose the Sleepeezee Chelmsford and it hasnt disappointed. We went for the Super King size which affords us a lot of room for movement in the night. Its considered very firm with 1716 pocket springs but has a softness to it perhaps due to the memory foam top layer. We look forward to going to bed with the confidence that we will have a comfortable nights sleep.

Have decided to purchase sleepeezee Sophia mattress after trying it in Nottingham Store. The delivery was booked 7 days later, which was quick enough. I am highly satisfied with the quality of the mattress, I can confirm it delivers comfy sleeps, and recommend it to anymore who is looking to buy it. I am aware it's a posh bed, however think that you would be providing yourself at least 10 years of best possible sleeps and would avoid dodgy back pains.

Needed a new Mattress. I do not recommend buying a new mattress online as this is a personal choice purchase. I spend a lot of time in bed so I needed to make sure my new mattress was comfortable and correct for me. Absolutely fabulous mattress. When we used the Sleepmatch system to get a shortlist of suitable mattresses which, to be honest, at first I thought was a bit gimmicky. Not at all. .. my mattress. I was not convinced to spend that amount of money, I just went in to see the mattresses, but my wife. GOOD THAT I HAVE HER :) :) :) I get up now 1 hour earlier and nothing hurts me. My mattress has a special protective layer so it doesn't collapse when I lie down. I sleep on my stomach, on my back, on my side and nothing goes numb, but notoriously before. Great service from the minute we stepped into the showroom, through to delivery. We visited the Chelmsford store to try out and choose the right bed for us and then ordered later online at home, we felt no sales pressure at any time. I was having a second thought after I purchased this mattress, i thought surely this is just overpriced. But after finally sleeping in it for the first time, I am so glad i chose this mattress. the top is so soft and surprisingly doesn't overheat you. We had a fantastic experience at Dreams New Malden! They looked after us and made sure we were happy with our purchase. The mattress is excellent! It is a Firm and supportive build given to back and neck issues which I and my wife experience! Delivery team were very good as well. The mattress is very deep at some 26cm which meant we had to go and get deep fitted sheets! It is heavy but is very well made!

What an amazing mattress! We have had this now for three weeks, and all our back pain/hip pain has gone! We visited the Middlebrook Dreams store and used the matress finder machine and this works out what mattress is best for you. For us, both my wife and I where firm, the old mattress we had was soft hence why we have suffered back/hip issues for a while now. I cannot recommend Dreams enough.

Weve had it for around two weeks now , its so thick & comfortable while being supportive to your frame. This is the second Chelmsford Combination mattress I've bought. The first was for my bedroom and I couldn't get my daughter out of my bed as it was so comfortable. This second one is for my daughter. It is a firm mattress but the top memory foam layer makes it so comfortable to lie on. It is a very heavy mattress and does require two people to rotate the mattress which we do every month.

Just what the doctor ordered. This is the most comfortable mattress I have had for years. I had spinal surgery years ago due to an accident and I haven't been able to find a mattress to support me in the award way I have lay sometimes, but this mattress, well I love it, supportive where I need it and doesn't dip in the middle where I sleep alone. Would definitely recommend this mattress.

Had this mattress delivered just over a fortnight ago and wowee am loving how comfortable it is. Would highly recommend it if you are after having a good nights sleep on the most perfect and comfortable mattress you'll ever buy. There is only one other thing is as it is so wonderfully padded and deep my poor girlfriend needs a step to get up on to it at night...very funny to watch.

Such a comfortable mattress fully supporting every part of your body, and comfortable whether on your side or back. Super confortable and no longer waking up in pain in the mornings. I used to wakeup with sore backs and stiff legs but no longer, I am able to get up and out of bed and walk which is a hugh improvement for me. We are both sleeping much deeper and better. It does feel hard the first couple of nights, however one you get used to this mattress it is so comfortable.

The best sleep I have ever had. I suffer with osteoarthritis of lower back and intercostal neuralgia as a result of long covid. My partner and I initially tried this mattress after it came up on the in-store suitability test they have. It was number 1 on the list and stayed that way throughout the whole 10 mattresses. Mattress is very comfy, tried out a few in the shop but even though others were firm. This served the best purpose and was the best for the both of us. The only downside I think is the top of the mattress has a warm coating of fur. In hindsight, I would have possibly got something without this but overall the mattress is very comfortable.

Lovely comfy mattress which is the newer version of the one we replaced. Its not as deep as the previous one, which makes for easier fitting with the depth on our kingside fitted sheets. It is expensive, however its comfortable whilst still supportive, so price per sleep is not too bad over the life of the mattress! ;))

Assistant was very patient and helpful during our selection process. Unfortunately even after 7 weeks the mattress is too firm and uncomfortable for us. There is no give in the memory foam yet, its much firmer than the one in store and I forgot to ask how long it had been on display. I will be returning if it doesnt soften a bit in the next week. It seems a very good quality mattress though the furry cover is a bit pointless as you have to put a protector on it!

Only had the mattress 3 weeks so still early days but although it very firm it is very comfortable. I would say its firm but soft!
