Whom I must say were very pleasant and professional . But we had to have the mattress replaced due to one of studs coming off leaving a hole.

After our old mattress this one is so comfortable. We have always slept on a fairly firm mattress but when it broke down, leaving us both with aches and pains and restless nights we knew it was time for a new one. We went to Dreams and tried out the Sleepmatch which gave us a choice of the most suitable mattresses suited to us. After lots of 'lying down' we settled on the Dream Team Ledbury 1000 Pocket Pillow Top mattress, it just felt so right for us (a middle to firm). Since the day it arrived our nights sleep have really improved. We have both had more relaxed and better sleep and on waking with that cosy comfy feeling where you just want to stay snuggled there. And best of all, when we do decide to get up it is without all the grunts and groans that we used to do. It has been one of our best choices in life as a great sleep is so important.

The staff at Dreams, Shirley, Solihull were great people and did all they could to assist me in my search for a new mattress.They were however let down by the ridiculous rules on mattress return if the mattress was unsuitable. Rather than Lose my cool I left the store without buying. I later rang the store and bought a mattress previously inspected, having made arrangements elsewhere to have my old mattress disposed of but knowing that if unsuitable I shall be unable to return it if so desired. These are not circumstances ideal to customers. I would like to commend Bridie for her kindness and professionalism when she could see how upset I was.

This mattress felt too hard for me when it first arrived, much firmer than the display model in the shop. We went back into the store and was reassured that this was normal and we had to give it a few weeks. I wasn't convinced but we've had the bed for 3 weeks now and it is super comfy. We do have a mattress protector on top but the bed does feel less firm. I wake up in the mornings with less body aches and sleep all night long.

Wow just wow, if you are looking for quality and comfortable this is the mattress. It is brilliant, surpassed all expectations. Very pleased with this mattress. In the store I used the computerised mattress to assess my sleeping positions, there was input by the assistant on my current areas of pain eg back and hips.
