Fantastic End to End Service. Paula was an absolute delight and her relaxed and friendly approach was refreshing in this day and age where most of retail has become clinical and to be honest there is a lack of interest in the customer. The bed frame is very close to being an incredible design but falls a little short in my personal opinion . The powered struts take up a lot more room than you expect when you factor in the boxed off area surrounding them . In addition to this wasted space, you are further limited by the supports that lower the available height any storage items to be used As the bed will only open to a very limited height, getting items in and out of the furthest point of storage, is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT !!!! So should be limited to things that you hardly ever need ! In real life terms storage boxes will be essential and your placement of them will need to be well thought out. It is also worth mentioning that the bed frame with a mattress on , will make moving it INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT , ESPECIALLY ON CARPET !!!! Dont get your placement wrong, you wont be moving it anywhere in a hurry !!!! That all being said, it is a beautiful design, looks great and the electric opening, will keep you amused for ages ! The USB charging ports are a great idea, as is the storage light but I would have loved to have seen some built in leds or at least the power potential to add them as an option ? Personally , am still extremely happy with my purchase, and would recommend the bed frame , in fact I have already done so to a few friends!

I was looking to purchase possibly a new bed frame and a mattress. The mattress had to be a Tempur or sprung mattress. I decided to take a look at Dreams in Ashford, Kent. A very well displayed, clean and tidy shop. I took a look at the tempur range and gave them all a try and what I really appreciated was the fact that both members of staff gave us this opportunity without pouncing on us and giving us the hard sell. They were both very helpful and suggested we try out the new machine which would help us both decide on firmness of mattress. I also noticed the Duxford D Otterman bed frame, which is designed for the Tempur mattress. An incredibly stylish, useful frame, which was demonstrated to us. The price was excellent also. I decided to make the purchase on the spot, as I was so impressed with the mattress and beautiful bed frame. Thank you also to the wonderful staff who were both amazing!

We bought both the mattress and bed frame from Dreams about two months ago and honestly couldnt be happier with the upgrade. The mattress is supportive without feeling too firm, and its made a noticeable difference to how well we sleep. I used to wake up with a sore back most mornings, but thats pretty much gone now. The bed frame feels really solid and well made no creaking or movement at all, even getting in and out during the night. It also looks much more expensive than it actually was and fits perfectly with the rest of our bedroom furniture. Overall, really pleased with the quality and comfort.
