Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing regarding a bed I recently purchased, which unfortunately has not met the standard I expected given the amount paid. Since installation, I have experienced an issue with the way the bed is secured together. The clips designed to hold the two sections in place have become disconnected, causing the base to shift and move, which is clearly not acceptable for a new product. In addition, the mattress arrived with a noticeable black mark, which is disappointing for an item that should be in pristine condition. I have also found that one of the drawers does not fit correctly, affecting both the appearance and functionality of the bed. Given the cost of this purchase, I am concerned about the overall quality and would appreciate this matter being addressed as soon as possible. I would welcome your advice on how you intend to resolve these issues. I look forward to your prompt response.

We bought both the mattress and bed frame from Dreams about two months ago and honestly couldnt be happier with the upgrade. The mattress is supportive without feeling too firm, and its made a noticeable difference to how well we sleep. I used to wake up with a sore back most mornings, but thats pretty much gone now. The bed frame feels really solid and well made no creaking or movement at all, even getting in and out during the night. It also looks much more expensive than it actually was and fits perfectly with the rest of our bedroom furniture. Overall, really pleased with the quality and comfort. No regrets getting a foam mattress - first ever foam weve had and no issues, one of the best sleeps weve had. Dont think Id ever go back to a normal spring mattress. Movements in bed are minimal and cant be felt between people. Lovely cool touch mattress, took a little getting used to, but overall feels great to get into bed, and takes the shape of you. Only downside id say is the 20cm depth, maybe a slightly deeper mattress would have been better but this is trivial overall

I've always been wary of memory foam beds but this one is excellent - it's firm and supportive but allows enough give for the shoulders and hips so you can sleep deeply. The top cooling surface is also great - I'm sure in the Summer it'll be much appreciated adn having trie dit, it really does work . At the moment we have an electric blanket which can go over the cooling surface and workd efficiently.

This is our second Tempur Mattress and they are incredibly comfortable. Firm so your spine isn't curved or uncomfortable but soft, moulding to your body. This second one has the most slippery top I have ever felt on a mattress. It can't hold a sheet in place and my wife can feel the sheet slide under her when I move. We bought a new encasing cover and this has really helped.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this mattress. When I had the mattress scan and was told that a Tempur mattress would suit me, I laughed. No way could I afford a Tempur! How wrong I was. The mattress looks well made. Unfortunately I think I chose the wrong one. It is too firm for me. It's OK if I sleep on my side but gets uncomfortable if I sleep on my back. I was hoping that the memory foam would become more pliant with use, but that hasn't happened after a couple of months. I will take Dreams up on its offer and exchange it for something softer.

The weird feeling of sinking slowly into it it's unusual but it helps for pressure relief and perfect if you suffer of back pain. I can sugest for more days of trial. I would like to try as well the pillows for 100% perfection. If you suffer of back pain this is the correct choice and it doesnt matter if you are back or side sleeper.

This mattress was a great purchase - less expensive than the deeper tempur mattress but still feels comfy and I feel myself sink into it. Also really feel the benefit from the temperature keeping me cool when needed and not feeling movement from the other side of the bed. I would recommend even if your preferred type of mattress is soft.

It took a few nights to settle on the new firmer mattress, but no more back pain Our only issue is the depth of the mattress. 20cm is much to low for our bed.... but such a big price difference to go up to the 25cm. That's why I have given 4 stars, purely on price difference between choices.

Was a tad dubious in buying this as its not cheap. But we love it. Takes a bit of getting used to and I had to order clips to hold the sheet in place otherwise when you roll over , the sheets come off.
