Having a terrible time with this mattress. Cannot get comfortable, it's making me have terrible lower back pain, my bottom sinks into it and it is so, so hot! We have avoided memory foam mattresses due to the fact they make you so hot but the sales person convinced us due to the smart cool technology. No idea where we stand now as we already used the 100 night exchange guarantee!

We have always had a firm mattress and although our mattress was quite old, we have always slept well, so when we decided to renew the mattress I was a little concerned to say the least, the new mattress is firm but very comfortable, we haven't had any problems sleeping on the new one and are very satisfied with it.

Not comfortable to sleep you kind of sink in especially on the edges of mattress. I started to have lower back ache and I work long hours in NHS and I thought I will sleep like a baby since it is expensive. it was not a useful purchase at all! I need my money back

Once you get used to it it's very comfortable. The only thing is that the surface is very slippery and the mattress protector slides around in it making uncomfortable ridges if you turn over in the night. Get a properly fitted mattress protector.
