Brilliant mattress and I am so happy with my purchase! It had taken me a while to track down this mattress. My late grandmother had the version before this and my sister ended up with her mattress. It was the comfiest mattress I had ever slept on. After finding out that version wasnt available anymore, the kind customer service advisors told me the next one up from it which was the Brookfield 800 Pocket Wool Mattress. Im heavily pregnant with my second and have suffered with severe sciatica and PGP in both pregnancies. I knew I had to get rid of my horrible old mattress but didnt have the money until now. I read the reviews and also a magazine review and choose this for my main bed mattress. Ordering was easy and delivery drivers great, they offered advice on taking plastic cover off a few hours before being used to give it time to breathe. As another reviewer mentioned, I found it a bit firm for the first few nights but then it settled down and it now gives a lovely nights sleep. Ive turned it round top to tail after first week and the 2nd week turned it over as advised. It wasnt too heavy so managed to do this on my own and having the side handles really helps. Its the 3rd mattress Ive bought over the last 10 years for various beds, in store and this one was online. Always an easy process and good delivery service.

Can't fault this mattress. Its just so comfy. We bought the wonderful Jenkins SuperKing Ottoman Bed at same time. Oh god I love my bedtimes now ! No roll together. No noise when husband moves about. I bought a mattress at the Havant branch. We were welcomed and introduce to the store and left while we browsed. We were even offered a drink ! We departed having discussed our needs with a very helpful salesperson. I returned a little later to make my purchase and although near closing time were welcomed and taken through the process , including offers and insurances, with no pressure and which we declined. I paid extra for delivery to a room of my choice as it was up two flights of stairs. The delivery staff were very good , very cheery and nothing was too much problem as they slipped their indoor shoes on and merrily took the mattress upstairs. So far the mattress seems good but we were offered a 180 day return if not happy. Well done the Dream Team. A thoroughly professional heartening service.

I purchased this for my 14 year old son who had outgrown his childs bunk bed. Rather than buying online we went to Dream's to test out some mattresses to see which one suited him best. The staff were fantastic and really helped pick some to try based on our requirements. Because my son gets hot while sleeping it was important to pick a mattress that allowed him to keep cool whilst sleeping. After trying the memory foam type he found them to be too hot so we we tried the hybrid type but he chose the pocket sprung mattress which he said was so comfortable. After sleeping on it for a week he absolutely loves it and doesnt wake up with aches and pains like he did with his old mattress. To be honest it was a terrible mattress and we should have changed it long ago.

As a 79 year old with various ailments including arthritis, I chose a soft mattress because I am a side sleeper. The mattress when delivered seemed softer than the one I tried in the shop, particularly when sitting on the edge. However, I stuck with it and am sleeping much better. It is very comfortable. I flipped the mattress after a week and found that one side is slightly harder than the other. On balance I am very happy with the purchase.

After buying a cheaper matress and realising how poor it was, we took trip to dreams. The staff were brilliant and explained everything, giving us a few options to consider. Glad to find there was a sale on and chose a matress there and then. Went dor this one due to nagural fibers which are cooler for my son who gets very hot. I'd tested the mattress a few times in store as I wanted to be sure it should be ok for my suspect back. It is excellent if you are looking for that slightly firmer, supportive but comfortable feel, and spot on for me, I've slept really well as a side sleeper. It is a bit warmer than my old mattress probably due to its hybrid design, but not a big issue. I'd certainly recommend it, but as with all mattresses, try before you buy.

Much much firmer than the one in the shop! So much so i couldn't sleep on my back as it was to arched, and sleeping on my side hurt my hip. Honestly I'm so disappointed, i reached out to dreams the next day and never heard back from them. If I'd tried the mattress thst i actually received in the store i wouldnt have bought it. They dont tell you the one you get will be like sleeping on a bag of bricks!

We have been using this mattress for a couple of weeks and are very pleased with it so far. I should add that we are using it with a topper, but the mattress itself is comfortable and given the size is relatively easy to move, turn and flip. Great mattress. Really comfortable. I'm 100kg and my wife 50kg and we both found it gave us a good night's kip. Only thing that let the side down was it had a dirty mark on one corner. Lovely mattress, very well-made and so comfy to sleep on. Its double sided as well, so you can turn it over. The only negative on this mattress is that its very heavy, so could do with a couple of extra handles to help move it. But its such good quality, im really happy with it.
