The quality and comfort is absolutely incredible, but the length of the mattress does not fit our bed base, after measuring the length and comparing it to the size on the dreams website it definitely is short, we either lose the pillows down the top when sleeping or there is a massive gap at the bottom, weve had to resort in buying a bolster pillow to fill the gap at the bottom, so at least we can get a better sleep not losing the pillow at the headboard, so only thing now is that we are unable to tuck the duvet under the mattress. Strange how the measurements are so different and the bed base is correct to their website measurements.

Sadly I feel like the only person that cant seem to get on with this mattress and Ive really wanted to like it. I had been wanting to change my old mattress for a while and had been quite adamant about getting a firm mattress. But once in the dream store and doing the whole machine match maker it kept offering me a soft mattress probably due to my size. So I opted for this mattress which felt firmish but had a medium tension. I was hoping a new mattress would help with aches and pains Ive started experiencing. However the first night with the mattress and I woke up with pains in my hip which seem to be an ongoing thing and something I have never had before,m. I am not sure why I am getting hip pain, even when staying at hotels etc I have never had this, and I think it must be due to the medium tension and I am used to firmer mattresses. Its a lovely well made mattress and maybe in time my body will adjust. Sadly I cant return as my child has managed to have an accident on the bed and its gone through the layers of protection

We I got this mattress I was delighted from day one the mattress was very comfortable the right comfort grade we had the best nights sleep. We turned the mattress every week head to toe. When I was about to give up buying from Dreams .I bought this mattress absolutely comfortable we had best nights sleep but now We turn the mattress head to toe every week. Now the mattress starts dip badly on the middle we can already see the dips where we sleep and starts to be uncomfortable causing bad backs. This is an excellent mattress. We came to Dreams as we had already seen the competition. Yes, we had bought the bed and its first mattress elsewhere but a replacement mattress was overdue. We allowed ourselves to be scanned by their machine and our preferences noted. We only had to sample four mattresses out of the many in the store until we found the right one. What is more the after-sales service was superb. Yes, it was expensive but being older we enjoy our sleep.

Very soft. When you sit on the edge of the bed it sinks a long way down (I am 14 stone). It sinks when you lie on it making it difficult to turn over. I am now a back sleeper so it does provide some support for my spine but when I move onto my side it takes some effort as its an uphill battle. I still wake up with back ache.

Lovely luxurious mattress however within 5 days the topper has dipped where we have slept making it too soft for us and unfortunately causing a backache.
