In the shop I sat on this mattress and said no this is way to soft , the lady said please trust me and just lie down . WOW Im so pleased I did ans its a brilliant mattress, I suffer with lots of medical problems and I can honestly say I dont feel my joints hurting and its like its cups you to help you, if that makes sense. LOVE IT!!!

WARNING DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR BREATHING ISSUES!!!! I have owned this mattress for a month and the off gassing is still so bad that everything in the room stinks. I have had 2 air purifiers running continuously and left it uncovered for 3 and a half weeks. The internet says the off gassing should last a few days, well its still going. I am allergic to VOCs and have not been able to sleep in the bed as the chemicals are so strong. I will be waiting until the 40 day mark to have it replaced. If I had read any reviews that mentioned this there is no way I would have ever purchased it.

When I went to buy this mattress I commented on the 1 star reviews "if there is a dip in it can I change mattresses?" The sales person assured me it was covered by the 1 year warranty and I could get it changed if that happened. Within 6 months it gets soft in the middle. I book a "mattress technician" (which takes a month) just for him to write up that there's nothing wrong with the mattress despite an obvious dip in the middle! Made my back pain worse! Such a racket, never ordering from dreams again.

I purchased this after trying it out in the dreams store. As someone who suffers with fibromyalgia and other physical disabilities Ive been weary of memory foam mattresses but can honestly say Ive had the best nights sleep since this purchase. Its nice and thick but also very supportive. What makes it even better is I dont feel any movement when my partner moves in the bed (which Ive had with other memory foam mattresses. Id highly recommend to anyone with physical disabilities.

We gave this mattress a go after being sold a dream without thinking to read reviews and as per the rest of the 1 star reviews for the first couple of months it was absolutely brilliant then has progressively got worse with sagging to the point i feel like im rolling out of the bed with the high spot between me and my partner. Weve now had it a year and have many a broken nights sleep and have developed back problems from being so unsupported by this mattress.

My mother-in-law isnt able to get around easily and trusted me to source and buy an adjustable bed and comfortable mattress on her behalf. After visiting several stores I went to Dreams at Lakeside and found the ideal combination. Two years after purchasing this mattress we are replacing it. We purchased this in firm and for the first month it was great , but slowly started to lose all of its support and has now become a very soft and unsupportive mattress, even with turning it monthly from the date of purchase. It gets especially bad in the summer months when the heat softens the foam. Its like sleeping in a ditch and has caused terrible back and neck pain. Avoid this mattress.

I bought this mattress November 2024 and from about November / December 2025 it started to dip on both sides, we initially thought our bed frame was the issue as it was an expensive mattress so I purchased a new bed frame, with no change to the mattress dip. The mattress warenty was paid for and someone recently came out to assess the issue only to put it down to natural ware and tear! How can a mattress only last 1 year !!!! Don't buy this mattress!!!!!!

Very comfy the smell from being wrapped in plastic etc does linger for a alot longer then they said even with cracking a window open for hrs. Still early days only had it for 2weeks but so far so good. I am sleeping more soundly and getting more solid sleep instead of tossing and turning all night which is great. Fyi its much firmer then instore one i tried but still gor me at least its very comfortable.All in all i think i made the correct decision.

Initially feel good, but after 6 months started to sag excessively and after a year of usage turns in to hammock... Or two hammocks in fact, as its not only sagging in the middle, but also developed high ridge in the middle between me and my wife. We are fighting over that ridge like in some sort of war movie where each side tries to dominate the advantage point :-D Its also very hot in the summer. Do not recommend at all.

Terrible. Look up reviews online, all say it dips after the first year and Dreams Independent Inspectors don't deem it bad enough to replace under their guarantee. Absolute joke. Do not buy any Hyde and Sleep Mattresses. Also note that there is only 1 review for this mattress compared to the 800+ reviews on the other mattresses. Dreams are obviously deleting all the bad reviews. Can't believe they get away with this.

Absolutely lovely bed bought the firm in this as we both have back problems, at first we did not think it was particularly a thick mattress like our other one but we have noticed you definitely do not need that type of mattress, this is light enough to move and turn around and to be honest we have had fantastic sleeps since we purchased this would have no hesitation in recommending this mattress.

Took a fair few weeks for the smell to completely go,my husband sleeps on his back and says hes never slept better however I am a side sleeper and Im taking a little more time to get use to it, though I dont wake with hip pain like I use to on our old mattress, no springs at all in this mattress which my husband prefers but I would like a bit of bounce, just preference

It's okay for a foam mattress but selecting the firm option I didn't expect to sink into it as much as I do making it hard to adjust position due to reduced mobility. However, once in a comfortable position it remains comfortable all night and is warm but doesn't get hot like a normal spring mattress does and no chance of broken springs poking through!

Do not purchase this mattress. I am 12 stone, my wife is 8 stone, Not heavy. Dips in the mattress within months creating back problems. I have now bought another mattress from a competitor because dreams don't want to know. The 5 year guarantee is a bit of a joke. We will never use Dreams again.

Worst mattress I've ever owned. Comfortable for the first few months then developed a dip and gave me severe back pain. Swapped out for another of the same mattress, exactly the same thing happened! I'm not even heavy, only weigh 11 stone. Avoid this brand like the plague!! You have been warned.
