We found it much more comfy then our hard Emma bed that we returned. We are on the firm side, but might try out the soft too. They say to have the mattress with the hello label at the bottom, and this way around we have a softer top end where you lie for your hips and shoulders and a firmer bottom where your feet lie. On the instructions for care, it says to rotate every week at the beginning to even out the mattress. We did it after the first week, but we find the top half of the bed now too hard, because it's where the feet should go. I'm a bit confused why they say to rotate if this end is actually made for your feet. I noticed some indentation since we lay on it after 1 week, with the hello label at the bottom. So thought to rotate it, but we aren't enjoying the firm at the top side so will rotate it back. We sleep on our side and back and find it comfy for light weight people. The only thing is the mattress is so heavy for super king to rotate or flip on your own.

I was advised to get a new mattress due to my suffering low back pain over the last few months. My daughter and her husband had recently bought a new Eve Sleep Mattress and are very pleased with it. Bith me and my wife were having lots if problem getting a good night's sleep . We have had several mattresses over the last 3 years but they never seemed to help. So we decided after reading lots of reviews to have one of the evesleep mattresses and within a couple of nights we were both sleeping so much better it's truly amazing. When we first went to sleep we coukdnt get comfortable so the next day we unzipped it and turned it over and then zipped it back up and wow so much better. Every step towards receiving the new mattress was excellent in that communication was paramount. We had to change the delivery date but this was easily done. The delivery was well within the 2 hour slot allocated and the driver couldn't have been more helpful. There was a slightl accident getting it onto the bed but these things happen so be sure to leave the area clear to avoid this. As regards the mattress itself, it's extremely well made and super comfortable but we have yet to try the flip!! Excellent value and worth having your old mattress taken away at the same time.

I previously had an Eve medium firmness memory foam mattress and was skeptical about changing to a hybrid option but determined that with the 90 day trial it was a safe bet. Due to being heavily pregnant I opt'd for the softer side however now post partum we have converted fully to this side as it feels like you are sleeping in a cloud! Delivery was great, handled by Benson bed's team who was extremely conscientious and warned the mattress was very heavy and lifted into the designated bedroom for me, we will definitely continue to stick with Eve for the foreseeable future.

High quality product, love the fact I can easily swap between firm & medium, settled on medium at moment but nice to have the choice. Still early days as just two weeks in, however, much more cooler than my old memory foam, no more night sweating and it's extremely comfortable, already getting extra hours sleep I'd been missing out on, some feedback says aroma is strong, I found aroma after unpacking dissipates within 48 hours in a ventilated room. Delivery waiting time a little longer than I'd expected but communication and delivery service was outstanding.

Most comfortable mattress my daughter has slept on. However two small things marred the mattress. Firstly the cover is slightly skewed so the pattern is at a slant, not a problem just visually irritating. Secondly the top layers are slightly bowed on the one side (I took pictures). Once again it is not really a problem, it's on the spare bed for my daughter and doesn't impact the mattress sleep quality. As I had it at a discount and it's for the spare bed I've kept it, but hope this is a one off for what is an excellent mattress.

This is the second Wunderflip premium hybrid mattress we have bought. We find them really great value for money with an excellent combination of support and comfort (we use it on the firm side as the soft side was a little too soft for us). It arrived with a slight "ink like" mark on the cover but I fed this back to customer services, who answered the phone almost immediately, and they were really helpful and offered several options to put this situation right. Love my mattress but service could be a tiny bit better. Delivery man didn't know there was side to it so when I asked him to help me flip it (I live alone and wouldn't have been able to otherwise) I had to explain it. He very kindly did help, but feel they should know if there's stuff like that they may need to deal with. Also would have been able to tell me to take the comfort layer off first, I had to try and get that off myself a day or two later and was a pain!

The zip to remove the cover and flip the mattress seems very flimsy and that's without even using it yet. So reluctant to try the other side of the mattress for fear of it breaking as it already appears to be coming away from the fabric. The handles on each side of the mattress are also very delicate as they too look like will rip the fabric after a few flips. Otherwise this would be 5 stars in my opinion as the mattress itself seems great so far.

The wunderflip ultimate hybrid sleep mattress with the hip hop bed frame is great. I have good sleep now. Previously I bought a bed frame which got 2 support floating legs, but the centre beam collapsed and the supporting legs resting on the floor permanently - the bed frame was collapsed and I thought that it was the mattress got issue until I changed the bed frame. A good mattress with a good bed frame. It's really great.

Received the mattress a little over a week ago and let it "off gas" for a week as I'm super sensitive to chemicals/smells. I bought the mattress as I had purchased an Eve for my daughter and found it comfortable when I laid ion it. Slept on mattress for two nights now and OMG it is so comfortable. Generally very pleased with the mattress. Using the firm side as we prefer this and enjoying the comfort of the topper. If anything, finding it quite warm to sleep on but I expect that we will get used to this. The turning process is quite an effort but the side handlers do make this a little easier. This new wunderflip is a bit of a letdown as both sides are soft I was expecting firm side to be like original mattress I am still considering wether to return it. Eve Hybrid is way softer than advertised. Was looking to order firm mattress but suggestions when ordering said for weight & personal needs to go semi firm. It's way too soft and dipped in the middle 2 days after sleeping on it. Put it correct way up and round following instructions but wish I'd ordered a firmer option. Disappointed.

I love that you can unzip the memory foam topper, so if we have guests staying they may prefer a mattress without memory foam. Although this memory foam topper does not get too warm. Even on firm the mattress doesn't feel that firm. There are dents appearing where we sleep and we are turning it round regularly.
