Getting the right mattress has always been quite important for me, especially since my sleep position varies throughout the night between my back and side. The Eve Original Hybrid Mattress offered a medium firmness that really complemented my combination sleeping style. We bought the original hybrid mattress double after reading Which reviews, it turned out to be a on the firm side for us so we returned it after around 50 nights. The customer service, ordering, delivery and return process was excellent. We are both mostly side sleepers, I experienced hip pain/pressure during the night and had to change position often and my husband just felt that it was too firm for him. We were still a little tired through the day and put it down to our personal discomfort in the end, the mattress was supportive and we had no back pains in the morning. I had ordered a replacement mattress so that we weren't left without anything to sleep on and contacted eve to return the original hybrid once we had a delivery date. The return process was hassle free and very efficient, we found that we were able to give three dates for the return and add any comments. In hindsight, knowing that the return was so well organised, we would have trialled the mattress for longer to see if it softened up a little or we adjusted to it more as it would still have been easy enough to organise a replacement if it was needed. I was just worried that our trial period would run out before we could get anything sorted but the process was much quicker than I thought. We have still to find the perfect mattress for us and do regret the return without persevering a little longer as the replacment that we did order is terrible.

Marketing over promises how good this mattress is. It is not bad but it is not brilliant either. Outer materials feel very synthetic and, as usually the case with rolled mattresses, is not double-sided. Make sure you get a decent discount - Eve play games with them but 25-35% off seems the target. I waited until it went down in price to about what it was 30+ days before. Feedback: Firstly, the super king is very heavy and, probably for some good reason, it unrolls upside down and has to be "flipped". There are some pointless handles on the bottom but they don't really help. We struggled. Secondly, the corners took a long time to go to shape - at least 48 hours. Next, the sides are very soft so collapse when you sit on them which is okay as long as you can easily get up to standing or do not want to sit there. Finally, the comfort to sleep on: this is a foam-topped mattress which means you sink into the foam layer with support underneath from springs. The top is soft and quite warm but kept cool by lots of dimples which you can feel. The core is firm and supportive. Overall result is that you are very aware of the foam and the bed is soft but also stays very flat. It improved my sleep after having a traditional and sagging Warren Evans mattress but don't expect miracles. We decided to keep the mattress - so do not be too put off.

In some ways the mattress was perfect. I selected it carefully, having reviewed all the main alternatives on Which?, and was lucky to get a pretty good price. The mattress arrived promptly and was simple to install on the bed, though it is pretty heavy and cumbersome to get up the stairs.. If rating it for back support alone it would easily attract five stars. Lying here as I type this review my spine feels supported and comfortable but, and this is a pretty big "but" - I have barely had a single night during which I haven't woken soaked in sweat and in need of cooling off. And this is the crux of the matter for me. Comfort is about more than support and,, particularly having purchased a good quality pure cotton mattress protector, which should avoid overheating, I would have expected better nights' sleep than I have experienced to date. So, am I making use of the 100 day guarantee? On balance, no, the nuisance of returning the mattress and finding a new one, combined with the otherwise high levels of comfort, really override any concerns, but I do wish there was a way of cooling it down a bit.

This mattress is worth every penny. You need to give it a few days after delivery to judge it - I didnt like the smell much to begin with and at first I thought it was going to be impossibly soft but the smell disappears after a few days and the layers in the mattress inflate and settle into doing what they were designed to do so that there is a firm supportive layer but it doesnt feel hard because there is a super soft top layer. It is the most comfortable mattress Ive ever slept on and I have been recommending it to everyone. In terms of service, I was also really impressed - ordered on Monday and delivered on Wednesday in exactly the time slot I was given on Tuesday. Id booked delivery to the room and removal of old mattress. The guys delivering were really efficient and careful in my tiny cottage.

So far we have found the mattress very comfortable with no sign of sagging or losing shape. We both have back ailments that make a suitable mattress indispensible and we may well have found one. Having previously owned a Dunlopillo Royal Soveregin latex (the original good one) for 12 years, we searched in vain for an equivalent and affordable replacement. The Eve mattress is as good a compromise as we have seen, very good support and not too warm. The only slight quibble is that the need for a stretch cover due to the packing method used for delivery means that it is a bit stretchy and lacking the feel of a quality stitched mattress. However the proof is in the sleeping, and this only becomes noticeable (so far) when turning or lifting it. The real test will be if we are still using it in 12 years time.

I would rather be able to give the mattress 4.5 stars, as it is excellent, and overall very good value for money, though perhaps a little firmer than I'd like, but that's easily rectified with a mattress topper. The main letdown were the delays caused by the delivery company. I was having to travel back and forth each day from old house to new, as I was in the process of moving homes, and couldn't spend the night in my new house until the mattress was delivered. I would implore the people at Eve to use a decent delivery company going forwards. Also, the mattress is unbelievably heavy, which no doubt speaks to its quality, but getting it up the stairs on my own (I'm a 39 year old male) was difficult. Overall I'm very happy with the mattress, and am glad I bought it.

Well, firstly, immensely satisfied with our Eve mattress. This is our third in as many years and have at last found one which ticks all the boxes. It is very supportive; warm and firm. We are at an age when our sleeping patterns vary and because it is so supportive, we do not notice when the other gets out of bed! We do not roll into the middle; it does not engulf us; nor is it too warm. The 100 days no-quibble potential to return was important, especially as it was becoming expensive to find the right mattress. Within the first week it was apparent that we would not need to invoke the 100 day policy. We originally found Eve via the Which magazine and used their 'best buy' as our guide. Happy to say we were not disappointed. Could not recommend Eve highly enough!

The first few weeks of my new matters were fine, a long time pain I had in my hips started to slowly ease and then pretty much disappear. The mattress, although firm was comfortable and seemed to support me where needed but after the first month I noticed that it was once again, uncomfortable to sit for long periods and my hip started to ache again. About the Mose time I received a message to turn my matters and this helped. Now I appreciate that to remain comfortable I have to turn the mattress every two to three weeks. I dont expect this mattress to last for too long and accept that as a broad and heavy male, this may be my fault. Perhaps this mattress may be more suited to lighter folk and my search for the perfect mattress continues.

The mattress so far is proving to be beneficial providing more support than my old one. Time will tell if this continues. Although it is stated that support will vary according to the type of bed on which the mattress is placed, any purchaser should not that this is indeed the case. Prior to buying my mattress, I has slept on one which was on a wooden frame. The firmness is greater than that on my own which is on a divan base. My only complaint is that after some considerable time there is a slight odour from the mattress. The company assures that this will fade in time but I am still waiting almost 8 weeks and it is still there. However not a monumental problem - just makes me a bit 'snuffly' first thing in the morning.

Im on my second one of these mattresses after having to leave my other at my old house...I have so many back problems and Thebes that was here when I moved in seemed nice, it was brand new but after three weeks its actually put me in hospital due to the problems and spasms it caused. I had to buy an Eve as an emergency purpose (never thought a bed would be an emergency purpose but ah well). It came the following day despite saying it may take up to a week, amazing!!! Solved my back pain within a week and its just been great night sleep after great night sleep ever since! I would like a more chemical free option, though I know thats not an easy ask but, its high on my list of concerns for beds

Ive had this hybrid mattress for almost three months now and can say that its easily the most comfortable mattress Ive ever had. I do suffer with lower back pain, and the support the hybrid mattress provides is superb. Its definitely on the firm side but the memory foam gives you a lovely cocooned feeling, so easy to doze off at night. Its quite a heavy mattress so make sure you can cope with that, luckily I had help getting it upstairs and in place. It would be better if the grab handles were positioned on the sides as opposed to underneath. Yes there is quite a strong foam smell when new but this will fade over a few days, and by a week or two its pretty much gone. Good purchase, no regrets.

Id been trying to decide on a new mattress for over a year. I wanted to consider a hybrid and having read the Which reviews felt the Eve hybrid was a good choice. I bought it at a time there was an extra discount so it was very reasonably priced. I am delighted with the mattress. Im a side sleeper and a restless sleeper. As I have tinnitus sleep is an ongoing battle but I have to say my Eve hybrid has been wonderful for my sleep patterns. The only negatives were it was left on the doorstep without a signature: this was the fault of the courier who apologised. Also be prepared for a battle getting it unwrapped, theres tight parcelling and theres Eve mattress parcelling.

My wife and I like our mattress. We weigh 51 and 67 Kg and the firmness suits us, and our alignment when sleeping on our side is very good. The mattress is not overly warm so this is good, and the comfort is fine. Not the most luxurious feeling mattress but comfy enough. We had a few minor lower back pains at first but these faded over a few weeks. We have been away 3 times to sleep on other good quality mattresses and each time are pleased to return to our Eve Sleep. My daughter has the Hybrid Premium and this feels firmer and appears to me to suit slightly heavier persons. So not a total rave from us but we are very happy with our mattress. Recommended!

Cost more than I would normally spend on a mattress but was on offer at the time so thought it was more reasonable. Extremely comfortable and has helped to relieve back and neck pain. Delivery was good and on time. It arrived early in the day which was good because it does need time to expand fully which would have been difficult if it arrived later in the day. Some handles would be helpful for handling, although you do not flip the mattress you do need to swivel around and something to hold on to would help. If anyone can tell me that there is a good reason for not having handles I would like to hear it. In Summary a great purchase, would buy again.

Eve is a good company and the service is excellent. The problem with this mattress was that it was supposed to be a little softer than the premium hybrid mattress (a Which? rating of 5.4 out of 10 rather than 4 out of 10, so a difference of 1.4 in the scale. In the event it turned out to be very much softer, too soft, and we spent one night on it and sent it straight back. That doesnt mean its necessarily a poor mattress. It might be a one-off, it might be the figures are wrong, (and I can no longer see them on Evesleeps website), it might be our expectations were wrong. And it may be just right for some people. Its just not right for us.

Really easy to unpack, the mattress is very comfortable and arrived with clear instructions. The delivery was quick and easy - the delivery guys brought the mattress box upstairs into the bedroom without any issues. The customer service was pretty good, however it took a few days to organise the collection of the 2nd mattress we ordered, which we needed to return because we had ordered it in the wrong size. The refund was taken care of swiftly, and I would order from Eve again. The only thing to note is that the mattress needs airing before use (which is included in the instructions leaflet), so bear this in mind when it arrives.

Really comfortable mattress from day one. It's softer than mattresses I've previously bought over the years so I was a bit apprehensive. But I've been sleeping on it now for about 6 weeks and am very pleased with it. Even got a reminder from Eve after a month to turn the mattress. Delivery was easy, and was delivered on time. There's no option to have the mattress delivered to the room. It's quite heavy and was a bit of a pain getting it up my narrow stairs and round a corner into the bedroom. I would have been happy to consider an option of extra payment for this. But that really is my only negative comment.

I think this might be my 2nd review. They do get much better with time, so It might be wise for the review requests to be sent after the 100 day trial! I'll be keeping mine. Smell fine, and gone in days anyway, comfort good, my shoulder pain is little or zero in the Eve bed, which is a big vote upwards. There's a slight sense that you are sleeping on foam, which is a contrast to the more airy top layer on my old bed, and a contrast to the luxury feel of the bed at a certain purplish hotel chain, but I guess a mattress topper can change that. Apart from the top centimetre, this mattress is pretty perfect.

I have been using this mattress (original hybrid) for 3 months now and waited to write a review until I had enough time to form an opinion. I can say that I love this mattress and so does my partner. When we go on vacation or sleep somewhere else, I cant wait to get back to the comfort of my own bed with this mattress. We get quality sleep through the night with it, no waking up due to discomfort or pains. It fits our king Ikea bed frame with about 5cm extra space on the side (2.5cm each side). I would recommend this to any of my friends if they asked me for a good mattress brand. It is a good value.

I suffer from back pain, pains in my legs and joint pain. I have done for years. My husband started with aches and pains not long before we bought the eve mattress. Our sleep was disrupted and we woke feeling unrefreshed. Since buying the eve mattress I cannot believe how much our sleep has improved. My pains in my legs, whilst in bed, have gone. My husband is no longer suffering from lower back pain. We both sleep without waking several times at night. I work nights and I even sleep longer hours during the day when I'm working. One day all mattresses should be made the same way as eve mattresses!

Purchased 2 x single original hybrid mattresses - website easy to use & Eve admin & updates processes were relevant & timely. Unfortunately, they weren't delivered together but after some enquiries we learnt the remaining item would arrive 24hrs later No explanation or reason given!! Point to note - after unpacking, the mattress releases a strong industrial polyurethane style odour for approx a week - best to have windows open if you have a sensitive nose ;-) After 3 months, I still get a brief whiff of the smell each week when we change the linen/turn the mattress ;-0

Came in small box for size of mattress! Box very heavy. Took effort to get up to bedroom and unwrapped. Once unwrapped, mattress 'inflated' to good depth. Smell overpowering at first but lessened over the next few days. However continued to be aware of smell over next 3-4 weeks which didn't stop me being able to sleep. Mattress is firmer than previous and took a little getting used to. The mattress is warmish - a little uncomfortable in the warm weather. Depth of mattress required buying new sheets to fit. Bought on sale which made this a good deal.

Bought this mattress for my daughter as the her old one was burst with some of the metal springs broken and sticking out, it was only just over a year old, it was a cheap single that we got from a local retailer and she never really got a good nights sleep on it, so after checking Which I decided to get her this Evesleep mattress, she loves it, tells me it's really comfortable and she gets a great nights sleep. She's had the mattress for 8 months now without any complaints. I'd be renewing my own mattress for one of Eve's similar to this but in king size.

I've been so sceptical about these in the past but my partner has one and it's so comfy. I had been looking to change my mattress for ages and took the plunge (Klarna payments helped my decision) and am SO GLAD I did. It's amazing. Really. Just SO COMFY. We looked at this mattress as it is a Which best buy. What reassured us to buy it was the long return period if we did not like it as no mattress will be perfect for absolutely everybody. It arrived in a dauntingly small box and clearly gives the two characters who delivered it endless amusement as it gently expands (they get 5 stars too!). It is very comfortable indeed and we have no intention of returning it. If it lasts the period of the guarantee then it will be 6 star value for money. It could be a little easier to turn (end for end)..

Having made a disastrous mistake and bought an expensive mattress from a local retailer and realised I couldn't live with it I was wary of trying again. 'Which' rated the Eve hybrid mattresses very highly so I took the risk when the company were offering a substantial discount. I'm relieved to say that this time it's been a success. The mattress is well made and very comfortable. Such purchases are very personal and really you should try it for yourself before purchase, however this does seem to be a very good product and I recommend Eve.

The mattress seemed well made, but it was too soft for me. My last mattress was a firm IKEA sprung mattress. As a replacement I bought the Eve mattress, but I just could not get used to the memory foam. I was often shifting during the night in an unconscious attempt to reach higher, firmer ground. The mattress is described as "medium/firm" (e.g. by Which?), but to me it felt soft. Eventually I returned the mattress (feeling bad for the potential waste of materials and wasted CO2 omissions) and bought another firm sprung mattress again.

I chose this mattress because it was recommended for a person who is light in weight. The first week of sleeping on the mattress I felt as if I was rolling towards the middle of the bed, which was not ideal and did not help when trying to sleep. However, we changed bed bases and this eliminated the problem, no more rolling sensation. I suffer with back and knee pain and usually have to turn several times during the night, but with the Eve mattress I am turning less frequently and getting a much better nights sleep. Extremely comfortable, not too hot even in our recent spell of hot weather. Our daughter is dissatisfied with her mattress, tried ours, and pronounced it "perfect". Top cover can be washed. For a reasonable fee, they will collect the old mattress. Downsides: It's heavy! especially our king-size. Getting it upstairs was hard work. The underside is not firm, so we had to add additional slats to fill in the(admittedly wide) gaps in the bed frame to support it properly. It needs turning monthly, so put some handles of the d*** thing.

We were looking to change our 10 year old mattress. Using the Which? reviews we plumped (no pun intended) for the hybrid Eve mattress. It also was reduced at the time BUT it was exactly as described by Which?. Delivery was great with the old mattress being recycled, and despite the description it needed 2 of us to carry it to the third floor. Sleep is so enjoyable once again, and cooler than our previous mattress. We are both very impressed. Only grumble might be that the handles are awkward thus only 4 for Quality.

So its taken a few weeks to get used to sleeping on a hard mattress. I bought the original Hybrid. At first I felt like I was sleeping on a brick walk. However 5 weeks later Im now getting a fab nights sleep. My lower back pain has disappeared. My body feels fully rested. I feel the only issue is with the delivery. The mattress is super heavy and you really need two people to be able to unpack and install. If youre lucky the delivery guys might help you. Overall a good mattress Im happy with my purchase.

Haven't had this mattress for long yet, but so far it's been ok. I bought it to replace the square piece of concrete my landlord gave me when I rented the place and that destroyed my back - so, compared to that, it's obviously a huge improvement. It hasn't given me that "wow" feeling though (and it's overpriced). I haven't tried any of these other cool mattress brands out there, so wouldn't know how it compares to those - I'd say definitely consider Eve, but do your research as people have different needs.

We read the report on Which and was not disappointed. Ordering was simple and delivery was quicker than expected. We had ordered the superking mattress and it is extremely heavy, the box it is packed in does not help handling as it is oversize. Unrolling the mattress is simple and it get to it's original size in a few hours. As for the mattress itself it is the most comfortable one we have ever had and supports well in every position. The big disadvantage with it is you don't want to get out of bed.

Honestly the best mattress weve ever had. We bought this to replace a near brand new very expensive mattress that was just not right for us. This mattress has enough give to sleep on my side comfortably but also firm enough for good support. Another key point is the total lack of partner disturbance. My husband is a big guy and I do not notice him moving at all which is quite unbelievable in comparison to our other mattress. We bought the super king. Like sleeping on a cloud! Very happy!

I bought the Eve Original Hybrid mattress and I has taken me quite a while to get used to it. Its very comfortable when I sleep on my back but wish it was a little softer when sleeping on my side or front. Its not as comfortable as I was expecting, but its certainly not uncomfortable. I do find it to be slightly too warm which may be a problem with the warmer nights coming up, but well see. Overall I do sleep well, but I was expecting something a bit more special for the money.

Bought these mattresses for our guest beds but had to try them out ourselves! As I tend to feel quite hot in bed I was a bit worried that they would not suit me but that worry was unfounded. Followed all instructions for setting up the mattresses and they plumped up beautifully. We have had very comfortable sleeps. These mattresses don't form a body imprint therefore allow you to change position easily. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would buy them again myself.

I've had it for a little while now and I really like it. It's the cheaper hybrid, although I do use it with an eve topper. I like a very firm mattress, and this is firm. The eve topper is kinder on my hips, without sacrificing the firmness. I was unprepared for the warmth that this mattress exudes. With my old traditional mattress i used a 14 tog duvet all year, with this I'll need a summer one. My back is pain free when i wake up which is a change. Recommended.

It's quite a comfortable mattress, but not outstandingly so, and let down by the smell. The chemical smell of memory foam is way worse than I expected. Like a cross between wet mould and a chemistry lab. That a consumer product could be sold when it is so minging is a marvel of modern marketing. We've been persevering with this and airing it as advised, but three months in the odour, and all the associated chemicals are still there. It's hard to like.

Really pleased with our new super kingsize Eve mattress. Really supportive without being too firm, just the right amount of give in it. Also good temperature wise, not too warm. Theres little transfer of movement, so you dont get disturbed if one of you is a bit of a fidget - this was one of the reasons that we chose this mattress, and it hasnt disappointed. Managed to buy it while on offer so the price was good too. Would definitely recommend.

This is my second Eve mattress and I love it just as much as the first (that's still going strong after 10 years, but it's on the spare bed now). This is obviously a newer version and the packaging was much simpler and there was absolutely no smell when it was unrolled, so that was a plus. It is extremely comfortable and easy to spin every couple of weeks so the wear is even. I bought it in the sale so, at 50% off, it was an absolute bargain.

Eve's original hybrid mattress is one of the firmer mattresses in its line up - indeed that was one of the reasons that I chose it - and I have been pleased with my selection. The king size model fitted into my new Delaktig bed from Ikea perfectly. If there was one thing I would improve about it though, it would be to add reinforcement to the sides; these are a little softer and provide less stability than the rest of the mattress.

This is a lovely mattress but unfortunately my husband and myself find memory foam way too hot. We were hoping that this one might be different but after trying it 2 months have had to return it. I couldnt fault the customer service. It was collected quickly and we received a refund the day after collection. I dont regret choosing it and would recommend it as if you cant get along with it you can get a refund. Fantastic service.

This is so comfortable, I have damage to my spinal cord and as a result intermittent severe sciatica and this mattress has definitely helped reduce that considerably. It does not give at the edges and overall has been brilliant and such good value. Only problem being it was heavy, both of us being 75+, to take up the stairs and then unroll as It arrived during lockdown so we had to do that ourselves. Still worth it though. :)

I really like this mattress, it was a quarter of the price of our previous mattress but much more comfortable. Previously I was waking up with a sore and stiff back and had to take pain killers. I still wake up with slight stiffness but no longer have to take pain killers. My wife is the opposite, she slept well on the previous mattress but has struggled to adjust to this one. Hopefully, it's just a matter of getting used to it.

Super comfy mattress, we had shopped around but decided it was worth spending a little more on the mattress. Love that is is part spring, part memory foam, as makes it the right level of comfort but firm, for us. I am side sleeper and my partner a back sleeper, and both so happy with this mattress. This is a really lovely mattress. Good quality. I have had problems with lower back and hip pain for years and things felt better straight away sleeping on this mattress. Unfortunately it makes me much too hot at night. I really didn't want to give up on it as it was so comfy and so have persisted for a couple of months. However, it is still unpleasantly hot. Our old pocket sprung mattress was 8 years old and getting a bit squishy, so after some online research (and finding a discount code!) went for the eve mattress. I am very pleased with my mattress. I'd had a very comfortable pocket-sprung one previously and was anxious about comfort but it's lovely and supports the body well. It took a few weeks for me to become accustomed to it after purchase. My only criticism is that it is a bit difficult to rotate, the handles being underneath - would be much easier if two were attached to each side. Ordering was easy and delivery quick.

The mattress is vastly superior to previous one. The delivery process was less impressive with the designated carrier, hence the loss of one star under 'value for money'. Fortunately, in the end, the goodwill and common sense of the delivery team ensured that the new mattress was installed and the old mattress was removed as originally promised. All in all a worthwhile experience and a first class mattress.

All is good, the only problem is when you turn around the mattress the holding loops are underneath the mattress and which is a really difficult thing to do. We wonder why the holding handles are not at the side of the mattress! Otherwise, the mattress is cool, and no uneven pressures on the mattress seen yet, however, we turn around the mattress (i.e. head to toe and vice versa) every month.

After sleeping on this for nearly 2 months now I can safely say it's the best mattress I've ever slept on by a country mile. Not too soft so it helps my back and not too firm either where it feels like your lying on a plank of wood! Memory foam does what it says on the tin and have really noticed the fact it never gets too hot! Sleeping has markedly improved since I got it. Easy 5 stars.

The mattress was very competetively priced. It is very heavy and so placing the handles on the underside of the mattress is a bit daft. We find that when our partner turns over, the mattress transmits the bounce though to the other occupant who then has a disturbed sleep. There seems to be something wrong with the support provided as backache is experienced early in the morning.

Took awhile for us to get used to this mattress. The drawback being we get quite hot and have found this difficult to regulate even using a lighter weight duvet. As colder nights draw in this issue should not be a problem. Have not used the mattress in hot weather so hoping we do not have issues with this next summer. Otherwise found very comfortable, do not feel partner moving.

Had the Eve original hybrid mattress for about 60 days now. Very difficult to do a review right know as I replaced my old mattress due to upper back problems when sleeping. Unfortunately, the back problems are still there but I dont believe that is due to the mattress. Seeking medical advice for my back and will decide on wether to keep the mattress depending on that outcome.

You really realise how uncomfortable your old mattress is when this arrives. Its very comfortable. I like that I can move in the night and it doesnt disturb my husband and vice versa. After a month it really isnt as plump as it was in the beginning. Even with rotation, once that end has had consistent pressure, it does settle in and Id like it to remain a bit firmer.

Purchased as 'discontinued'. It is our second Eve mattress, we purchased a bed & mattress in October 2020 and have found it ideal, hence when looking to replace another, older mattress, we came straight to Eve. It is quite early to tell, but it seems ok. There has been a slight damp smell which may have resulted from being rolled up at the delivery depot for longer than ideal - see following comments.The low rating reflects the incredible chaos of the delivery with incorrect date bookings and changes, delivery drivers who seemed ignorant of our order and considerable delay.

I wasn't sure at first that getting a mattress in a box would be great quality but we've had it for two months now and it's still amazing. Perfect level of comfy vs firm. Took me a couple of nights to get used to it as our previous mattress had a lot more movement to it - this one is so much better. If my husband is tossing and turning it doesn't disturb me, magic.

Very happy with our purchase. The purchase process was very easy and the communication has been excellent. The mattress is firmer than expected, but that is not a problem. It is also very very heavy and hard to manoeuvre - again not a major issue and what you should expect with a mattress. As I said, a good buy and would buy again (though not for some time!!)

I absolutely love, love, love my Eve mattress! It was ready for sleeping on within about 6 hours of unrolling it and it had no nasty chemical smell at all (as our other mattress did). It's so comfortable, not hard it lumpy in the slightest. I highly recommend Eve mattresses, so much so, we're going to replace the mattress in our other bedroom with an Eve too.

Absolutely love it - comfy yet supportive. We both get good quality sleep whilst one sleeps on the back and the other on the side. The super kingsize is perfect for a tall couple. Ordering the mattress was easy and delivered very quickly. Do be aware that the box is heavy and you need two strong people to lift it to the bedroom. From there, unpacking is easy.

Good decision. Purchased two mattresses taking advantage of a direct offer and refer a friend that gave great value for money. Only a few weeks of use, but quality appears very high. Comfort is for the individual, but transfer of movement is limited, so less likely to disturb partner. Initially a slight odour; a few days airing helped. Delivery as stated.

I have a bad back and this mattress is perfect for it. It is firm which is just what my back needed. Please be aware that the mattress is very heavy and you definitely need two people to unpack it and flip it. Delivery was on time and quick and efficient and I had paid for the old mattress to be taken which again was done efficiently.

I purchased the Hybrid mattress a few months ago and can honestly say that I find it so comfortable and would definitely buy it again if a new mattress is required. In the past I have had complete memory foam mattresses but much prefer the hybrid as I am a hot sleeper and memory foam alone was retaining heat that gave me disturbed sleep.

This is our second mattress from Eve and it's better than our first. Love the fact that you can unzip the cover to wash it. The mattress is extremely comfortable. Customer service is great as the first mattress delivered was faulty and within 2 weeks we had a new mattress and the faulty one was taken away. Can't recommend highly enough.

It's a very comfortable mattress but I am noticeably hotter at night than I was with my previous non hybrid mattress. It is good for not disturbing your partner when you move or get up. My son has a hybrid mattress at about a third of the price which is pretty comfortable and so that is why it only gets three stars for value.

Although prompt and efficient, I was left with a very heavy mattress on my bed base to unpack myself and it unfurled upside down - an almost impossible task for a 70 plus year old with health issues to turn over. Big jump going from a conventional mattress to a memory foam and it took me personally a little while to "settle in" to this new style. Overall a very comfortable choice and I must admit I do not toss and turn as much. As for heat dispersion it has been very good but we are now entering the summer so we will wait and see!!

We have slept much better since having our Eve mattress and are less likely to wake each other if we move about. The only irritation is that it is slightly smaller than our base. Does a post Brexit double mattress have to be a different size from an EU double mattress just to be very British? It is rather annoying!

Unfortunately, I realized that I need soft mattress so I returned it during the free 100 nights trial and the customer service was excellent. Not right for us. It gave both my partner and I bad backs. It feels very firm and despite giving it a good 2 months we just couldnt sleep on it any longer. Very comfortable and a vast improvement to my old mattress. I would recommend this product to anyone who has difficulty sleeping and who wake up with a aches and pains because of poor support in a worn-out mattress, my sleep has improved and I wake up refreshed and without the aches I use to get.

For lightweight people around 50kg it is a little too firm. We are using an additional topper. It would be nice if it could be constructed with two zones of firmness and the option to select the degree of firmness required for each zone. In all other respects we are happy with the product.

Love our new mattress, so glad we decided on Eve! We unwrapped, left it to expand for 24 hours and couldn't believe how much it "grew". The mattress is so comfortable, firm but your body just seem to melt into it, and I definitely feel better rested in the morning. Great buy in the sale!

bought new mattresses for the whole family. They are ok but find they still smell bad after two months. We aired them for a week before use and they still smell strongly. The handle stitching on one of the single mattresses is already breaking. Not sure how durable these products will be.

We would have preferred the handles positioned on the side of the mattress not underneath. The material underneath the mattress is a foam/rubber type composition which drags the vallance sheet when we turn the mattress around. However, once in place the mattress is very comfortable.
