On my side, my shoulder and hip sank in and my waist stayed supported. That balance is the hardest thing to find at a mid price, and nothing I tried at its price or less did it as well. On my back it was nearly as good; my front was its weakest position. It does warm up after a while, and honestly, with winter coming, I liked that cosy feeling.

It's built well above its price. You get proper pocket springs, proper foam, a BSI Kitemark factory behind it and a long guarantee. It's one-sided and no-turn, so there's nothing to flip and nothing to go wrong.

I'd point almost anyone on a mid budget at this one. The Eve Hybrid Uno is the cheaper choice and nearly as good, but I'd find the extra for the Duo. It also beats the Slumberland Air 6.0 and the Air Memory 2.0, and costs you less than either.

Purchased is Mattress 27 days ago myself and my wife are still wakening up the Morning with the Same Hip Pains that we had before. So contact this company now 3 times but have been told after 12 Days you pay 10% so they want 56? Even if was going to take an other mattress if more expensive you pay the Difference iagree.. But if the mattres was say 200 Cheaper you don't get nothing for an exchange so that my reason that want Refund But Told they don't do Refunds.if get a other mattress you pay again the delivery cost again so Beforei even look at a mattress iam going to be 96 out of Pocket you pay the 39.99 exchange I'd rather Loose my 500 then Do Trading with this Company of vomet an other Panny.. Would not recommend this mattress - but I would recommend Bensons customer service! I had 2 of these mattresses after the first one had material movement on one of the top layers whilst we slept. I found the mattress way too soft and gave very little support. If you've been used to a pocket sprung bed do not get this mattress, it feels like mainly memory foam and we had big dips in both of them after not very long (a month). Its also difficult to turn over/ sit up and read etc as there is no support really so it feels almost like a water bed when youre trying to move at all or sit firmly. Would like to mention again that Bensons customer service were great in getting this resolved for me, I happily used the 40 day comfort guarantee and got another with a small fee.

Really uncomfortable, only had the mattress for 6 months whilst regularly turning . With two people sleeping in the bed, the middle is naturally used less which consequently leaves it raised and a lot firmer. Either side feels slumped, not supported and if you shuffle slightly closer to the middle , the mattress is makes you feel as though you're laying at a slope . Have raised this with photo evidence, but been told this is "normal " settlement. Was also told to also sleep in the middle ......not realistic when sharing with your partner . We're already looking to buy a replacement .

Worse mattress, we have ever had! We've had it less than 2 years, could feel all the springs, it was so bumpy and uncomfortable. It started off really good, than went worse and worse! Even had a "Technician" come round from Bensons...He even said "Never buy a roll up mattress!" And then we were told that although we could feel every single spring, that there was nothing they would do as the "Tension" was fine! So disappointed! We've now since purchased a brand new Mattress, it cost quite a bit, but it's so much better and worth every penny!

I bought this mattress as my memory foam mattress was yrs old but so comfy & needed to go. I was a little apprehensive at first but once this arrived & I tried it, it was very comfortable. I realised just how uncomfortable my old mattress was. Very well made & great value. It opened easy on arrival & very little odour. Great buy if you like memory foam as it's just as good. Staff where very helpful, chatty & helped a great deal with this purchase. Highly recommend both mattress & bensons.

The mattress is very comfortable when I first lie on it, but during the night develops a distinct dip in the centre. I actually feel myself rolling into it. I always lie to one side of the bed, not in the middle and I'm 63kgs, not excessively heavy. I have rotated the mattress every week since I've had it and use the mattress protector supplied by Bensons. I'm very disappointed with it. I'm sending a photo taken 2 hours after I got up: this shows the dip, it really is quite significant.

The mattress was delivered on time and the drivers positioned it on our bed after removing the old one. We were given some practical advice on how to care for the new one and prolong its life. The first night we slept on it we realised how bad the old one had been and wished we'd replaced it sooner. Best of all my bad back, which I've been suffering with for a number of years seems to be much improved. Overall, I can't recommend this mattress highly enough.

I have now bought 2 of these wonderful mattresses. Very comfortable and good for my back. No need for mattress topper as built in. One kingsize for main bedroom which was delivered flat and the other a double which was rolled and miraculously taken up a spiral staircase into the attic by the brilliant delivery men who were very helpful and took away the old mattresses at the same time. Would highly recommend both the Eve hybrid duo and Benson beds.

Do not buy! It's too small for a double bed. My husband and I struggle to sleep well on the mattress due to its size. I wished we didn't buy it. We genuinely regret purchasing the mattress. There is a clear gap between the mattress and our double bed frame. I took the photos and sent them to customer service only to be told that's the size of the mattress, meaning I just have to live with it - quite unfortunate. It's rather suitable for one person.

Very happy with the Eve hybrid duo. We purchased both a king size and a single mattress. Easy delivery, inflated within a few hours, smell not too bad, just opened the windows and was gone by the next day. These mattresses are extremely comfortable both soft and firm and supportive at the same time. I tried in store first and am very happy with the purchase. Interest free credit over 10 months made them very affordable too.

Really love this bed but only had it a few days when noticed the zip underneath around the mattress was broken.However Colin at Benson s Elk mill store went that extra mile to help us organise a replacement through customer services which involved al lot of technology which we weren't confident to do ourselves.Colin was patient and helpful and was a credit to the Benson' s team at that store.

We have throughly enjoyed our new mattress from day one - a light, soft feeling but with enough sturdiness to make you feel secure. Deliberately chosen to avoid a sweaty sleep, this feels airy. The only slight thing we have noticed is if we are sleeping beside, we drift/ roll into each other's space slightly as. the memory foam top accommodates our weight. Also impressively packed! Pleased!

Having put up with springs digging into my side and back our new mattress is perfect. Just the right firmness can very compact but quickly expanded to a nice think mattress. Had two weeks of good sleep and even when restless on the night didn't fell my wife fidget or get in and out of bed like before. New EVE mattress certainly helping to wake up refreshed and ready for the day.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! 2 weeks in and it's dipping, making an uncomfortable experience. Contacted Bensons and they told me it was normal. I've sold memory foam mattresses, this is NOT normal. Memory foam is called that because it returns to its original form once pressure is removed. Bensons website states they will accept returns if it's "not comfy", this is a lie.

As someone has always had box spring mattresses, I find this to be quite uncomfortable. I'm a side sleeper and my back aches sometimes in the morning after sleeping on this. The soft or medium felt pretty much the same in store. Not easy to return as Bensons keeps 10% plus delivery charges etc. Quite disappointed and a bit stuck with it now unfortunately.

Excellent well made mattress extremely comfy my wife's has a hip condition our old mattress used to cause more pain but this eve hospital to relive this when laying on her bad hip having the most comfortable sleeps now and wake much more refreshed overall so far a fantastic mattress that superbly made hight recommended not to soft not to hard just right

Just the firmness that we wanted, reasonably priced, and a lot more comfortable than our old one. There is nothing we don't like about this mattress, although we were apprehensive that it would not be like the one in the showroom. But our fears were unfounded, and we both agree a very good purchase. Won't hesitate to buy another at a later date.

Very comfortable mattresses. My only complaint is the new beds were delivered a few days after the mattresses and the delivery men who were putting the beds together wouldn't deal with the mattresses. They were rolled and packaged very tightly and my Husband and I are elderly and there was no way we could do this ourselves.

I have an eve mattress on my own bed, and so when looking for one for my guest room, you can guess what I went looking for and found it! It was used for the first time last night and I had excellent comments from my guests this morning! The only draw back, is the weight when trying to turn it, but it is manageable!

We have had this mattress for 20 nights and there is a considerable dip in the middle of the mattress. I know the mattresses dips overtime but 4cm in 20 nights is utterly disgusting. We was advised this was a superb mattress and it's causing nothing but a sore back and a restless nights sleep. Do not recommend.

It's a nice mattress for the price and the delivery team were great. I did try some other mattress' that were more expensive. I do feel as though you get what you pay for. It is not a bad mattress by any means, but in hindsight I should have gone for a better one! 4* for being cost effective and comfortable.

I was slightly apprehensive at first, I did a lot of research,, read many reviews, mostly excellent I add though I was still not convinced by what they call- hybrid mattresses. Long story short, the last 3 weeks I had the best sleep that I can remember in a very long while!! I highly recommend!!!

I've had the mattress for roughly a month and have been getting a solid sleep. At first, I notice a dip in the mattress where it had molded to by body, which annoyed me as I wasn't use to this type of mattress. However, now I find myself looking for it, as it offers me greater support.

Absolutely love my mattress. It's exactly what I wanted, a medium firmness hybrid. Very comfortable and doesn't leave me feeling hot like some other mattresses. Wasn't too keen on the smell of the memory foam for the first few days but it's gone now.

Really comfortable. Glad we bought it. No issues whatsoever. Does seem to be a lot warmer than our old mattress, and I'm assuming that's the memory foam. Packaged well on delivery and easy to move to the upstairs bedroom. It arrived vacuum packed.

I purchased this and it came rolled up which was handy for getting it upstairs. I have tried this for 21 days but my partner has been getting a sore back from it so I am now going out looking for a different mattress. Bit disappointing really.

The delivery drivers were really helpful & advised me to leave the mattress to settle all day to ensure it had reached its full expansion after being unrolled. I would definitely recommend this hybrid mattress, such a comfortable night's sleep!

Having tried a few different ones in store, landing on this mattress was definitely the right call! Having the mattress arrive a month before the bedframe, despite being told in store that they would arrive together was a problem though.
