I recently purchased a new bed but the hardest part was working out which type of mattress to choose. Having narrowed down to the type I wanted the final choice was the firmness. Lying down on a bed in the shop doesn't compare to actually getting into bed and going to sleep. However with this mattress that isn't a problem. I chose a firm one mainly because that was the sort I'd had previously and this new one is really comfortable. Very supportive regardless of whether I'm sleeping on my back or my side. I've only had it for a month but so far I've slept really well and woken up rested and relaxed.

I bought my first bed from this company last week, just to be sure I could have a good experience and here we are today I just booked the second bed in another colour, since I do like coloured things! All very good, the room looks great, both single beds are lovely and comfortable! I had a query about the assembly the first time and the customer service answered straight away sending instructions for assembly which was very easy! I have been followed both time by Zain and everything has always been quick and smooth. The delivery was very efficient at 7 am in the morning! I greatly recommend it!

Bought this mattress for my teenage son. He loves it and says he's getting much better nights sleep. It feels comfortable but firm, so think it should be supportive for his growing body. I wouldn't describe it as luxurious but still a good value option It was the best mattress we found in the price range. I was pleased with the inclusion of the 8 year guarantee but not so impressed with the costly delivery and charges to take away our old mattress. It's winter so cannot comment on if it is cooler than other memory foam mattresses we will see in the summer months!

Our new mattress felt a bit strange the first few nights we had it - it had been a long time since we previously bought a mattress ! Within a week however , it just felt so comfortable and we couldn't believe we had waited so long to get a it. Fantastic mattress! Really comfy and it no longer feels like I'm at sea when my partner turns in their sleep. Before I could feel every move she made, but now it's just uninterrupted sleep, making it very difficult to want to leave my bed in the morning! All made better by the staff who helped us find out what mattress is best for the both of us with their special machine prior to the wonderful assistants intervention, we were looking at completely the wrong firmness mattresses but thank god they helped! Originally we had only gone into Benson's for a bed frame and didn't have intentions of changing our mattress. However, once we tested out a few beds, we realised a new mattress was a must. Why buy a new bed without going the whole and being in complete comfort? We found the Slumberland Air 2.0 Memory mattress to be the best. My partner is pregnant so wanted something that was firm but comfortable and this is certainly that. She's delighted with it, as am I. Upon discovering a minor fault with my old mattress, I was fortunately able activate my Bensons Guarantee and upgrade to a higher quality mattress. Despite some initial difficulties with communication, Ursula within the Executive Customer Relations Team was very professional and quickly resolved my issues and I am now very happy with my new mattress. Compared to other mattresses of a higher price, this one is reasonably priced and comfortable. I have the medium one, but would recommend getting the firm version if you prefer more support.

I am finding my Slumberland Air 2.0 Memory foam mattress to be very comfortable. It took a few days to get used to the change from my old mattress but am pleased I made my decision to buy a new mattress from Bensons for beds. I'm so impressed with my new Ottoman bed the gorgeous grey velvet suede headboard and base and I seriously can't believe how big the storage underneath is I only have to lift the bottom of the mattress and the bed lifts up effortlessly and I haven't even managed to fill a quarter of the space I have even put my hand luggage case in there to ,everyone in my family and my friends that have seen love it and have said they would definitely buy the same bed whenever needed to get a new one Best decision I've ever made

Very pleased I chose Slumberland Air mattress after a number of visits to Bensons and talking to the very patient Gemma at the Lincoln branch. Existing mattress was memory foam which had been good and overdue to be replaced. I realised I needed more support for long standing back and hip problems with the comfort of memory foam layer. I'd had a Slumberland mattress before and knew I wanted another before buying this. I tried them all out in the shop and decided this was the one for me. I chose the medium firmness option: it's soft enough that I can comfortably sleep on my side, but firm enough that I don't feel like I am sinking into it too much. It's deep enough to have all the benefits too but not ridiculously thick like some of the other more expensive ones, so it doesn't dominate my wooden bed frame!

5 stars. I'm really happy with this mattress and how it matched what I saw in store. The comfort and support are exactly the same, and I've had no problems with smell or overheating, even after a few nights of use. It feels high quality and gives great sleep. The only issue was the packaging, which arrived quite dirty and left a few marks on the surface. Thankfully, they wiped off easily with a damp cloth. Overall, the mattress itself is excellent and worth the price.

The delivery was quick and the men that delivered were very friendly and polite, they wanted to take it to the bedroom for me but I just asked them to leave it at the space close to the entrance. Since I have been lying on it, I feel different with my back and don't struggle before getting up because I have had a good sleep. Just been delivered today, cannot stop sitting on it. The man in the Hull branch was lovely and allowed us to test out mattresses to see which firmness we liked, we opted for a firm mattress and I honestly could not be more pleased. It is soft and firm at the same time, the perfect combination for us. So comfy following our old mattress which had served us well for almost 20 years but had come to the end of its life. The new mattress is also lightweight and easy to handle so turning it will be easy. It arrived with good protection on the four corners that were easily removed. Had many good sleeps and my back has been much better. A well deserved 5 and a10/10 score.

After having a silentnight mattress from BFBs which was rubbish I got this Slumberland mattress. It has great support especially on the edges. Am 5ft and petite but this has just the right support for me. The only negative is the slippery top, every time I move the sheet moves with me. Have brought a mattress protector but that bunches up on it too. my fitted sheets stay on ok they just keep slipping and sliding on the area I am sleeping on

Never had a decent sleep for ages ,then the carer mentioned my mattress . Get a new one that's shocking. Got lost in Straiton went into Bensons they solved the problem with this slumberland small double. Since delivery 17th November minimum sleep 5hours. Some days I'm still in my bed at 09.30. Tried many mattresses over the years but never found one that suits my needs 100% until I purchased this one. A great mattress. Although I usually prefer firmer mattresses, we got ours in medium on a devan base and it suits us both. The value for money was excellent and I'd recommend this to anyone who's in our kind of budget. haven't woken up with back ache once since purchasing this, the level of support is perfect for side sleeping and front sleeping. absorbs movement really well so neither of us are waking the other up by shuffling around, and the breathability has been noticeable during the weather changes - no finding ourselves too hot or too cold. overall incredibly pleased with our decision :)

We bought the mattress online without testing it in the shop and we were very pleasantly surprised! We bought the medium version of the mattress, it feels slightly more on the firm side, but that could be because it's brand new and will probably soften in the future). My old mattress was very uncomfortable I seldom got a good nights sleep in it so was always tired and had aches and pains all over my body.Since I got my new mattress I often go to bed early and sometimes sleep till 8 or 9. I used to get up at 5 or 6 sometimes even earlier and sleep in my very old reclner which was more comfortable.I go to bed earlier now as well.

Actual mattress much firmer than the one we tested in the shop. I lasted half an hour trying to sleep on it before I got up and put my old mattress topper on it. Two weeks in and I still find it harder than I would like (even with mattress topper). Bit depressing to be less comfy on the new bed than old one. Full disclosure, husband is happy with it.

This is the most comfortable mattress I've had. I tried this one first in the shop & nothing else compared to it. I've had two weeks of blissful sleep since it was delivered. Great mattress. Supportive and very comfortable for my soft bones, so just what I needed to switch to. You sink into the memory foam but not too deep. Though the mattress overall is quite deep so a little tricky for short me to get into bed now it's effectively higher up. But it seems most mattresses now a days are very very deep.

Very comfortable as we needed compared to our previous one, we also like the idea of having more lifting loops along the sides and one on each end. really comfy bed ideal for me as I suffer with chronic back pain and osteoarthritis in my hip. Which I can't sleep on y sides. I sleep on my back with a pillow under my knee's. Firm yet soft rolled into 1 mattress. Strange but true. Wanted a soft mattress but this one ticked every box with the memory foam top. Sleep has not been this good in years! It took a few days to get use to the mattress but, once you get used to it you'll find it the best mattress you have slept on for the price. Unlike one other mattress that are made from the same materials, don't over heat. It's comfortable and I don't notice when my wife gets in or out of bed. 10/10

I'm giving this mattress 4 stars because I haven't had it very long but I have to say it's very comfortable. I bought the medium and thought it was a bit hard at first but it's not. I find I'm sleeping longer and no back ache. It's very solid which I like. All in all, I'm very pleased with my choice.

Hi, my bed is very comfortable and I am very pleased with the service, starting from the assistant in the shop, to the delivery of the bed by 2 lovely drivers. I have had the bed for 3 weeks and have had lots of very restful sleeps. I would recommend Bensons to anyone. Excellent service.

Lovely deep comfortable mattress which seems to roll with my body. No rolling together though which makes me feel like I'm in bed alone. Much better than my last mattress which was more expensive. I would definitely recommend it for a great sleep. It really is like being in Slumberland.

My memory foam mattress is extremely comfortable I am very pleased with it, there are handles on all four sides of the mattress making it easier to move around and you don't need to turn it over. I've had my new mattress a month now and I can't think of anything I don't like about it.

Haven't had a bad nights sleep in it. Bought it 2 weeks ago for our new house and it's given us many long nights sleep. Medium - firm , but super comfy. Can't feel my partners movements in her sleep/ getting up as the foam absorbs it all. This means we both get uninterrupted sleep.

I used to wake up having spent the night wrestling with busted springs and mishappen foam. Now I wake up refreshed, slightly drooling, and questioning if I even need coffee. 10/10, would recommend (unless you have important things to do, because you won't be getting up anytime soon).

We had a great experience in store, far above the competition. Are mattress arrived quickly, and was clean and ready. The mattress itself is great. It's soft enough to be comfortable and lie on your side, but still supportive enough to not have a bad back. No complaints from me!

Still trying to get used to this new mattress after three weeks of sleeping on it. Seems reasonably comfortable, but the memory foam topping could be deeper, as it didn't make the mattress any softer and I have put my old memory foam topper on it to make it more comfortable.

We love the mattress. We we're always a bit unsure of Memory foam mattresses, but took the risk and ot was the best choice we made. Paid for our old mattress to be taken away but was a bit annoyed as they left the very large plastic cover on the new mattress.

Had Slumberland beds for past 55 years. Mattress was described as medium but I would say quite soft. At 75 I was having problems with getting out of my 12year old Slumberland because it had lost it bounce, new one very comfy but not as 'medium' as I expected.

I am delighted with the comfort of it. I have stenosis of spine, which is very painful. The new mattress is softer than my old one, but firm as well. The mattress moulds to your body, its like getting a hug! I love it. I have no down points about it!

This mattress is nice, thick and comfy. It gives great support and I get a better night's sleep. It looks smart. Give it a week or more for the smell to disappear and the air to come out of mattress, for it to settle into your sleep pattern.

This is the second mattress the first was to hard so changed it for a soft which is still quite firm in my opinion but better then the first one I had also had to pay 65 pound to change it and delivery again which I thought was wrong

I liked the feel of the mattress-mine is firm one. It's bit bouncy when you try to get out of bed , the edges seems bit sliding in when you try to sit or get out of the bed. It takes bit more time to adjust on your new mattress.
