Positives: the bed is comfy, looks really good, storage is convenient to access. Negatives: you need to be fairly strong to be able to close the bed when it is entirely open - I can't do it myself and have to get my husband every time. The delivery was extremely delayed too, it was then difficult to assemble (there wasn't any mention that it would be flatpacked) and to begin with the pistons were too strong so the top of the frame wouldn't settle flat against the base unless we were on it. We also didn't hear back from Bensons when trying to contact them about the bed for a month. So the bed itself 4/5 (hoping it'll get less difficult to close in time) and Bensons service 1/5.

Absolutely fantastic there's a little click but I'm sure it's cos of ourself not tightening the struts enough a wee bit apprehensive about over tightening but great product looks wonderful and had and have had great night sleeps
