Before diving deeper into the matter, it's worth mentioning that every bed is a personal choice and what works perfectly for one, may not be as effective for another. Keeping this in mind, let's look into our detailed discussion about this bed frame.
How we tested
We put the Snooze Moonshine Ottoman Bed Frame through rigorous testing, focusing on every minute detail. From its basic functionality to its aesthetic appeal, and the convenience features it brings, everything was assessed. We spent considerable time interacting with the bed, physiognoming its structure, and understanding how it impacts sleep quality and duration. Finally, we analysed customer reviews to gauge the lived experiences of those who've had the pleasure of using this bed.
Design and features
The Snooze Moonshine Ottoman Bed Frame, through its modern and contemporary scrolled headboard design, adds a touch of elegance to any room. It's upholstered in a selection of nine luxurious velvet and woven fabrics, available in a range of colours suited for any décor. The bed frame also has solid wooden feet that give it stability and an alluring presentation. The bed base plays a important role too. We tested the ottoman version which doubles as a storage area, but there's also a non-ottoman version available. And to add a cherry on top, the frame will be delivered and installed in your room of choice, saving you the effort.
Construction
Studying the construction of the bed, it's clear that it's designed with attention to detail and an emphasis on quality. The firmness of its fully boarded sleeping base provides substantial support for the mattress and prolongs its life. The wooden legs give the bed stability, and their walnut effect finish lends style too. Lastly, the upholstery induces a sense of warmth and sophistication into the room. All these elements combine to establish a bed frame that's crafted to provide a supportive yet comfortable sleeping environment.
Suitability
This bed frame suits a variety of individuals. Whether you're an avid reader who wants a comfortable headboard to lean against, a Netflix enthusiast in need of a cosy binge-watching spot, or a sleep enthusiast who values a quality bed for a good night's sleep, this bed frame caters to all. Its luxurious fabric options and the availability of several sizes make it a versatile piece that can seamlessly accommodate the style and needs of many homes.
What customers thought
Owners mostly praise the looks and the storage. One wrote "Beautiful bed, had many compliments", and another said the storage "is perfect for our needs". The ottoman lift splits opinion: one owner found it "Easy to open and close", while another wrote "It is heavy to lift the ottoman but I manage it ok currently."
The complaints are about delivery and assembly. One buyer, still waiting for the bed, had been quoted four to six weeks and wrote "that would be 15 weeks!" when the date came through. Another owner found the bed "assembled poorly with loose bolts, causing bed to squeak". One owner had a smoother time, saying the assembly team was there "no more than 30 minutes and cleared up behind them".
