Penelope Upholstered Ottoman Bed Frame

The bed is great and exactly like the photo. Brilliant storage underneath as well. The only issue is the assembly of the bed, the instructions aren't very clear in terms of the different screws which all look the same! Would have been better if they were colour coded or in different labeled bags. It took 3 of us to assemble the bed

Bed is lovely and is a great mental heath bonus. Stubborn I can do it attitude means we built ourselves and it was a tough day, it could be a tv challenge show :-). 2 plasters many broken nails and a high adrenaline success feeling. Instructions should include some more words maybe. Happy teenager though

Good solid and beautiful looking bed that looks great. Assembled ourselves which does require 2 people and instructions could have been abit more clearer but any novice can assemble it. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful bed, had the best nights sleep in a while. The lads that assembled my bed said it might take a few days to get used to it, but from the first night i had no pain. Worth every penny.

It feels like a quality item. Most instructions are clear. Only the screw identification needs work. Didn't like that my reduced offer ended up more reduced only a week later.

This is a stunning bed and the mattress is very comfortable. It was just the customer service experience that was diabolical.

Bed is spot on I hade t realised tho that I had to put it together myself tho ,,, so make sure this is noted before purchase
