Sleep is paramount to our overall health, well-being, and daily productivity. When we sleep, our bodies get a chance to replenish and rejuvenate, preparing us for the day ahead. So, it's critical to invest in a sleep environment that encourages comfort, relaxation, and good quality sleep. This is where the Snooze Lunar Bed Frame comes in. As part of Snooze's premium collection, the Lunar Bed Frame is designed to cater to your refined tastes and your need for superior comfort. With a headboard that subtly marries classic and modern aesthetics, a choice of ottoman or non-ottoman bed base, a broad spectrum of upholstery options, and solid wooden feet, this bed frame goes beyond the ordinary to deliver a truly unmatched experience.
How we tested
In our effort to give you a genuine analysis, we looked beyond the beautiful aesthetics. The goal was to evaluate the functionality, the comfort factor, the build quality, and the overall sleeping experience. Our testing process spanned over several weeks, allowing us to identify the intricacies of the bed frame. The test involved evaluating the structural strength of the bed, the quality of the fabrics, the functionality of the ottoman storage variant, the comfort and support provided by the bed base, and the subjective factors such as the aesthetics and sleeping experience.
Design and features
The Snooze Lunar Bed Frame epitomises tasteful luxury. It comes with a deep buttoned headboard that strikes the perfect balance between contemporary and conventional styles, perfect for sprucing up any bedroom décor. You can select from an array of nine luxurious velvet and woven fabrics in numerous colours, catering to your individual style and room palette. Whether you require additional storage or prefer a more minimalist design, Snooze offers both, ottoman and non-ottoman bed base options for this frame. The bed frame stands firm and stylish on solid wooden feet with a walnut effect finish, further improving its elegant look. And all of these chic elements, whether it's the upholstery or the wooden feet, are delivered and assembled in your room, saving you the hassle of installation.
Construction
Where the Lunar Bed Frame truly shines is in its construction. The bed features a fully boarded sleeping base, which ensures maximum support and prolongs the lifespan of your mattress. It means your sleep will be undisrupted and your mattress will be cared for. The upholstery material is of the highest quality, adding to the longevity of the bed frame. Plus, the solid wooden feet provide not just the aesthetic touch but also contribute to the bed frame's overall stability.
Suitability
The Snooze Lunar Bed Frame is as adaptable as it is beautiful. It comes in double, king size and super king size bed options, making it suitable for rooms of different sizes. Be it a compact city apartment bedroom or a large suburban master bedroom, there's a Lunar Bed Frame for everyone. The choice between ottoman and non-ottoman variants also provides flexibility based on your storage needs and room space.
What customers thought
The reviews cover two things: the frame and the crew who build it. One owner wrote that "the quality of the frame is great and it looks gorgeous" and that it "was worth the 3 month build wait", so plan for a wait, because Bensons makes every Lunar frame to order. The crew builds it in your room and takes the packaging away, and another owner found them "polite and professional throughout while they were putting it together". That owner hadn't had the bed long and thought it "too early to say" more.
The verdict
The Snooze Lunar Bed Frame is a beautiful blend of style, comfort, and functionality. It scores high on quality, aesthetics, and value. It's suited to all types of bedrooms, and the added storage (should you opt for it) makes a big difference day to day. With a 5-year guarantee, you can be assured of the solid quality and the longevity of this bed frame. If you're after a calm, clutter-free bedroom setup, the Snooze Lunar Bed Frame is a decidedly worthy investment.
