Absolutely love my Otty matress, I went for the hybrid and I was not disappointed. I was hit by a car whilst pregnant and broke my tibia platueu so have since suffered with problems in both knees and my back so it was important to get a good nights sleep and rest well. Appalling customer service. Wasted a days annual leave waiting for my mattress, it arrived the following day. Bought two mattresses for two different bedrooms; one original hybrid and one aura hybrid mattress. Although advertised as levels of 7 and 6 firmness respectively, they are much firmer than expected; you barely sink into them! Good Points: So comfortably supportive everywhere that I have found it more comfortable without a pillow than any other bed I have had with a pillow. On my old mattress I was spending half the night in so much pain that I couldn't sleep, or waking in the morning hardly able to move and in pain. It's doing me a lot of good sleeping so much better. The way it's rolled into the packaging makes it easy to get through doorways and around corners into the room. The packaging itself is so good that I am intending to reuse it in some way rather than just throw it out. It comes with an additional envelope-style, good quality mattress protector. I can't say about longevity as I have only had it a few weeks. Improvement Points: I absolutely can't fault it. I am incredibly happy that I chose this one after lots of research and unable to shop in person because of lockdown.

After several weeks of use, I can confidently say this mattress has been a good investment, though not without a few issues. When it first arrived, it felt quite firm, almost uncomfortably so. But after about a month, it softened up nicely and now offers excellent support without being too rigid. I wake up without any aches or pains, which is a huge relief. Movement isolation is impressive, there’s no bounce or disturbance when shifting positions, making it ideal for light sleepers. However, there are a few practical drawbacks. The mattress is very deep, which makes finding fitted sheets a bit of a challenge. It also lacks handles, so lifting or rotating it is awkward and heavy work. It's worth noting, if you're using slatted bed base, the slats need to be closely spaced, otherwise, you risk voiding the warranty. Overall, it’s a great choice for comfort and support, but be prepared for a bit of a workout when it comes to changing sheets.

Good Points: It's pleasant to look at and the quality of material is great. it feels fluffy and soft when you lie down on it, if that's what you're after then this ones for you. Improvement Points: I wouldn't say its suitable for back sleepers as it's too soft and it just feels like you're sinking.

We had a king size Hybrid Gel 3000 Mattress mid December 25. Over Christmas I’ve had hip pain so bad I can barely walk and had to take pain killers to ease it. I thought I had something seriously wrong with my hip so slept in the spare bed last night and woke up pain free! My husband had said he’s also been getting hip pain - not as bad as mine, but we’ve concluded we messed up buying this! We laid for some time in the show room at Furniture Village on it and thought it was comfortable, but the reality of overnight is terrible. I’ve read other reviews mentioning hip pain since and it seems a common theme. I would not recommend this mattress.
