Hi I have an adjustable bed. brought my last Tempur mattress designed for adjustable beds about 8 years ago. I was sleeping less than an hour a night for 18 months and even scared to go to bed due to chronic pain. Being disabled you get VAT relief on items to help with your condition. When I purchased my first Tempur mattress I got VAT taken off when I purchased it. Due to not being able to sleep flat from 4 major spine and spinal cord surgeries all leaving me in more pain and worse off from surgery. We could not afford a new Tempur mattress really the only silver lining was we would get the VAT taken off went to same store, we live in same home. Staff said they don’t do it when you purchase in store anymore and it would be down by customer services. I gave them evidence and they sent that off when we brought the new mattress that is specifically designed for adjustable beds. I phoned after delivery to check about how much the payments would be with the VAT removed. But was very unhelpful and said it was a luxury purchase and not due VAT off. I explained that we confirmed before we brought it with the guys in the shop and they said it would be deducted through customer services. The mattress has work wonders and I’m now getting 3 hours sleep a night. Which is nearly four fold. The woman I spoke to probably 2 wks ago said a manager whom could deal with this was going to phone me at some point but still haven’t heard anything. We did everything right to ask and check.

after using the Simba Sleep Mattress for a while now, I can say I am thoroughly impressed with the Luxe Hybrid Mattress, I looked around for a while for a new mattress and decided on Simba because of the myriad of technologies they include in their hybrid mattresses, not to mention their recycling and carbon neutral credentials. I do have back pain problems and this bed really helps that, I wake up and have no back pain whatsoever, it's a noticeable improvement. The Mattress is quite tall, but that's because of all the different layers contained within the mattress. It is meant to be Medium to Firm when it comes to its firmness level, which I agree with, I normally like the mattress to be on the firm side, but it looks to me that the springs provide the best support no matter which position you sleep in, yet the Simbatex Foam, the breathable Zip Off Cover and the Mattress Protector (both of which you are able to throw in the washing Machine) all add up to a very comfortable sleeping experience. I had a very positive experience with Simba Sleep, from the start of ordering the mattress, having it delivered in a small box, and then opening it up, letting it take shape on the bed frame, and within hours I had a bed ready to sleep in.
