It's been a couple of months ths now since we bought the SIMBA earth source mattress, I thought we had spent too much money but we, both my partner and I suffered with broken sleep and woke up not being able to get back to sleep and I suffer from back tension and muscle tension from physical work and my partner had a dodgy shoulder which meant he could only sleep on one side. . Now, 2/3 weeks with the mattress, I have deep and long sleep with the joy of returning to sleep after waking and my partner is on longer in pain and is also sleeping so much better. It says medium firm and this is just right,it's got the woolen thick soft top which just cushions us and is soothing on the mind, body and finally and definitely my soul! I feel like it's transformed my days, I feel lighter and rested and comforted. My partner and I are at an age where body temperature fluctuates quite dramatically and yet the mattress has not been the cause or have we felt as many problems as it's possibly psychological as well as physical that there is so much more natural materials which of course help regulate. We can both sleep any which way and are super pleased!! Worth us saving for it!

So I'm writing this after nearly 3 weeks with my new Simba Earth escape. I'm not completely convinced I will be keeping it yet. I suffer with lower back pain and normally have a form mattress. This mattress is listed as medium firm, I would definitely say it's firm. The first few nights I woke 2-3 gym with stiff shoulders and hips and was so disappointed that my sleep Was actually worse. As I have got used to it I have found my lower back pain is better and the hip/shoulder pain is better. However it still hasn't given me the comfort and nights sleep I hoped for. I'm wondering if I should have gone for the Earth Apex. I love the natural materials and I actually live the smell of wool from the mattress. So if you are a side sleeper like me maybe beware this might be to firm. I'm happy to re review this or add to this in another month after I've given this a proper trial

We ordered this mattress because our old mattress was uncomfortable and had too many hollows. We liked the description of this mattress as my wife and I don't like to feel to hot at night the way most off the new memory foam mattresses do. We prefer a mattress made in the traditional style with many layers and different fibre layers to give it strength and rigidity. We were surprised that it arrived like a normal mattress and ready to use on the day of delivery. Since using the mattress we have both slept better and my wife doesn't move around the bed trying to find a cool spot. It was as far as we are concerned the best decision on a mattress we've ever made.

This is a comfy mattress but its not the most comfortable mattress I have slept on. We are still not sure if we will send it back in the return policy (200 days) as we want to give it time to settle. The mattress quality is great and looks really well made. Its just the mattress undulates alot (this is where the stitching in the mattress is) so we have had to put our old mattress topper back on which is a shame. The memory foam seams ok, but I wonder if it makes the sleeping experience too soft. I have had some back pain since sleeping on it. Still not sure if buying a mattress online is a good idea as you just cant tell until you lie on it. Jury is still out.

I have had this mattress for nearly a month now. So far I have found it to be very comfortable and I feel as though my sleep is improving slowly. Super comfortable. Great if you like a firm mattress. The outer edges do sink down more than expected so be aware of that if sitting on edge of bed. Helped with back pain straight away. Wanted to change from a double to a king size and was no problem whatsoever. Easy exchange process. Very happy with product and the monthly payment option is perfect for us. Great delivery process. Well informed throughout. I was under the impression they take away the packaging but didn't so had to dispose of ourselves with regular bin collections.

Our new Earth Escape Mattress has completely revolutionised how we sleep. The matress felt too hot on our first night but it is only after this that we realised this was probably residual heat from it being wrapped in plastic prior to delivery. We previously had a Simba Memory Mattress and I was finding it difficult to sleep because of my back issue and decided to try this new Simba mattress. I changed to the Earth mattress as I found the foam topped one to be too soft and very warm. This one you don't sink into it which keeps you cooler and I feel this is definitely more for me. Best mattress I have ever slept on! The fibre used is great for keeping you the right temperature. The material feels like it will last a long time. I like the fact that the mattress is made of natural materials and is recyclable but this does mean that the mattress has a "farm" smell. It's been weeks since it arrived and we can still smell it. It does seem to be softer than the hybrid but not by that much and it also seems to be cooler but not a great difference. Joint pain and sleep quality have not improved.

Love my new mattress. It was a significant investment but I feel it was definitely worth it. Best mattress I've ever had. Since sleeping on our new Simba Earth we can honestly say we no longer wake up overheating in the night and that my allergies have improved as I no longer wake up with nasal congestion and wheezing like before. Unfortunately had a negative experience with the delivery process and after a month the mattress was delivered damaged and then took another couple of weeks for a replacement to be delivered. I've had a Simba mattress for about 7 years but it was time to upgrade and upsize to a king. I chose the earth escape mattress for it's sustainable materials and it's so comfy! We did try the Hybrid Luxe mattress to begin with. However although it was super comfortable, we found it a bit hot to sleep on. It's really comfy, I like a hard mattress. This is medium/firm, it could have slightly more firmness and less bounciness but it feels nice to lie on. It doesn't push back, I feel like I fall into it - but not quite the same as a non-natural mattress where it deforms. More like it eases pressure.

So, I haven't had this long enough to say whether it will improve my sleep permanently, however the signs are looking good! Bought the Super King, and boy, this is a big and heavy mattress! Needed 4 people to get it up the stairs, thankful I didn't buy the Apex. . . I opted for this mattress because I wanted the natural fillings, British made, recyclable, etc. The mattress is well made, looks more like a traditional mattress, does not come rolled up in a box. No smell, and comfortable to sleep on from day 1. A little firmer than expected, has great side stability and there is no roll together and you don't feel the movements of your partner either. I hope this lasts and I don't have to send it back, because I really do not want the struggle of getting another mattress up the stairs. Bought this when there was a price reduction which was better for me, I did not need all the extras. Expensive, but hopefully worth the investment.

When we ordered our new mattress we expected a faultless mattress but unfortunately the first mattress had six inch tear in it , this is where I was glad that I had ordered a mattress from a reputable company, they took it away without a second thought , then from there on the company was brilliant, they were very apologetic and couldn't do enough for us , . After all my wife who is disabled and is unable to get out of bed without help ( one of my jobs ) the company had promised to get in contact with. us , but they haven't , so even with that they have brilliant in finding a replacement, and delivered ahead of time , now the mattress has arrived , it is definitely worth the slight up set of not having the first one the only thing they have done was got back to us

An excellent more environmentally-friendly place to sleep, I wasn't sleeping badly on my old mattress, but I was occasionally waking up hot and sweaty - probably an age thing - but even if I wake up sweaty now, if I get up and go to the loo and come back to bed, I'm getting into something that's gently warm and totally dry, rather than my previous experience of getting back into a damp hot patch that was pretty grim. There is a bit of movement between me and my partner, but not enough for me to ever wake up with them moving around.

The mattress seems pretty comfortable, still getting used to it, not quite as soft as expected but the quality is excellent. Was not impressed with the delivery company who first time delivered the mattress covered in mud and wet, then when they came to replace it they forgot the mattress cover they needed in order to remove it so had to arrange a further delivery and they were not happy or expecting to unpack and put into place although I had paid for the service, they did eventually but the delivery definitely let Simba down.

We spent a while researching various mattresses and decided on the Simba Natural Hybrid Escape as it ticked a lot of boxes for us. I wasn't sure that I would get on with it entirely, as I can get back issues if a mattress is too firm or too soft, so I needed one that could adapt, but the Simba mattress has been perfect from the first night! Upgraded to this mattress after 8 years on a Simba one - so glad we did. Both my wife and I are so comfortable it becomes difficult to get up in the morning! Me and my fianc bought the super king natural hybrid escape mattress and can honestly say we are over the moon with it. Perfect firmness, glad that it's full of natural British wool and overall just really happy with it. Would 100% recommend. I read some reviews saying they're too hard, but I think they just want extra soft as it's honestly perfect.

It's often quite hard to gauge a mattress firmness but the natural hybrid escape mattress has been perfect for us. It is extremely comfortable and made from high quality natural fibres. I bought the Natural Hybrid Escape mattress and have been using it for a couple of weeks now. It is a quality mattress made out of natural materials. I wouldn't expected that I'll even smell that as you can definitely notice the smell off the wool. It doesn't bother me but might be an issue for some people.

Seems well built with good edge control and doesn't sleep as hot as our previous simba hybrid. Quite firm but with a soft top layer, which we wanted nd like but bought for a small child so probably a bit too firm. It's quite heavy and unwieldy so the in room delivery was much appreciated.
