I've had my new bed frame, mattress, pillows, duvet, sheets and covers for over 3 weeks now. In this time I have had to say this is the best 3 weeks sleep I have ever had!! I have a lot of problems sleeping normally due to my mental health, anxiety and my rheumatoid arthritis. After getting totally overwhelmed with looking for a suitable mattress (as i have osteoarthritis) by looking online and going to stores I decided to use the ever so helpful Google reviews, Simba was highly recommended and the reviews were outstanding so they click bated me ! I found their website very informative and easy to use. I decided the Hybrid mattress was the best one for me so, the day I decided to purchase they had a deal on which included a mattress protector and 2 x pillows saving me over 300 BONUS. I easily applied for the 12 month interest free credit option. They offered various payment plans. The ordering process, setting up payment plan and delivery was easy and straightforward. Confirmation emails arrived immediately so I patiently waited for the delivery day. The delivery company were sending emails and messages keeping me updated, the drivers also called me to give me a specific delivery time slot and they were spot on. 2 very polite gents brought the mattress, protector and pillow into my lounge for me, they couldn't of been more helpful. My husband and I couldn't wait to open everything. We read and followed the easily laid out instructions and just over 4 hours later went to bed!
