DO NOT BUY FROM DREAMCLOUD!! If I could I would give them negative stars. It has been a nightmare dealing with them, specifically management. I bought two single mattresses which were delivered on 30.08.24 and after 8 nights of sleep it was confirmed they were uncomfortable, too warm, tilted to one side, sagged in the middle and provided no support as claimed on their website. I contacted them for a full refund for both mattresses on 9th of Sept. They tried to offer a 60% discount on both or one of the mattresses which I refused due to both being very uncomfortable to sleep on. I was given confirmation of a return and refund being accepted via the phone and by email once the two mattresses were collected. However, a day later they back tracked saying a return was not possible for both mattresses given their policy of one item return per household. At no point was I informed about this via the initial phone calls or emails between myself and Dreamcloud, which they later claimed that I was. They have recordings of all calls so they know that during our conversations a refund was agreed for both mattresses. After receiving the email to say the return and refund of both mattresses is no longer possible, I called and spoke to them again and was reassured there was a mistake on their side and that the collection had been booked for both mattresses and I just had to wait to be contacted by their collection team and not to worry and once it was collected I would receive a full refund for both mattresses. The person who confirmed this said she will contact me back and clear up the misunderstanding on their side. Again, they emailed back saying management is refusing the refund for both mattresses even though it had been finalized and collection was booked. Today I was advised the only way to get a refund is to make a formal complaint to the management team and wait for a reply. It has only been 11 days and the mattresses are uncomfortable, warm, it tilts on one side so you feel you are sinking more to the right side, it sags in the middle and provides no support. Compared to the old mattresses which we have had for years, this feels worse. Do not buy from DreamCloud, do not fall for their false advertising regarding how comfortable, supporting and breathable the mattress claims to be. The customer service team are professional but were unable to solve this issue which is worrying if you are planning to keep your mattress for the whole 365 days trial period that claim a refund is possible. Also, beware if you are buying more than one mattress or item their policy states you can only refund one per household, regardless of how long you have had the item or if it is uncomfortable or fit for purpose. This policy makes no sense as more than one person lives in house hold so if you are buy more than one mattress or other items you will only be able to refund one even if more than one are faulty and do not match what they have claimed and advertised on their website. DO NOT BUY from DreamCloud, I cannot stress enough how much I regret purchasing from this company.

I did an awful lot of research into this mattress before deciding to buy. I was suffering from hip and back pain after a nights sleep and my sleep was being disturbed and I concluded that the DreamCloud would help - off course I could not try it out first but was aware of the class leading return option of 365 days so felt reassured. On arrival and because of Covid my mattress was delivered to my doorstep and as it was Kingsize and though it was shrink wrapped it was neither small nor light and took two of us to get it upstairs. We opened the box at both ends and lifted it off the DreamCloud which we then lifted onto the bed. The box contains a cutting tool to help you remove the shrink wrap and once you break the seal there will be a loud hissing noise as air is sucked into the mattress as it begins to expand - two of us kept cutting away the shrink wrap as it expanded and note that before you begin this process it is not easy to determine if your DreamCloud will be upside down. As we continued to cut away and remove the packaging the mattress continued to expand quite quickly. Our mattress was the right way up so once unpackaged we opened a window to let it air and left it unmade for several hours to give it as much time as possible to expand. They say some brands of shrink wrap mattress give off a nasty smell once opened but that was certainly not the case with the DreamCloud. It was probably 7 hours before we made the bed up for sleep and it looked almost fully expanded though it would continue to expand over the next couple of days. They say you have to give any new mattress a good few days of use before you can begin to appreciate it (or not) and I have to admit that at first I felt it was no better than our old mattress and this was worrying. At 11stone in weight I felt the DreamCloud was quite firm whether I lay on my back, stomach or side and it was noticeably deeper than our old mattress at 29cm and firm all the way to the edges and I was still in pain. I was honestly thinking of sending it back. Three months on and I am very happy with the DreamCloud and I have no pain at all when I wake up and I am certain the DreamCloud is a big part of the reason. It still feels quite firm so I feel I am on not in the mattress so it is easy to change sleeping position. My partner is also happy. In terms of roll together it is not an issue so your comfort is not reliant on your partner and if they move it does not disturb you unless perhaps you are very close when you might notice. At three months they advise turning the mattress (not over, but round so the head end is at the feet end) and I easily managed this on my own using the grab handles that are not flimsy. So in summary I am glad I did my research and I am happy with the DreamCloud. Note that we have a slatted bed and my research highlighted that the slats were too far apart at 5 inches so whilst waiting for delivery I measured up and ordered plywood panels which I placed on top of the slats in readiness for my DreamCloud.

Absolutely the most awful, problematic brand I've ever bought from. I purchased the mattress bundle, it came with the platform bed, two pillows, mattress protector, duvet and duvet cover set all in white. The delivery itself was straight forward and easy enough, the single items were delivered separately from the mattress. The mattress arrived a couple of days after. Straight away I was surprised at the low quality bed frame. But I went along with it as there would be no excuses if I had a matching mattress with the same brand bedframe. So I let the mattress breathe for almost 4 days in order to make sure it was fully plump and ready to sleep on. The bedding set I must say feels very very nice. But that's it. The mattress is nice enough as it's very thick and high but it's too soft but the borders of the mattress it's more rigid and firm so if you're sharing a bed you'll have a part on your side that's different than the rest of the mattress. The duvet and the pillows are the most awful quality I've ever encounter. The duvet has thick scratchy borders that if gets caught on skin causes major discomfort and the pillows is of very cheap filling, cut into tiny pieces bits of foam, almost looks like what is left over stuffed together inside a thin see through cotton lining. The cover is thick and uncomfortable and has some thick scratchy fabric running through the middle around the whole mattress so very uncomfortable. Needless to say I contacted customer service and explained I'd want to return the bed frame pillows and duvet and they sent me a copy and paste message about the comfort of the mattress. I then had to resent the email asking them to READ my email because they clearly didn't understand my request. They told me to persevere with the mattress and the other items were not returnable. A few months pass by and I ask them to return the mattress as I was unhappy. This was straight forward and it was arranged quickly. A few weeks later I started to notice small bits of foam scattered around my bedroom floor. Upon inspection it was basically the pillows falling apart. I since then asked for a refund. The last few days I've been noticing a sinking feeling when I'm laying down in my new mattress (which was also one of the reasons I wanted to return the dream clouds as it was sinking through the middle), and I checked the platform bed to be shocked yet again that the middle beam that holds the slats together were SO loose, from the middle metal legas that I've had enough with this company. I'm so tired of having to contact these people to sort these issues out. plus dream cloud is just the mattress. The other items are NECTAR branded. What is going on dream cloud? Why are you selling such cheap awful products on your website? The only think you should be selling is the bedding set which is nice but the rest I have to say the quality is simply appalling.

I initially had a Dreamcloud Mattress at the end of 2023. From Day 1 it was comfortable and no problems with the settling in period these Companies talk about. After about a month, I noticed that a hollow had started to form where I slept and the side of the mattress had become rather soft and no longer supported me when sitting on the edge of the bed to dress. Being disabled, that is the only place I can sit comfortably to dress as I don't have any chairs in the house. Over the following month, the sag on the side of the mattress got worse and I am far from being a heavy person. I got to the point where I started sliding off the mattress whilst trying to dress. Hence before the 100 day trial was up, I returned the mattress as being unsuitable. Over the following 6 months I tried 3 other Mattresses. All the sales demonstrators talked about how comfortable, soft and supportive they were, which if you laid on your back they were. But in reality, I am a side sleeper and as soon as I turned on to my side, it was like trying to sleep on a sheet of metal. You could feel the Springs digging into your shoulders. By the time I had got to trying the third Mattress, I was now in real pain with my shoulders and neck and was now just hurting when I went to bed. All 3 beds were classed as Medium Firm, just as the Dreamcloud, but non of them gave me one decent night's sleep. I got to the stage where I was dreading having to go to Bed; despite how tired I was. These were not Cheap Mattresses, 2 of which were twice the price of the Dreamcloud and all were well known Brands. In desperation, I decided to go back to the Dreamcloud. After all, despite the hollow and sliding off the edge, I was sleeping reasonably well. The new Dreamcloud arrived and I was looking forward to my first night's decent sleep in over 6 months. However, that was not the case and unlike the first time I tried a Dreamcloud Mattress, it took 3 nights before I managed to get any sleep. This mattress; unlike the first one, seems a little firmer and after 7 weeks there are no signs of dipping/hollows. Any pain felt in my shoulders when I turn onto my side is a result of muscle strain/damage from using the other 3 mattresses and is gradually starting to ease. It will take some time, but this mattress is not adding to it. PS not given it 5 stars as I am waiting a little longer to see if it dips.

1. Incorrect Order & Delivery Issues - Despite ordering a single bed, DreamCloud sent me a double, which was unsuitable as I am disabled. It took them an entire month to collect the incorrect bed, during which I had to pay for storage since it couldn't fit in my space. They didn't care to make up for their error or help fix the issue any faster. 2. Inconvenient Collection & Delivery Process - Their process required me to be available for a full day for both delivery and collection, causing significant disruption. I told them I am disabled so I have to keep paying other people to be available. Additionally, their third-party collection service took ages to retrieve the mattress, further delaying the refund. 3. Lack of Consideration for Disability - Despite explaining my situation, DreamCloud refused to offer any meaningful compensation for the additional costs and inconvenience they caused. I had to arrange for people to be available multiple times, adding further stress. 4. Warranty Revoked - When they finally sent the correct single mattress, they still expected me to return the double. However, they failed to specify a collection date, and their delays forced me to remove the double mattress myself as it was too large to store. As a result, they revoked the warranty on my single mattress without coming to an agreement with me, which was completely unfair given their own inefficiencies. 5. Refund Issues & Poor Customer Service- When processing my refund, they deducted a goodwill amount that had previously been agreed separately, resulting in me receiving less money than I was entitled to. Their customer service was completely unhelpful throughout-Gareth and Claire, in particular, were dismissive and failed to provide any real solutions. Overall, this was a nightmare from start to finish. The level of incompetence, lack of accountability, and disregard for customer needs-especially for those with disabilities-was appalling. I will never order from DreamCloud again and strongly recommend others avoid them. I bought a Simba mattress and it was cheaper AND was better quality - don't waste your time with Dreamcloud. That 'forever warranty' they claim after my experience probably is a myth.

After hours and hours of trying to find the right mattress online I decided on this brand, I bought the - Double DreamCloud luxury hybrid mattress. Wow, I'm so glad I did, I suffered a serious motorcycle accident many years ago, suffered a serious spinal injury and for the last 2 years or so I've only been able to sleep on my left side, I was struggling, I happened to mention it to my Dr, he replied, it could be your mattress, it may not be supporting your body correctly and your posture could be all wrong. After he told me that, I thought I've got to try a really good quality mattress then, so, like I say I did alot of research on these types of mattress, this company had really good reviews and the cost to be honest was a lot lower than other top brands out there. So, the mattress came, it is very heavy, we unrolled it and left it a good 36 hrs, the wife walked on it, as it states doing that releases it too. The 1st night, my body wasn't use to it, I did sleep, but as before still only on my left side, i usually sleep with 2 pillows, but the 3rd night, I threw 1 on the floor, I didn't need it, by night 5 or 6 i woke up in the morning on my right side, wow, i havn't woke up on my right for years, no pain! It's been a few weeks now since we got it, I am now able to sleep on whatever side I want, no pain, no waking up with muscle spasms, this mattress is brilliant! honestly, It has changed my life! I wake up with no pain, no lack of quality sleep. Just wish I'd bought it years ago. The wife loves it too, she doesn't want to get up :) lol. The mattress moulds to your body with a firm but comforting feel, Honestly, if your looking to buy one, you won't be disappointed, best nights sleep ever! 5 star mattress 5* service too!!

There is nothing luxury about how firm this mattress is. I've waited a few months to write my review, to see if it got any better, to give it a fair chance. It hasn't improved. It's solid. The foam doesn't shape round you like memory foam normally does. I don't feel supported by this mattress at all. I purchased due to a bad back, mostly caused by our old mattress. This one has made it way way worse, given me aches in places I didn't know possible to ache. It's so uncomfortable, it is honestly similar to sleeping on the floor. It sells for very strong money, and I'd hoped 'investing' in a mattress would provide many years worth of decent sleep. This was the wrong place to invest. The quality is poor for the price. The foam top bit seems thinner than some off the shelf mattress toppers. Then it feels like there's springs poking out the side. The 'cooling technology' must have been missed out of ours, as we both quite frequently wake up overheating. Which is something neither of us have experienced before, and have had full foam mattresses, notorious for causing this. Overall, I'd not recommend the mattress to anyone, unless sleeping on the floor is your thing, then by all means this is the mattress for you. We said we'd keep it for 6 months to give it a chance to redeem itself - 4 months in and I'm counting the seconds - although now reading other reviews it doesn't seem like returning is an easy task! It was easy to order from DreamCloud, and delivery was seamless, so no complaints there. Just a shame the product doesn't live up to its name!

For years I have suffered with a bad back, would always wake up with aches and pains, and couldn't even consider a lay in on my days off because I knew I would pay for it. My old mattress was a big brand orthopaedic one with a gel topper on it and I even bought a memory foam topper to go on top of that. I considered seeing a chiropractor, because I thought orthopaedic mattresses were for people like me with a bad back, but I was so wrong. I looked online for months, best mattresses for side sleepers, best brands, reviews, the whole nine yards, and then I discovered Dream Cloud, quite by chance. All the reviews seemed perfect, the price was great too, although by this time I would have paid much more to get the sleep I needed without waking up in pain. I have to admit I was sceptical, was the price too good to be true?, but I asked a few questions and received weekly emails, some with offers, and finally decided to take the plunge and bought the luxury hybrid mattress with the starter bundle, (pillows, duvet, protector, fitted sheet, pillow cases and duvet cover). I've only had it two weeks but from the first day sleeping on it, I have not had any aches or pains, I don't constantly change position and I feel rested and more energised, whereas before I was constantly tired. I'm sure this mattress won't suit everybody, but for me, this is my perfect mattress, thank you Dream Cloud, your mattress has changed my life.

Had our new mattress 10 days now and I can`t believe what a difference this has made to my mental wellbeing. Over the past 18 months after buying a Tempur classic I have suffered with lower back pain, lack of sleep and low moods everyday. My husband exactly the same, it was like crawling out of mud trying to get out of bed. We both started each day doubled over with back pain applying deep heat each morning just to get mobile. The reason we suffered for so long was the cost we`d paid for the Tempur mattress just over 2K, Having contacted them to see if they could help us find a solution we were told that there was nothing they could offer us. We decided enough is enough we are not putting up with this any longer making us so unhappy everyday. I spent time on Google search reading reviews researching the best mattress for back pain and your Dream cloud luxury hybrid came out on top every time. We were pleased to find it in the January sales half price which was a bonus :) It was delivered 3 days later and we haven`t looked back since, Wish that we`d done it months ago, I skipped into work the following day after a great nights sleep, My work colleagues relieved that I no-longer smelt of deep heat cream :) We can 100% recommend this mattress to anyone who is suffering from a poor nights sleep or pain with sleep you need to try this out for yourself :)

I have waited a while to review, what can I say it's perfect the best mattress I have ever purchased. No more waking up feeling rubbish the next morning. It keeps me cooler than my previous mattress, do dipping in the middle, edge support made to perfection. I am not a light person and boy this is sooooo good for me getting in and out of then. I cannot fault a single thing with this mattress. A forever guarantee is unheard of with previous other companies, no wonder dreamcloud are so confident. You have pulled this one out of the hat. It's a nice deep mattress which is unbelievable when you take it out of the box, you think to yourself omg what I have bought, trust me I had nothing to worry about, watching the mattress grow and grow was quite funny really. Don't be put off when you first buy it and hand on heart you will not be disappointed. I am a mattress expert and I am 61 now, this is 100 percent the BEST MATTRESS I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Perhaps my hopes were too high, but I had explained on the online chat that I get extreme hot flushes through the night and that I have a lot of neck, back and hip pain and I was not sleeping much. I thought this mattress would be like magic, but it's not. It is leaps and bounds better than my last mattress. That's true. I am though equally as hot (tried removing the 'plasticy' mattress protector but it didn't change it much). It honestly sometimes feels as though the gel things that are to keep you cool actually absorb my heat like little heaters? My aches and pains have reduced significantly, but it still aches to lie on my side reading for more than around 15 minutes. The mattress has softened loads in the short time we've had it and you can definitely feel the other person moving around and I still end up leaning into my partner. But nowhere near as much as on my old mattress. Plus the actual bed seems wobbly, so that moves too when we are getting on and off the bed. I dunno . . . it's loads better than what we had but it's not absolutely amazing. We had trouble with the delivery which really annoyed me. And how it was handled. In the end I got a call and a small discount. Other than change it for their future customers I don't suppose they could do much more for me in that regard.

I was sceptical about purchasing a mattress online. However, I read all the reviews and decided to risk it. Turns out it wasn't a risk at all. The first nights sleep was a bit disturbed as the mattress was ' different'. However, after that I've had a lot of excellent sleep scores recorded on my Fitbit sone on many consecutivenights( not had that before) . Also, I'd previously been waking up with very bad lower back pain, generally a bit stiff . This has now improved tremendously and I'm not reaching for my painkillers on a morning. It's very comfortable and supportive. My only negative comment is on the delivery. I'd rang Dreamcloud beforehand and explained I live alone and have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis and wouldn't be able to lift and assemble the mattress onto my bed. I was reassured that the delivery people would do this for me- no they didn't. It was carried up to my bedroom and left on the floor. I struggled to get it out of the box and onto the bed ( it's VERY heavy). I needed to take strong painkillers afterwards. It came vacuum packed and quickly unfolded. There was a little bit of a smell which 6 hrs later couldn't smell anything. Well over a month later, I'm still sleeping well and would highly recommend

Well, this matter started off really comfortable. Unfortunately, that's where it ended... Within six months, the mattress had sacked and I was sleeping in what can only be described as a section of the mattress that had collapsed! Don't worry, though the warranty will take care of that. Or at least that was what I thought.. Outcomes, an independent assessor that completely agrees that the mattress has collapsed and indeed has problems with the manufacturing process/material materials used. But he could only carry out the tests that have been allowed by Dreamcloud. Two of which enable the independent tester to give a view, but then relies on one final test that overrides the others... the settle test. Would you believe it, this was within tolerance. So although the independence assessor agreed that the mattress was not suitable, he couldn't do anything about it and could only take a picture of a little sign on my mattress said 'no fault'. Many emails later and the customer service supports at Dreamcloud can only be described as weak at best. They will not replace a mattress don't believe their Claims. You will be comfortable for a few months, but beyond that you will be disappointed as I am. Regards.

Completely avoid is my advice. Here are a list of issues. 1. Sent incorrect order, it was minor (two bedding sets rather than bedding set + pillows). I would typically disregard this if not for the host of other issues I have had. When the pillows did arrive they were far from my preference, each to their own but I did chuck the pillows out. 2. Bed sag. The mattress began to sag within 4 months of purchase 3. Frame broke, I did eventually manage to get a replacement frame sent out but this took over 3 months of exchanging emails with slow replies, mistakes made, new representatives, more than 4 chasing phone calls and countless nights of poor sleep. They now refuse to replace the faulty mattress, confirming my suspicions that they do knowingly sell poor quality products in which they take no pride in. I am going to have to now get a new mattress from another company, one year after purchasing. Everything that could be wrong, has been wrong. Everything they have sent me has not been for me, or broken within one year, the only exception being the bedding. There is little I can do now but hope that others do not make the same mistake I did, don't fall for the positive reviews like I did.

I believe that we shouldn't look for cheap mattresses because we spend around a third of our lives asleep. I've tried a memory foam mattress before and it was really comfortable, but very hot and sweaty and I moved so little overnight that I could hardly move in the morning as my back seized up. I thought a hybrid mattress would be a great idea. All, the comfort of foam with the support from springs. It has lived up to my expectations. The Dreamcloud mattress was cheaper than my last mattress and much more comfortable. I only need one pillow to sleep and I sleep really well. It is a little warmer to lie on than my last mattress, but not enough to make me sweaty or uncomfortable. I'm really pleased with it so far. The guarantee means that I should continue to be happy for a long time. Only one thing. I had a little trouble unpacking the mattress. Its difficult to tell which is the top when its vaccuumed. A 'this side up' on the mattress packaging would have made my life so much easier as I released the vacuum with it upside down, then had to turn over a big heavy mattress on my own. It was much easier to handle before I released the vacuum. Still worth the minor hassle though.

Came across dreamcloud mattresses by chance when I was looking for a mattress to replace my 10 year old had enough one. This was on the bluelight discount app as I'm not made of money and wanted something within budget. I was unsure at first as I never heard of dreamcloud before but reading their reviews settled me. Buy mattress online is a big decision as you don't get a chance to see or test it out but I can reassure any one make a purchase from dreamcloud it worthwhile. No one is perfect and there was a little issue with the delivery as the mattress came before the mattress protector but nothing major. It came early mid morning so I had time to open it up, place it on the bed and let it raise like a bread in the oven. lol That night . y wife and I made the bed and jump in! From the moment our head hit the pillow until the time we got up for work the next day was a distant memory, we slept like a baby in what is the comfiest mattress we ever slept on in a long time. Going to bed now is a race to see who falls of to sleep first and not the chore of putting up with an uncomfortable mattress like previous. I would highly recommend dreamcloud to anyone. I suffer with restless legs syndrome, sciatica and neuropathic pain in my lower back and legs and I thought sleep was a thing of the past. In the past 15 years I have gone through traditional spring, premium brand orthopedic, 2 of the tempur mattresses and another bed in a box brand and I was losing hope. I stumbled across this mattress and I searched the reviews for the word "pain" and all was positive so I thought on a 365 night trial what have I got to lose. Before this mattress I would get 2 hours sleep before waking in pain. Since getting this mattress I am sleeping 6 hours and yesterday was woken by the alarm !!! Something which has not happened in years. Many class if as soft firm which I know sounds weird but it's true. I am not a good sleeper. I feel like sleep is a waste of time when there is so much life to live. However dreamcloud might have converted me. We've had the bed for two night and let's just say I'm glad I'm in holiday because I do not want to get out of it. I noticed some comments about the mattress being too firm before I bought it which worried me because I don't like that (I'm tall and on the heavier side so got a lot of spine to look after). It's perfect! I would describe the mattress as soft supportive. I honestly feel like I'm floating it's a wonderful experience. Just totally gutted I missed the free duvet set by a couple of days . I would say that it's not quite as deep as it stated. We got the mattress on Thursday, let it sit for one day and slept in it for two and it still is a couple of cm under the 28cm that they stated. But I'm not sure I'm that bothered hence the five star review. I was nervous buying a new mattress when the market is saturated especially with the 'in a box can't try anywhere' sort of product. I'm glad I took the leap.

I've never been one to believe the hype of 'wonder products that will change your life' BUT in the case of our Dreamcloud Luxury Hybrid mattress I'm a convert. I'm a warm side sleeper that sleeps on the edge of the mattress. The wife is a side/back sleeper, whose had a prolapsed disc replacement and partial knee replacement. So she tends to resettle her position... A lot! I'm not going to say since having our new mattress 'it's the best sleep we've ever had', because that accolade goes to a skin full of alcohol!! But both my wife and I agree since getting our new mattress our sleep has been rather nice. As an edge sleeper i was concerned about lack of support inferior foam mattresses offer. No such issue with tbe Dreamcloud. As for the wifes 'resettling', she doesn't seem to wriggle around as much, or not that i notice due to the way the independent sprung system works. We've been sleeping on our mattress for about 2 mths, so it's too early to review the longevity of the mattress. All in all we're happy bunnies.

I've left writing my review until now so as to give a genuine perspective of what the mattress is like after a couple of months. Firstly I will point out that I'm disabled and I'm single. This means I spend all day in bed, so I spend the daytime on one side of my king size bed and then sleep on the other, so that I spread the wear and tear. I've noticed that after a short period of time the mattress softens up a lot, but it has done it in an uneven manner. One side of the mattress is completely different from the other. One is soft and worn in and the other remains firm as if it's new, and what makes it worse is, if i slide to middle there's a definite ridge down the centre of the mattress I can feel where the two different sides meet. I've even tried the mattress enhancer but I can still feel the difference between the two sides. It's like getting out of one bed into another and it should feel the same across all of the mattress. Especially when it's a premium one. Not luxurious in my opinion or experience.

We did a lot of research into mattresses, due to my Multiple Sclerosis & terrible back pain. Being of a larger size, thought that we needed to research mattresses that are for a heavier weight. We cam across Ed the advertised DreamCloud, being advertised as for tge heavier weight, with no restrictions, looked so positive for what we needed, so went ahead on the UK site. The mattress advertised is not the lux, but looked thick & after watching many reviews (which were mainly the lux version) we went for it. I hadcsuch hope, as after months of bad sleep & agony I really hoped this wS it! Sadly, It is not! I have the mattress protector, a sheet, a 4" mattress topper, another sheet, a king duvet 10.5tog folded in half on my side, with a single 10.5tog duvet over the folded king and still am in pain, stiff, uncomfortable and feel crippled for the day ahead, each morning. We have had the mattress for nearly 6 weeks, and still no improvement. No idea what to do - return it? or keep hoping?!?

I have found that this mattress is not for me, it's too soft for me and it's causing me back pain, I give 4 stars because the service is very good, they give you the possibility of trying for 365 days, I have been trying it for over 1 month but I found that is not really suited for me, and because the company has this way to return it it was the main reason why I felt confident to buy it, actually before buying it I was thinking that maybe it was a bit soft, I read some reviews that said so but then others who said that opposite, the mattress was to firm for them, so you never really know until you try so because of this easy return policy I decided to give it a try. Now as a I write this I dont know yet if there is a fee or something to pay for they to take the mattress back, so I will update this review with any news, but now I wrote them and they inform me that yes, I can return it. I general I believe the mattress is good, just when it comes to the firmness thing, it's about finding yours

So far the only problem I have with this purchase is the fact I struggle to get myself out of bed and I end up pressing snooze far more than I should. I really was struggling to get a good night sleep on my old mattress, I feel I'm getting deeper more settled sleep since getting this mattress. Delivery was fab, and was placed up stairs for me and I was updated from ordering until delivery. Being on my own I found unpacking the mattress not too bad at all and was provided with a box opener to aid opening the package. So far I'm really happy with my purchase, I guess time will if the quality holds up, but I purchased this one after reading reviews on others where the top layer has slid over the sides and the DreamCloud is constructed in such a way that this shouldn't happen. At this point in time, I really can't fault my purchase from start to quality of sleep, and I feel I did take a chance after reading some of the reviews, but sometimes you need to take a chance.

We first slept on our new mattress on 1st Feb, so I feel now is a perfect time to make my review. As explained by your company, 'it could take a little while' to get used to the new sleeping experience, but we are glad we gave it a chance, because we are more and more thrilled with our purchase. Although I adapted to it quite quickly, my wife took a vit longer, owing to her back and joint issues, but now she too is thrilled. Our sleep has improved so much. The comfort is exceptional. We don't ache getting out of bed in the mornings anymore. Although my wife still has a few back issues, she can honestly state that it is nowhere near as bad as it used to be. She is also delighted to report that she no longer suffers from the pressure pain in her shoulders, knees and ankles. Waking up constantly through the night, is now a thing of the past. Was looking for New mattress for our wood frame and saw this but never heard of company but after seeing the advert and reading the reviews i went ahead with a purchase. We had previously bout a hypnos (premier inn ) mattress that from day one was never comfy and after complain about it we found we had to turn over the no turn mattress and add a memory topper to getbanything close to comfort! So to the luxury hybrid we have had this for a few months now and all i can say truthfully we both have had the best sleep ever every night im big heavy and wife not but perfect sleep everynight no fatigue in morning and i never could sleep On back but can now if wish . I came across Dreamcloud purely by chance, and having never heard of them before I was somewhat hesitant, however having done a little research I became more interested. Buying a mattress is a time consuming decision as you will spend a third of your life laying on it so it's important to get it right. Walking round various stores testing mattresses is really no test as to whether this is the right one for you. This is where the Dreamcloud 365 day trial period comes in, as you get to test drive it properly, and if you don't get on you can return it up to that period for a full refund. I had nothing to lose, so I ordered the basic hybrid version. One month in I can see why they are so confident in their product. I have never slept so well since I have had the Dreamcloud. It's a lovely mattress and the quality of it is excellent, but is somewhat firmer than expected. The advertising marks the mattress as a 6. 5 for firmness, although I would personally say that it's closer to an 8. 5. My previous mattress was an orthopaedic one, and therefore quite firm. This was necessary because my late wife was disabled and needed the support it gave. When I decided to replace the mattress, I decided to go for something a little softer that I could partially ""sink"" into. I thought that this would be perfect being a 6. 5, however, I don't sink at all but tend to lie ""on"" the mattress in exactly the same manner as I did on the orthopaedic one. (I should point out that I am about 115kg, so not quite lightweight!) That said, it is a minor point, as the mattress is supremely comfortable and I am getting good quality sleep on it. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.

looking at a new mattress and decided on this one after looking at loads of others from standard pocket spring to other hybrid mattresses and there reviews. ordered with a discount code off the website and arrived a couple of days after (then just a long wait for my bed frame). finally got it a couple days ago and had 2 nights sleeping on it and all i can say is wow the best 2 nights sleep i've had in a long time. definitely a great investment and feels so luxurious. it is quite hard and doesn't dip drastically but with the combination of springs and foam layers it gives you great support. comes with little enclosed cutting blade to safely open the compressed wrap. a tight fit in my frame and easy enough to lift and turn by myself. i always had a problem with fitted sheets coming off corners or bunching up but so far none of this. i am looking forward to many more well slept nights.

I have deliberately held off writing a review and I am glad I did. DreamCloud is right to suggest that it takes several days, even weeks, to find out if it is a beneficial experience. To be honest, having been used to conventional sprung mattresses in recent years this felt very different, not only because it was firmer than I had been used to but I found it very difficult, at first, to do simple things like turning over. That said, I did feel within a few nights that I was actually sleeping better and I guess I was learning, in my sleep, about how to move around to stay comfortable. So now, several weeks in, I am very comfortable (excuse the pun) with my decision to try DreamCloud and I am reassured that, if circumstances change, I still have several months to exercise my right to a refund. I am not saying it is perfect but it is much better than what I had before.

Hi, after a succession of mattresses that have lost their resilience after a short time ,affecting our restful sleep, we searched for a mattress suitable for our larger weight & this Dreamcloud hybrid came recommended on various sites. Although delivered earlier, we did not commence using this item until 27/10/22, just one month so far, too early to give a review at this time, but OK so far, Time will tell if this will live up to speck. Outer cardboard packaging not really up to delivery, as the top & bottom of the box were detached when the 2 men delivered it to my hallway, the mattress was wrapped in many layers of shrink wrap, as well as sealed in a heavy plastic bag, but there was a dirty mark , possibly static dust on the fabric ,which mostly brushed off, leaving minor residue. The 365 night trial period together with the forever warranty are reassuring though.

There is a rip in the base of the mattress. I did not notice this until a month or so later. There is a 14 day policy it seems on feeding back issues, why? Just I did not notice (its a heavy mattress , and instructions state to open it on a flat solid surface, i.e the bed) nothing can be done, really! The fault came from the factory that is clear but since I did not report it is ok, not your problem, it is mine. The fault is there not matter how long. You state a forever warranty I'm guessing it does not cover your mistakes made at the factory. Anyway mattress fine but really disappointed in the follow up service,. poor. Am sure you'll throw all your policy reasons at me but just means I will not buy from you again and ensure family and friends hear my experience through social media and they can make their own choice when it comes to a new mattress.

Completely untrue what is stated just a year old and uncomfortable and as what is stated on website Reinforced Edge pocket springs to provide unrivalled supports Completely false information as edges do sag and when home serve came out he said due to the weight of the duvet continuously on the bed it would make edge sag I was not aware that due to a duvet being on a bed would make the bed sag and he also stated well you don't even sleep on the bottom of the bed so it shouldn't matter. so I wouldn't recommend this mattress I whish I had saved my money added the extra and went to dreams my last mattress lasted 15 years with no problems.the only reason I got this mattress was seeing life time guarantee so thought I couldnt go wrong considering it was a couple of hundred pound cheaper but how wrong I was as the warranty seems like it's worth nothing

I was extremely nervous buying a mattress on the internet - a huge no, no for me usually. However times have changed and stores with bedding departments are few and far between where I live so I bit the bullet and decided on this make having done a lot of research and reading reviews. A mattress in a box does not sound premium. On opening and seeing it inflate over several hours it looked as though I had just bought an overpriced air bed! Not true! The first and subsequent nights have been sublime bliss. I Abma going to replace all my beds with this make when time dictates. My only gripe is that I really think the mattress protector should be thrown in for free like a rival company does as although it is a perfect fit I think it is overpriced for what it is. I would go elsewhere for that next time. Thoroughly recommend.

So i have had my dreamcloud now for 2 years and on the face of it it was a good mattress good buy not the support id hoped for but i thought id stick with it, 2 years on and its god progressively worse, the sleep is now tossing and turning and you just sink with no support no matter what part of the mattress you sleep on, its a beautiful looking mattress and when you take it out of the wrapping you think WOW luxury. At the beginning the support seemed adequate, and in the small print it states the depression has to be 4cm but its only when you lie on it that it sinks, but i just had to share my 2 year experience as i have just bought another brand that i should have trusted from the start as have always used them and they have never let me down, so now im looking forward to my Hypnos mattress arriving.

I'm afraid I don't think the mattress is a dream... I've had to put a thick mattress topper on top of your own topper that I also purchased, as the texture of the mattress penetrated both this and the sheet, and was uncomfortable - almost rough. It left my skin sore. I think the designers should look into this fabric choice as it is not soft to the touch at all - it has a synthetic finish which makes the mattress feel like something of lower quality... I've had it a few months now and I still have reservations, but I'm perceiving - I had a Tempur mattress before and this is a completely different experience - but I wanted away from the memory mattress so I'm just hoping things settle... Right now I'm undecided on whether I bought the right mattress for me; but I think it might still be early days.

This is the second Dreamcloud Luxury Hybrid mattress I have bought. I have had lower back problems for the past couple of years linked to poor mobility in my hips. I bought this mattress for a spare room, other websites rated its firmness at 6 out of 10, but I find that bizarre because it feels very firm, like an 8. What I can say is I don't wake up with back pains now. My sleep after a couple of nights of using it was incredible, I was able to turn position with little effort because I wasn't sunken into the mattress. The pain of turning position in my old bed would wake me up. The bed has amazing edge support too. I Bought this mattress as I suffer with a bad back. So went for the luxury option based on other reviews. Initially started okay. With a decent night sleep. . however, it didn't take long for these to become sporadic. The 365 day trial and 'lifetime' replacement is a scam. I called regarding how un supportive the mattress is and had become. They do everything they can to get out of it. The tests they take are unrealistic. If the mattress hasn't sagged more than 20mm then it's deemed fine. Even though it's visibly lost it's firmness and the top layer of material has gone loose. Don't expect to pay this sort of money and after 13months have a better night's sleep on my sofa over my bed. Very Disappointed with the quality of the mattress and equally the so-called warranties.

We purchased the Dreamcloud Ottoman Bundle on two separate occasions, We were pleased with the assembly instructions for the ottoman bed, And found the mattress easy to open and place upon the bed. The mattress was strange at first to get used to, But after a month or so is becoming so comfortable. The only issue I have had with Dreamcloud is the Avios purchase system where you earn points for going through the avios website. The first purchase I made I was awarded 7198 points. The second time Dreamcloud disputed my purchase and I wasn't awarded any points. I'm very disappointed as I paid the same price for both bundles. Dreamcloud customer service needs to be more professional when dealing with a repeat customer. Especially when we were considering buying more products.

I bought the mattress in Oct of 2024. I have bad back so was looking for something that gives me support. I thought 700 quid, it's an investment. After two years of using the mattress (no kids, just me and my husband), the mattress is now like a bouncy house. First few months, I was very happy with it but I didn't expect it to deteriorate within 2 years. Now it sinks when my husband is in bed and I roll towards him. This mattress sinks and feels like a slide. The so called "support" isn't there. Before this I had mattress from Dunhelm for 200 quid. I feel no difference between that and this. At least that lasted for 3. 5 years. Very very disappointed. I guess too late to get semi refund or return. Won't be buying dreams again and won't recommend it. What a bad quality!

Don't believe their promise that you can return - it is a very complicated and frustrating process - they will first over you a mattress enhancer, which already indicates they know the mattress is not good, why offer an enhancer? Then they will try an get you to accept 40% discount and then 60% discount - eventually when you have refused all, they will want pictures of the mattress and fire label, yet their terms and conditions clearly state: "After sleeping on it, 97% of customers keep their Dreamcloud. But if you're one of the few that it's not right for, returning it is dead easy. There will be no small print you wished you had read. There will be no hoops to jump through. It's as easy as this". Well, the process is not dead easy!!

As a near 20 year sufferer of Chronic fatigue/Fibromyalgia the Nights have just got more uncomfortable over the last 3 or 4 years. So I decided to Bite the Bullet and purchase the Luxury Hybrid Mattress even though my wife was dubious but always complaining about Earth quakes whenever I moved. Well we are now a month in and both of us sleeping so much better. I still get some joint/muscle pain but that is Fibromyalgia for you. The overall comfort of lying on this mattress is astounding. Both of us seem to have lost the bodily overheating problems and it is fantastic just to lay there in comfort and feel fully supported and floating. Oh How I wish I had bought one earlier. I really highly recommend this mattress and the bedding too.

I've always been very sceptical about mattresses in a box but I can honestly say I couldn't be happier with my dreamcloud mattress so far, the first couple of nights took a little adjusting as it's a little firmer than what I've had in the past, but now after 8 weeks I'm very happy! I'm now getting a decent night sleep again! I'm 6'2 and weigh about 120kg and have suffered from lower back pain and the mattress gives me support if I sleep on my back, front or side! I watched a number of review videos on different mattresses before I purchased and I can honestly say that if like me you are on the larger side and/or have back issues then this mattress is for you! I'd highly recommend this product after the tome i have had it so far

This mattress is absolutely awful. I had 4 replacements in 6 months and am now left with back ache. The longest a mattress lasted was 2 months before developing a huge dip on the side I slept. The others had "manufacturing faults". The first nights sleep was brilliant and things rapidly declined after that with me dreading bed time and laying awake in pain ( i previously had no joint ache) The pillows are just as bad. I had to take multiple unpaid days off for deliveries & collections. The customer service is excellent, can't fault that. My experience ended by the manager saying " I cannot guarantee the next mattress wont be faulty" I have now purchased a travelodge dreamer mattress and highly regret not doing that initially.

Purchasing process simple and straightforward except for the option to take away old mattress which I purchased in addition. Beware that the customer has to arrange this separately with an "outsourced" company but is not advised if this until after you've selected and paid additionally for this service. If, like me, you have nowhere to "store" your old mattress whilst awaiting pick-up, this can be a real problem. Customer needs to be aware of this BEFORE purchasing. Early days, but so far mattress is very comfortable and sturdy which suits me. Although website says it has a "cooling" system, I feel very hot, not great for a menopausal woman. I am hopeful things will balance out as with all things it takes time to adjust.

I ordered the king size luxury mattress in May 2024. It was a lovely mattress and did feel luxurious. Unfortunately it did not help my particular back and hip problems. I persevered, but after 11 months I contacted Dreamcloud to request a return and refund. I was offered a complimentary mattress enhancer to see if that would help me. It didn't, so I was then offered a partial refund and I could keep the mattress. As I had no use for a spare king size mattress I declined the offer. Within 2 days my mattress had been collected and a full refund processed within a week. I really cannot fault either the mattress or the customer service. The 356 day trial cancelled be trusted. What a great service.

As always I read customer reviews usually before I buy most things online,I have to say I purchased this mattress and have never looked back it's a quality product and looks stunning on the bed,it transforms into a high mattress when you open the packaging and oozes quality to the touch,it's quite firm to sleep on but extremely comfortable and I've gotta say my constant backache as disappeared since purchasing this mattress,I upgraded and paid extra for the luxury hybrid but to me it was worth it,I cannot recommend this mattress enough it's a quality product and it will definitely improve your sleep and you don't over heat either. I have never bought a new bed in King size before and the last bed I bought was over 30 years ago. After doing online research for best beds I came across Dreamcloud and after due consideration decided to buy one. It is by far the very best bed and mattress especially I have ever had quite honestly. I used to have bad backache every morning previously, now nothing. Also used to have restless interrupted sleep and now find sleep more prolonged and more refreshed each morning. I was initially happy with my DreamCloud mattress. Early on I thought I simply needed time to get used to it, but over the following months the support continued to deteriorate and it now feels significantly less supportive than when it was new. What has been most disappointing is the returns process. I accepted a partial refund, not realising this would effectively remove my ability to return the mattress later if further issues developed. Now that the mattress appears faulty, my only option is a warranty inspection. My advice would be to think very carefully before accepting a partial refund, as it can leave you with very limited options if the mattress quality deteriorates over time.

I've only had this mattress a couple of days and I am sleeping in my daughters bed now as it's more comfortable. I read all the reviews about sinking in and being really soft. This just isn't the case. I have ordered another mattress now due to come in a few days but hope I do not have to wait 30 days to return this. This is so hard I woke up in more pain than before and seeing I need surgery soon wanted something really comfortable. I really regret buying this. On a positive it came really quickly when I ordered it and the delivery guys were fantastic. I hope customer service will issue a return ASAP as when the new mattress comes this will just lean against a wall so won't be used.

After 2 years of owning this mattress and paying well over what the price is currently.. I can say it may be time for a new mattress again. The first year was great, the best mattress we thought we had ever owned. Only after the 365 sleep trial did we start to feel let down. Even with rotating every 3/4 months, the severity of the 'dips' that have been created either side of the mattress have made it impossible to get a decent night sleep as me and my partner feel like we are sleeping on a slope. I weigh 15.5 stone and my partner 11 stone, so the mattress isn't under a great deal of stress. shame as it seems this mattress is only designed to last until after the sleep trial ends.

This mattress is too saggy for a 105 Kg person. I purchased this upon search in the internet for mattresses suitable for a heavy person. I couldn't use it much initially as I work in Swansea and home is in London I note that when I go to sleep this mattress supports your centre of gravity (around waist) but I get up in the middle of night due to discomfort caused by sagging at the centre of gravity occurred over the period of hours. This happens typically after 4 hours of sleep. I feel this Sagginess develops slowly over the hours. Now I have to use another pillow under my waist to support this. I am terribly disappointed for the money any and efforts I wasted!

I only have one problem with this mattress...that I didn't discover it sooner. I decided to splash out when I saw an offer for more than 50% off. I have severe fibromyalgia and arthritis and at the time was also having chemo and radiotherapy. Pain was simply all there was and sleepless nights were the norm. From the very first night of having this mattress things were nothing short of miraculous. Obviously, it isn't a cure all but what it definitely is, is worth the money to have a decent, pain free sleep! I've had this mattress a couple of months now, whilst it was perfect when new I can feel a lump forming in the middle this is probably due to the fact that I sleep one side and my hubby sleeps the other and the middle very rarely gets used not sure how else to explain it but I've had this with my last memory foam mattress, probably not as quickly noticed as with this one I did think having springs would be different but this is not the case so not sure how long this mattress will last before it becomes a problem, I suppose if you're the type of person who utilises the whole bed it may not pose the same problem but we tend to sleep in the same place all the time

Having read several reviews on various matress options I decided on Dreamcloud for our upgraded new mattress. , Having been asked for a review I have to say I am extremely dissapointed . The mattress is not as thick or as firm as I expected. The edges are less upholstered than they should be so sink significantly when you sit on them and having bought a super king sized mattress I am extremely disappointed I am actually aware of my husband turning in his sleep which tends to waken me! I don't feel well rested and therefore have issues with my back and hips. This was not a cheap mattress in my opinion, I will be looking for a full refund on its return.

I've never had a full memory foam mattress before at first for at least a month it was uncomfortable and I was dealing with back pain which I was told was from the mattress as my back was re-aligning itself and the fumes coming off it for about a week were a little disturbing however a little vix vapour rub on the pillow helped with that, but all in all I'm pleasantly surprised with how comfortable it is and how well my back has improved pain wise compared to previous years so again all in all I would recommend this mattress to others as it's great quality including the mattress protector which has completely protected the mattress from any stains

Had my mattress 17 months and experienced some sinking in the middle of the mattress I called Dream cloud in regards to the warranty they sent a company out to measure the drop. Apparently it can drop 3.5cm after 17 months and then more as time goes on so in reality the warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. A pure con if you ask me as the company who come out are paid by dream cloud so evidently it's in there interest not to find fault with the mattress anyway so warranty cover doesn't mean a thing that's why they offer such a long time frame as they know they will never have to replace the mattress what a joke not a happy customer.

After reading all the reviews we thought Dreamcloud was the one for us and we are glad we made that choice. The mattress feels like a quality mattress and is very comfortable. As stated by the manufacturers, you do have to give it an adjustment period, as it felt quite firm at first, but after about three weeks we found it to be extremely comfortable and we are very pleased with it. No more backache and we are getting a great nights sleep. What more can you ask for! Just be aware that the mattress is very heavy, we ordered the king size, and it was quite a struggle to get it up the stairs after it was delivered to the door!

Both me and my Husband have agreed that this is much better than our old mattress. We wake up with less aches and pains. I would say to start with it's a lot warmer than other mattresses however I quickly became used to it. It is medium firm as I was worried it would be too soft as I like a firm mattress however, it's firm on top but feels like you are sleeping on a cloud and moulds to your body. We absolutely love it and I love going to bed now. I was having increasingly growing pain in my neck and back for many months before realising I need better mattress. It was very challenging trying to find a mattress to replace my old one as there is so much choice! I initially looked at the Emma & Simba mattresses but there were so many different types of mattresses available it was totally confusing. Had an excellent nights sleep from night one. ((We left it to air and expand for two days before we slept on it) and we both find it really comfortable. I am really happy with my mattress. I wanted a more firm hybrid option and I am just glad that for me it feels very comfortable. The only down point I would highlight is not about the mattress but when I bought it, no bedding and duvet bundle was being offered. I was expecting to buy it together as I have changed from a double to a kingside bed and did not have any bedding or duvet for it. I have almost chosen another brand because of the bedding bundle. The website is now offering it to new costumers but the price for me is higher as I already have the mattress. But simplifying, I enjoy my mattress.

Firstly, before any mention of the product, the customer service and after sales support have been fantastic and I convey my appreciation. In terms of product, unfortunately, the mattress is too soft for our requirements. The customer service team kindly provided a topper FOC as advised would give additional support, which has made an improvement, but still not ideal. I'm finding I'm experiencing back ache most mornings. I can't say that the mattress is solely responsible as I do not feel this to be the case, but I feel a firmer mattress would certainly help. We bought this mattress due to strong reviews and the 365 day return guarantee. Initial thoughts was that it was firmer than expected but we soon got used to it and it is very comfortable now. The only problem I have is that it has already started to get dips in it and a hump in the middle. It's an issue I've had with my previous Emma mattress as well. We thought this one would be better due to its hybrid construction but it seems to be doing the same thing. We are trying to sleep on the hump now to bring it level with the dips. If this doesn't work I may return it under the warranty

I bought this mattress as it was recommended top in a review of 6 mattresses. I have had 3 back operations and am in pain 24/7. It is comfortable to sleep on but not as helpful as I had hoped. However, I bought it going into winter; it is extremely warm to sleep on, although much improved when I reverted to old-style wool and cotton rather than the polyester mattress cover which is recommended with the mattress. I am though very much not looking forward to any warm weather, how on earth am I going to keep the mattress cool? At the m9ment I think it will be unuseable in the summer.

This is by far the worst mattress I have ever owned. I have not had a good night's sleep since buying this and am writing this review at 02:50, having woken yet again drenched in sweat. This mattress does not wick away any body heat, and instead reflects it all back. It is like sleeping on a very hot electric blanket. I have tried keeping my room cold and using a very low tog duvet, to the extent that the upper part of my body away from the mattress is uncomfortably cold, but that does not help. I wish I had kept my old mattress and not wasted many hundreds of pounds on this one.

We decided on the Dreamcloud after reading reviews and needing something to support my wife's back. She's a stomach sleeper and I'm a side sleeper and although she got instant relief, my hips were aching and shortly after the sciatica I've not had in many years came back. Had to purchase a separate topper to get the relief needed which has done the trick. The mattress is firm if you sleep on your side it's probably not going to be for you. That said, with a good topper it gives excellent levels of support. Very well made indeed, good materials and a great warranty.

We got the kingsize Mattress about 3 weeks ago. I must say service and delivery was fantastic no problems with it. We were unsure about ordering without trying it out, now sleeping on it for a few weeks I can say we have never had such a good night's sleep amazingly comfortable and with the pillow's to. I have a very bad back and have Sciatica constantly down my right leg and it's made a huge difference the mattress supports every part of the body. I did a lot of research before deciding on the DreamCloud mattress due to previous new mattress developing dips immediately and having to return it (not a DreamCloud). I called for reassurance and found customer service excellent. Mattress was delivered on time and taken to my designated room. I saw a review in Houzz and looked at the site where the reviews were all very good. The thing thing that swung it for me was the firm sides, the years trial and the long guarantee. I wanted the firm sides because my Husband is disabled, unfortunately they weren't quite firm enough, which throws his balance but he is getting used to it. We received the new mattress only days before I had major knee surgery. It's certainly a big improvement on our previous mattress, for which we paid considerably more, but too early to tell if it's exactly what we need as my sleeping pattern is considerably disrupted due to the recovery from surgery. However, first reactions are that it is not as soft and 'receptive' as I'd hoped. When I can sleep through the night and turn over easily without waking up then I'll have a clearer impression. After sending back a Simba Hybrid Pro due to it starting to sag we got a Dreamcloud Luxury Hybrid matress. Although both were said to be medium-firm it was obvious the Dreamcloud was firmer. After a few nights we realised it wasn't for us as it was like sleeping on a board. We had to wait the 30 days before we got it collected for a refund. It doesn't matter how many reviews you read, you can't truly know what it will be like unless you try it yourself. On the plus side it was a beautifully made matress that oozes quality.

After months of insomnia, aching back and knees, lumpy ridges and saggy areas in our super king mattress we finally bit the bullet and paid a big bag of money for our DreamCloud replacement. What a relief!!!!!!!! It's so soporificly ridiculously wonderfully relaxing, supporting, dream inducing and just about the best thing we've done in years. Can't tell you just how really great it is. Buy one yourself. It's well worth the extra cost and you will NEVER EVER regret it. Zzzzzzzzz,.....I'd forgotten what this was like....

Having received the mattress yesterday, we were surprised by the size of the box. It's seemed the wrong size. However, after unpacking the mattress evolved to the correct size (king-size). Note the mattress needed to further expand for another 5 hours before being ready to sleep on. The mattress was absolutely brilliant, best night sleep in years. I actually over-slept! fully recommend. Due to the compressed size I would recommend paying for the 2 persons to lift to the required location. (even place on the frame itself).

Absolutely without doubt the best mattress I've ever slept on. As someone who has only ever slept on traditional pocket sprung mattresses I was worried that the memory foam addition would be hot and uncomfortable. From the first night it has been perfect. All the best aspects of a traditional (supportive springs, not too hot, luxurious feel) but with amazing added benefits from the foam (virtually zero movement transfer, the surface hugs and reduces and pressure points, no creaking or bouncing etc). We honestly adore it.

We recently purchased the luxury mattress. Although we waited quite a while for delivery it was well worth the wait. Had it for a week now and all I can say is wow! I suffer from bad arthritis in my lower back we previously had the panda London mattress and although great I still woke with stiffness and pain and it was also very hot. The dream cloud I have slept so well not woken with pain and no hot flushes through the night . I highly recommend this mattress. It is early days but so far so good ! Thank you dream cloud.

Over the last 2 years I've tried various other well known mail order memory foam mattresses that state they are "cooling" only to find the radiate heat and cause me to sweat through out the night. The Dreamcloud luxury hybrid has fixed my sleep. I'm beyond happy. It's slightly softer than I expected but I guess that due to the springs. It seems to be well ventilated and keep me cool through out the night. If you're looking for something to turn the temp down a little then this is the mattress for you......hopefully.

Im still trying to work out if this is the right mattress for me. The first 2-3 weeks were horrible, my back hurt and I often slept on top of my bed so improve comfort. However the reviews were helpful as I knew I had to give it time to adjust. Its a very well made, lovely mattress but Im not quite sure its right for me, it doesnt feel like a cloud at all, very hard (and I like hard). Im wondering if an option with a thicker memory foam top would work - to change the ration of spring support and memory foam comfort.

I've had a few memory foam mattresses over the years and they've quickly become indented and uncomfortable. I bought a dreamcloud after lots of research and now a few months into ownership and I'm so glad I took a chance. I sleep so well on this mattress, it was well worth the money. In fact it is so good I bought one for my son when he replaced his bed and his words were 'it's the best mattress I've ever owned'. He is in a physical job and needs a good night sleep which had been alluding him before this mattress.

I've been sleeping on this mattress over the last 2 months.. It's so comfortable, that I instantly fall asleep when in bed. I'm a light sleeper and I wake up multiple times at night.
