THE GOOD: - Amazing build quality, feels very sturdy! - Incredible storage space. - Looks the part. Certainly looks more expensive than it is, even at this price point. I absolutely love this bed! Such a great purchase. I was looking to replace my existing cheap and creaky Ottoman with something more substantial. Browsing online I came across a few Ottoman's in a Dreams promotion so head down to the store to see them in person. This item wasn't in the promotion, but the quality of it vs. the others immediately surprised me and I went over budget to pay for it. The Oatmeal colour was lovely but given I have a darker carpet I wanted a darker colour but was worried the Slate would be too dark. Store colleagues have swatches for their bed frames so it's worth popping into store if you're not sure. The build quality of this bed is really really good. You really do get what you pay for and given you spend so much of your life in bed, it's worth the extra. The arms which hold the bed base and mattress are made from a solid metal. None of this cheap aluminium stuff you'd find at cheaper price points. The storage area is huge! It utilises 4 base boards sat on top of a cross-beam. The space inside is a little less than Dreams claim in the dimensions, but will happily fit plastic storage boxes up to 42 litre capacity (from places like B&M). After all that there's even then some room beneath the bed to slide a few things under it too. The beds component parts came in 5 boxes and are quite heavy so you'll probably need two adults to put this together (King size). It took us about 2 hours to construct it. There's certainly plenty of screws etc so you can be sure it'll be sturdy. Given COVID etc there was quite a wait on this and so I ordered it and patiently waited the 3 and a bit weeks for delivery. The delivery experience was good, with updates by text and email and a phone call on the day. I live on the first floor and the team were happy to bring the items in to the flat for me which really helped. My first nights sleep on this bed was a breath of fresh air vs the old frame. I could tell the difference immediately. In my opinion a solid base such as this or a divan is a much better option versus a slatted base. A platform base doesn't tend to wear as much on one side - especially if you're a single person or have a heavier sleeper on one side of the bed vs the other. THE BAD: The assembly instructions for this bed say you need 4 metal plates to join the two base boards together when in actual fact there is only enough screw holes on the bottom for 2 plates. The instructions are wrong here and had us hunting through all the boxes for a while before we figured that out. Perhaps they need updating Dreams? Secondly, the two base boards were actually missing 8 screw holes on the underside where the little plates should go. These plates basically keep the two based boards attached at the join. While there were markings where the screws should go, it was as if the manufacturer forgot to drill them. Fortunately this didn't impact the frame to the point I couldn't sleep on it but I still wanted to get it resolved. I emailed Dreams and after a few days had no response. Chasing this up by calling customer services, the young lady on the phone was very apologetic and helpful, although I often struggled to hear her through the background noise of her home working environment which she didn't seem too bothered by. Unfortunately, the resolution is where Dreams let me down. I now have to wait 3 and a bit weeks to get the matter resolved. Dreams are ordering two replacement base boards from the manufacturer which is going to take another 3 weeks. Come on! Poor show. The reason this annoys me so much is the fact that if it had been a major issue with the bed I'd have been sleeping on the floor for those 3 weeks. That'd have been less than ideal if I was a vulnerable person or something?! I've already waited 3 weeks for this bed and - in actual fact - all it needs is 8 pilot holes screwing into the bed to get the screws to grip the wood. I feel the current boards will simply be scrapped and go to landfill after this when they're perfectly fine. I said I was happy to drill those in, but I didn't want to void the warranty. Sadly Dreams wouldn't approve that, which I suppose is understandable. SUMMARY: Amazing bed, 100% recommend. Amazing built quality. You'll sleep well. Hopefully yours will be fully complete and you'll have no issues.

I bought the item a month ago, it took about 15 days to arrive ( what I think was a bit long but its it's ok, sometimes the production takes more time than we wanted). The bed is easily assembled, what puts off the need of a person assembling it for you. I've purchased the brown mocha color, the color would match with other furniture and also it hides eventual stains of caused with the time (take that in consideration when buying: darker colours are always better than lighter when close to the floor). The height of the bed is something that might scare some people but is definitely a good thing, the lower the bed the closer to the floor, for people with allergies "the higher the better" is a truth. Also for elderly people or people with some mobility problems ( or just normal people after a couple of pints on the might before) higher beds makes it easier to get out of it and also to lay on it. The fabric seems a bit fragile but it's not a thing that will be under friction so it does last for a while. Just on the drawers that I believe could be another material or at least reinforced somehow. Regarding the drawers they are nice and aligned with the bed surface, avoiding the rush of stepping on by mistake (and breaking by mistake too). It does slides smoothly although the interior sides could be a bit higher, increasing the volume capacity of it. The fact of having two on the same side makes it easier to use it in a corner without loosing any drawer. It is easy to move it since it doesn't weight much, the use of pinus makes it lighter and the structure frame is set in a way that takes advantage of pinus, without look fragile as the majority of minus bedframes. The castors are also a good thing since makes it really easier to me pushed/pulled to a different position or room. Regarding the company, I have no complaints at all nor about the customer service nor about the delivery team. Just remember that it was my experience and might be different according to different teams/customer assistant. I definitely recommend this item if you want something on this range of price and some quality associated. If you are not sure don't buy it online, call them tell them your concerns and if you still not sure I believe they might have physical stores where you can see . A good service is also related to you awareness of the product/service.

We had put off replacing our old bed for a few years because we were sceptical of what appeared to be available on the market. Our old bed had done us well lasting well over 10 years (prob 15 if truth be told). Anyway one fateful day put an end to the bed, it's days had been numbered and with a bang and a crash the foot board decided it wanted to go its own way rather than stay with the remainder of the bed. Now we were forced into choosing another bed. The dread of having to spend hours on the Internet all of a sudden became real. Lockdown was well and truely established.. We were in over our heads and compelled to seek a suitable replacement. The journey started! As it happened it was a short journey. Tapping our requirements into the search revealed a select few beds advertised by several companies. Narrowing our search by size then availability whittled the options down further and with a final flourish of colour and optional storage hey presto we were left with a choice of 2. This bed search was easier than we had imagined - mercifully. Comparing the 2 beds left us with no option and we left the 'great 1 time sale, limited availability with free luxury pillows all the way from our warehouse in Italy' and settled for our Dreams supplied bed. Navigation through the Dreams website was a breeze, floating through the useful guides and information made sure that the options chosen were indeed what we were after. A final click and we were at the payment page. Details entered and delivery arranged hey presto we had bought a new bed. Follow up emails from Dreams made sure that we were kept up to date with the date and approximate time of delivery. Delivery day came and there was relief that the bed arrived before the advised time. A quick tour of the assembly instructions was followed by an uneventful build of the bed. All fastenings present, clear instructions and before we knew it ta daaa..the bed was assembled. No fuss, no scratching of heads and no cursing!!! Quality of parts exceeded expectations and the final item looked and felt great. The mattress was loaded onto the bed and a well deserved comfort test followed shortly afterwards. We have now had the bed for a few weeks and we can definitely say that all our reservations about buying a new bed were very much laid to rest. Great choice, exceptional quality and good value.

As others have said, it's a remarkable bed and it looks great. A few thoughts for others considering purchasing: 1. The storage system is great. It's got full support underneath so you can actually put heavy things in it unlike DIY/ flatpack beds which are supported by a small metal bar or nothing at all. We comfortably fitted carry on suitcases because of the substantial depth. However, the bed is heavy to open even though it is well supported by pistons. So good for medium to long term storage but not something you'll want to open every day. 2. The usb ports will not support usb c or any other quick charging. Not a huge deal for us but you may want to invest in some usb a to usb c cables if you intend to use this feature to charge your phone or tablet at night and keep your fast charger somewhere else. 3. The TV, by default, uses eARC sound encoding. This makes sense if you're exclusively watching fancy shows with fancy audio. However, it is useless for listening to music or YouTube because it will encode the sound on the fly meaning you'll get a little dip at the start of any track, or when you pause something, or you could get it switching output modes automatically if the programme you're watching is intercut with ads (e.g. Channel 4). My advice is to buy a cheap optical cable - there's no need to spend more than a few pounds as there is literally no difference between a cheap one and an expensive one - and ask the guys to install it for you. Then you can switch between optical and TV eARC as you need to via a handy button on the sound bar remote. 4. Speaking of which, unless you are very strong and have at least one other person to help you, you MUST get the assembly package. Given the price, it's a no brainer, and you are guaranteed to damage yourself, your room, or your new bed trying to do it on your own. The bed is heavy, comes in massive boxes, has an extensive build process, including the electronics. Having them take all the boxes away at the end is also a win, however they won't take the TV box so be prepared to dispose of that yourself.

Recently purchased this bed from the Cardiff Dreams store, in regards to the quality of the final product, we are very happy. The storage is ample, and the springs surprisingly light making the bed was to open and close. The only downside was the assembly. For example: - The bed was delivered in 5 boxes, in which the instructions were in the 5th package (i.e. labelled 5 of 5) inside the plastic packaging for the slats. It would've been a lot more logical to place the instructions inside the first box. It was only when I had emptied the boxes (in order) that I could find the instructions. - The instructions, which I can only describe as absolutely awful, were not particularly clear. Not all items were listed (a problem), so there was a bit of guesswork in identifying the items. - The pieces were not labelled, which although a minor gripe, when you are dealing with reasonably heavy constituent parts, is quite irritating! - Corners were cut in the manufacture of the base parts. For example, the holes for which you were meant to screw the cam dowels into were too small, which resulted in a few frustrating 'mis-screws' where the dowels ended up at a jaunty angle, and had to be re-affixed. Another example is when you attach the headboard to the main bed frame. As opposed to simply installing a metal thread for the long screw to fit into, you are provided with a barrel nut. Unfortunately, these nuts are open at both sides, so it is incredibly easy to have them the wrong way around, making it very easy to cross thread them whilst trying to screw in the screw. Once you add in that it is incredibly easy to rotate these nuts very slightly which makes them impossible to screw into, it becomes somewhat of a nightmare. What should've been a simple 2 minute task (screwing in 4 screws) took me the best part of 30 minutes. Very infuriating. Purely a situations where a slightly better design would result in assembly being a lot easier. Generally all in all the bed is excellent, but the assembly was infuriating

These really are very good mattresses! One of my main concerns was the reports and even some of Eve's own documentation regarding the new smell / odour of the mattress as from experience things that give off an odour tend to make me feel unwell pretty quickly, this mattress does give off an odour but apart from a slight headache on the first night it really hasn't affected me since. No the smell does not entirely disappear after 48 hours as some say, but it does get progressively better, make sure to air the room well and regularly, also move on the mattress to get air to pass through it... hopefully if you give this mattress a chance like us you'll find it very comfortable and super supportive, if this mattress can keep delivering this level of comfort and support for 10 years it will be money well spent. It is an expensive mattress though and I would have like to see a bit more attention to a few areas, the mattress has a removable washable cover and that's fantastic, but it means the handles are located under the mattress which means lifting the rather heavy mattress to access the handles, there needs to be a better solution here. We find the mattress firmness just right but others who try it think it would be too hard for them. Overall if this mattress does last out the 10 year guarantee period then I'll have to remember to come back to this review and give it the full five stars for Quality and Value For Money but for now it's too expensive and too new to go that far.

I wrote the following review on November 18th 2020 two weeks after using my Eve Sleep Hybrid mattress. Everything I said then still applies and I love the mattress. Brilliant product and fantastic sleep every night. I have been getting up every morning for nearly a year with back pain. Knowing I wanted a new mattress, searched the internet looking at all sorts of different products with varying prices. I looked at various reviews, but none seemed conclusive, so signed up for Which. A good move because Eve Sleep was not on my list. The review for the Premium Hybrid Mattress was exceptional. I ordered online, and the process was incredibly simple. It could not be better. Notifications of delivery were brilliant, and I even got a call 30 minutes before the delivery arrival. The guys were so good and polite. The mattress comes in a box, and the instructions give all the information in a truly clear manner on how to unpack and install on the bed. I left the mattress for 24 hours before using, although this is not necessary. I knew after the first night sleeping on the mattress, it was without any doubt a brilliant purchase. I have now been sleeping on my Eve Mattress for two weeks, and it is fantastic. I look forward to going to bed and do not want to get up in the morning. The whole experience from beginning to end has been exceptional. It is very reassuring to know there are still companies that give a faultless service and have a product to match.

We bought the original hybrid mattress double after reading Which reviews, it turned out to be a on the firm side for us so we returned it after around 50 nights. The customer service, ordering, delivery and return process was excellent. We are both mostly side sleepers, I experienced hip pain/pressure during the night and had to change position often and my husband just felt that it was too firm for him. We were still a little tired through the day and put it down to our personal discomfort in the end, the mattress was supportive and we had no back pains in the morning. I had ordered a replacement mattress so that we weren't left without anything to sleep on and contacted eve to return the original hybrid once we had a delivery date. The return process was hassle free and very efficient, we found that we were able to give three dates for the return and add any comments. In hindsight, knowing that the return was so well organised, we would have trialled the mattress for longer to see if it softened up a little or we adjusted to it more as it would still have been easy enough to organise a replacement if it was needed. I was just worried that our trial period would run out before we could get anything sorted but the process was much quicker than I thought. We have still to find the perfect mattress for us and do regret the return without persevering a little longer as the replacment that we did order is terrible.

Issues with delivery 1st attempt only the mattress topper arrived no mattress? Resolved following week with the help of Eve chasing logistics company. The Premium Hybrid Mattress King size is extremely heavy and glad we paid for 2 man delivery who struggled with the box up to the bedroom, interestingly the details on opening the box and mattress are actually printed on the inside the box? Unpacked the mattress and left it to inflate for a few hours .we both have found the mattress very comfortable on the firm side of medium. Only issue we have had was with the strong musty smell that has taken at least 1 month to fade and even now when you have left the bedroom door closed all day you get a faint whiff of it have 1 month left of the trial so will monitor it .The Handles for turning the mattress are located underneath the mattress i assume as being so heavy they would probably soon rip of the side of the mattress, this makes rotating the mattress very awkward as the mattress is extremely heavy ,due for a rotation this week so will get my son and daughter to do it for us. Think anyone should consider this as needs to be done regularly think there is a lighter hybrid version which on reflection would have been better for a pair of old codgers like us...for all my moans I must say it's very comfortable and appears to be of very good quality.......keep safe.

Marketing over promises how good this mattress is. It is not bad but it is not brilliant either. Outer materials feel very synthetic and, as usually the case with rolled mattresses, is not double-sided. Make sure you get a decent discount - Eve play games with them but 25-35% off seems the target. I waited until it went down in price to about what it was 30+ days before. Feedback: Firstly, the super king is very heavy and, probably for some good reason, it unrolls upside down and has to be "flipped". There are some pointless handles on the bottom but they don't really help. We struggled. Secondly, the corners took a long time to go to shape - at least 48 hours. Next, the sides are very soft so collapse when you sit on them which is okay as long as you can easily get up to standing or do not want to sit there. Finally, the comfort to sleep on: this is a foam-topped mattress which means you sink into the foam layer with support underneath from springs. The top is soft and quite warm but kept cool by lots of dimples which you can feel. The core is firm and supportive. Overall result is that you are very aware of the foam and the bed is soft but also stays very flat. It improved my sleep after having a traditional and sagging Warren Evans mattress but don't expect miracles. We decided to keep the mattress - so do not be too put off.
