I bought this 2 weeks ago and it’s been amazing so far, the pocket springs combined with the memory foam pillow top makes this bed very comfy and a dream to sleep on! Far better than my old simba hybrid mattress as that one was all memory foam, Good pocket springs from a reputable company like silent night are the way to go! And the fact this bed has a pillow top to make it that lil bit comfier is great, the pillow top is lowkey essential.. The bed come a bit firmer than I’d have liked took 3 nights to break it in, then it was perfect and it’s been very comfy ever since! I didn’t see this bed in store as it’s online only but I’m so glad I went with this one absolute dream! Only negative I do have is the fact it took 2-3 weeks to arrive which meant I had to sleep on my neighbours 10 year old mattress while I waited for it to come, defo worth it though. Positives • Very comfortable • Pocket springs provide adequate support without reducing any comfort • It looks like a well built mattress that will last a long time • 8 year guarantee for a extra fee but wasn’t too expensive for the peace of mind provided • Look for excuses to get to bed earlier now • Perfect size (little bit smaller than my simba double but works well with my bed frame) • Good height mattress! • Mirapocket zoned springs are a great help to provide support & comfort Negatives • Took what felt like a month for the item to arrive • Can’t see the item in any store in the Uk for some reason it’s online only which is annoying • No handles on the sides so turning the bed round is a ball ache!! Overall I’d give it 5 stars so far I may do another review 6 months in and let you all know how I get on with it as I’m aware mattresses can change from 2 weeks - 6 months hopefully this one stays comfortable and supportive it looks well built so I’ve got a feeling this will be the case.. Good Points: This is a REALLY firm mattress, like sleeping on a floor. That is just what I wanted. I have a genetic condition called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which means my skeleton is not held in place properly due to my connective tissue being 'floppy'. This is the best mattress I have ever owned (far better than 'luxury' brands costing upwards of £1,000) and supports my skeleton perfectly. At last, I can have a comfortable night's sleep and not wake up with dislocated joints (yes, that does happen) and severe pain all over my body. So, for me, this mattress is heaven itself. However, you have to realise that this is like sleeping on a breeze block for most of your body. If your current mattress is saggy, it is probably because it's old or worn or hasn't been turned properly. Do not buy a 'very firm' mattress to replace it unless you want a really HARD bed! Pretty much any new mattress will be firmer than an old one. This mattress is designed for people who are obese or disabled or have an extremely bad back that is permanent. I would imagine that for other people it would be way too firm. So beware of that before you buy. But if you know you want a very firm mattress, then believe me, you can't do better than this for the price. So long as you rotate it every week initially as recommended (after two months you can rotate it once a month), it does not sag. I have had mine about six weeks now and there is no sag whatsoever. Improvement Points: Why oh why are there no turning handles? Especially when this mattress is for people with bad backs etc? Come on manufacturers, this is so silly - just put handles on the mattress! If you are slim, please read the 'good points' - this mattress will probably leave you covered in bruises as it is so firm, so beware!

We've recently purchased the Silentnight UltraGel Cool-to-Touch 3000 Mattress and have been using it for a week now. Overall we're very happy with it and would recommend it here is our honest review. Size & DepthOne of the first things we noticed is that this mattress is very deep – much deeper than a standard mattress. Good Points: Extremely light, one adult can pick it up for king size. Delivery is on time. Nothing else. Improvement Points: Extremely regrets to purchase it by below reason 1. It is not 'extra firm' as it states from our experience, and my family member got back pain experience next day morning when sleep on it. 2. Extremely light, one adult can easily pick it up alone for king size, not sure the material is strong enough or not inside the mattress. Since my previous mattress of other brand is extremely heavy and even two adult need hard to pick it up 3. If partners sleep and move the body on the mattress, I will feel the mattress is moving so if sleep on it better not move often otherwise partner hard get to sleep. 4. Edge is not strong than center, so even sit on it the edge, it will collapse and not balanced on whole. If sleep on it, it's better don't sleep near the edge, and you will feel it is a little bit collapsed and feel uncomfortable. 5. This mattress not supporting people steps on it from CS reply and it is claims as misuse and no warranty will be provided. Indeed, the mattress is not damage just very soft when step or push it by hands. It will collapsed easily. So, if anyone have the same case with us that have cabinet on top of our bed, than you should consider seriously since you need to step on the mattress for put in or remove things from the cabinet. Its the first time I heard mattress not support people step on it and it will void the warranty. From our previous experience, it is normal usage since mattress should be a strong product. Indeed, the mattress not got any worsen condition when we step on it to test the mattress firm level, it just not feel extra firm and comfortable in our mind. 6. When i ordered the mattress, I did not take any picture, and CS replied that when we placed the order on Oct 2022, it don't provide 60 days trial period. I was very surprised since CS reply trial sleep is new promotion after we placed the order. I did not take any evidence so I can only believe and accept it. 7. CS are not able to provide any help on my purchase. Only said that we misused since it don't support people step on it and it is misused even it is not damaged. After few email conversation, CS replied that we don't have 60 days trial sleeping on the mattress when we placed the order. We are very disappointing on it since we have mentioned our purchase date and provide order no from the beginning of email conversation. 8. Even it is a cheap model , but not actually cheap in the market that can found in other shops with other brands. Next time I will considered more carefully when placing order. 9. For anyone reference, I am around 65 KG and my husband is around 85KG. So we are not heavy weight person in general. 10. Most people give high marks of the mattress quality, only little give low marks. We should believe in low marks person rather than high mark person review and we are regretting on it.

Ordered a different mattress which was clearly not a new mattress, it had felt missing and marks on it, so I made a complaint and was told they would exchange it but when they came to exchange it, they wouldn't because of the marks on the mattress which they were already aware of as I'd sent pictures, then when I contacted the consumers rights website, they said they had to exchange it and they were liable for the delivery charges but they wouldn't pay the delivery and we had to pay another £49 to exchange this damaged item, if you purchase from an online store, the consumer's website states that by law the company are liable for the delivery fees!!! t They wouldn't budge on that but exchanged the mattress, only this time they brought the wrong one being an extra firm mattress when we had ordered and paid for a firm mattress. We contacted Dream's again to explain and was basically told we were stuck with it. I'm a disabled lady and this mattress is absolutely crippling for both me and my partner whom isn't disabled. I would never use Dreams again. The delivery lad's confirmed that half of the mattresses that people are getting have already been previously returned from other customers which would explain why they are all so bad in the first place. A disgrace of a company. I don't expect to purchase a new item that has already been used and sent back god only knows how many times previously? So we're £400 out of pocket and have had to throw this mattress away because I wouldn't give it to my worst enemy because it's so bad! Go and look at the real review websites and not the one's like trust pilot who remove bad reviews or don't let you post them!

These really are very good mattresses! One of my main concerns was the reports and even some of Eve's own documentation regarding the new smell / odour of the mattress as from experience things that give off an odour tend to make me feel unwell pretty quickly, this mattress does give off an odour but apart from a slight headache on the first night it really hasn't affected me since. No the smell does not entirely disappear after 48 hours as some say, but it does get progressively better, make sure to air the room well and regularly, also move on the mattress to get air to pass through it... hopefully if you give this mattress a chance like us you'll find it very comfortable and super supportive, if this mattress can keep delivering this level of comfort and support for 10 years it will be money well spent. It is an expensive mattress though and I would have like to see a bit more attention to a few areas, the mattress has a removable washable cover and that's fantastic, but it means the handles are located under the mattress which means lifting the rather heavy mattress to access the handles, there needs to be a better solution here. We find the mattress firmness just right but others who try it think it would be too hard for them. Overall if this mattress does last out the 10 year guarantee period then I'll have to remember to come back to this review and give it the full five stars for Quality and Value For Money but for now it's too expensive and too new to go that far.

I wrote the following review on November 18th 2020 two weeks after using my Eve Sleep Hybrid mattress. Everything I said then still applies and I love the mattress. Brilliant product and fantastic sleep every night. I have been getting up every morning for nearly a year with back pain. Knowing I wanted a new mattress, searched the internet looking at all sorts of different products with varying prices. I looked at various reviews, but none seemed conclusive, so signed up for Which. A good move because Eve Sleep was not on my list. The review for the Premium Hybrid Mattress was exceptional. I ordered online, and the process was incredibly simple. It could not be better. Notifications of delivery were brilliant, and I even got a call 30 minutes before the delivery arrival. The guys were so good and polite. The mattress comes in a box, and the instructions give all the information in a truly clear manner on how to unpack and install on the bed. I left the mattress for 24 hours before using, although this is not necessary. I knew after the first night sleeping on the mattress, it was without any doubt a brilliant purchase. I have now been sleeping on my Eve Mattress for two weeks, and it is fantastic. I look forward to going to bed and do not want to get up in the morning. The whole experience from beginning to end has been exceptional. It is very reassuring to know there are still companies that give a faultless service and have a product to match.

We bought the original hybrid mattress double after reading Which reviews, it turned out to be a on the firm side for us so we returned it after around 50 nights. The customer service, ordering, delivery and return process was excellent. We are both mostly side sleepers, I experienced hip pain/pressure during the night and had to change position often and my husband just felt that it was too firm for him. We were still a little tired through the day and put it down to our personal discomfort in the end, the mattress was supportive and we had no back pains in the morning. I had ordered a replacement mattress so that we weren't left without anything to sleep on and contacted eve to return the original hybrid once we had a delivery date. The return process was hassle free and very efficient, we found that we were able to give three dates for the return and add any comments. In hindsight, knowing that the return was so well organised, we would have trialled the mattress for longer to see if it softened up a little or we adjusted to it more as it would still have been easy enough to organise a replacement if it was needed. I was just worried that our trial period would run out before we could get anything sorted but the process was much quicker than I thought. We have still to find the perfect mattress for us and do regret the return without persevering a little longer as the replacment that we did order is terrible.

Purchased is Mattress 27 days ago myself and my wife are still wakening up the Morning with the Same Hip Pains that we had before. So contact this company now 3 times but have been told after 12 Days you pay 10% so they want £56? Even if was going to take an other mattress if more expensive you pay the Difference iagree.. But if the mattres was say £200 Cheaper you don't get nothing for an exchange so that my reason that want Refund But Told they don't do Refunds.if get a other mattress you pay again the delivery cost again so Beforei even look at a mattress iam going to be £96 out of Pocket you pay the £39.99 exchange I'd rather Loose my £500 then Do Trading with this Company of vomet an other Panny.. The Parts they don't Tell you as for the chap on the phone that I spoke to this after noon was clueless apart from telling me not intiteled to any Refund he was so useless and I was about falling asleep with him and told him that three times your so slow am about falling asleep let me talk to some body else but refused as half the time I don't think he was even listening to my complaint and told him you are already steeling £96?? For nothing advent charge.. but must purchase from this shower that to be Honnest now wish had just stuck with Dreams for Bed Hastle Free and Delivery is free even if you don't want the Bed picked free and no Hastle Refund..So if your thinking in purchasing a bed you only get one chance or it's going to COST YOU.£100 For Nothing they Don't Have A Refund Policy..Will take your Money But Don't Expect Anything in Return yo Will Be The Same As ME £100 out of Pocket For Returning something you Seat on for Five Minutes and Thought that felt comfortable and right for you Remember that mattress in the shop has been sat on and tested probably Thousands of times Yes it Feels Soft and Comfortable.. You Then only Have 12 Days to change it..After that like me you will loose £95.. before you more for another..Take This On Board Before you Purchase Think Twice..A Company that only help if the Goods Are Flawed.
