Sleepeezee vs Relyon Mattresses

I would like to say that the two gentlemen that delivered and assembled my bed was amazing! James and the driver ( my apologies for not remembering one of the other gentlemen’s name, I have a bunch of medical issues that causes slight memory loss and other issues) They were very polite, friendly and very helpful / informative, they even demonstrated how to open and close my divan ottoman bed as it’s been a while since I’ve had a demonstration at the dreams store. They even got the job done in less than 30 minutes and they made sure to clear up everything before they left to make sure that my safety was first, as I have mobility issues. They even phoned me before to inform me about what time they will be here and to go over any important information. They wore shoes covers to keep the dirt out they even changed them every time they went out and they were in their uniforms which were very clean and smart, again I have medical issues which can cause flare ups and they did everything to prevent any dirt coming into the house to put my medical issues first. He also made sure I was happy where the placement of the bed was and how it looked and I was very happy with my purchase. I can’t think of any more words to give about how pleased and happy I am with how they handle it and how pleasant they both were, alls I can say is that I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone as they are amazing. With that being said I believe they both deserve a pay rise and full on recognition for their outstanding service, because they respected my medical issues and gone out of their way to adapt to my needs and I’ve never had any other delivery team do that before and that meant a lot to me. Thank you very much both of you ?? As for the bed itself, it’s very lovely and it was my dream bed all along. The storage part Is very easy to open especially with my medical needs and I find that hard with other bed brands that don’t cater to disabled people, and it’s very spacious for bedding or extra storage essentials. The mattress was amazing and very comfortable, I had to get a medium firm mattress as it was recommended from my doctor for my fibromyalgia and other issues and it’s perfect. Finally the colour of the bed was exactly like the picture and it matched perfectly with my room colour scheme. So I’ll definitely recommend this company and I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

I was just passing Dreams and having had a mattress for nearly 9 years didn't realise that it should be replaced having seen the advertising from the doorway. Rayanne immediately approached me with a smile and warm welcome to find out what I needed. I didn't really know and assuring me with her knowledge she explained how the process worked with regards to finding a new mattress to specifically suit my needs without any pressure, jargon or hard sales push. This was a fresh revelation. It was like she was a professional expert here to advise and guide. She showed me the mattress test that would give me some ideas to what would suit my body, preferred sleeping position and budget. All this was done whilst reassuring me of their Covid arrangements to ensure safety and make me feel safe and reassured. After using the machine for 3 minutes she went through the recommended mattresses. She was not rushed, but to the point, politely and in a friendly manner. She made me feel relaxed and not pressured into buying but with such professionalism, knowledge and guidance I knew that I now needed a new mattress. I tried several (with my own pillowcase cover that was sprayed) and she allowed me to go back and try them again to make sure I was happy with the purchase. She reiterated that even after the mattress was delivered I still had time to change my mind. Such a great experience. Relaxed, professional and knowledgeable. This is how all sales staff should be and what a great employee Rayanne is! More like Rayanne please!! I be back in eight years time to buy again!! PS Since buying the mattress (3 weeks ago) I have had the best sleep ever. The mattress was actually half the cost of the previous one I bought (from a reputable high street store)! I'm coming back to Dreams in future!

A spring mattress that gives you a spring in your step!I could not speak more highly of this excellent organisation and the professionalism, alacrity and everything else that goes into choosing a new mattress. And at christmas/new year period too, when one would imagine they'd be rushed off their feet, let alone on their backs. Replacing your old mattress can be a rather daunting task, you really don't want to send anything back, let's face it. Do it right the first time or not at all. Especially if you are looking for great spinal support when you have back injuries and arthritis to match the hunchback of notre dame. Because while you don't want to wait forever for that 'dream' sleep, you don't want to rush in, be taken in by the hype that is 'out there' over "do I go no spring, extra spring, or memory foam?" I was going to go elsewhere before I laid my eyes on mattressnextday - and yes, I was taken in by the 'get your mattress in 2 days,' and why not too? This waiting for weeks while you suffer? This is no longer the 20th century chaps. So, I chose, and I could not have made a better choice. Dreamy, lovely, firm and not a smell from foam that you have to spend two days airing out in either nostril. I went for the sleepeezee cashmere royale pocket mattress - yes, why not, king size (5' x 6'6")569.95others were around this price, so why not. There was no courier fee but a charge for carrying it to my room of choice - a small price to pay at 14.95. I could not be happier. My back, shoulders, knees and ankles could not say thank you enough. The name 'sleepeezee' says it all, and mattressnextday was pretty much on the ball.

My fiancé and I had recently moved into our apartment. We were very very keen to spoil ourselves on a new mattress as we are very much under the impression that you spend a third of your life sleeping. We decided to visit your Wandsworth bridge road branch in which we were welcomed in a friendly and warm manner by Riccardo. Firstly, he offered us something to drink in which we then had a chat around what we were looking for. He then advised us to give the sleep match tool a go so we could pin point the exact mattress to our specific needs. Once the process was completed he then showed us all the mattresses that the the tool advised on. Very patiently he carried around two pillows as myself and my fiancé tried out all the mattresses. Having a budget in mind from the start it was due the expertise of Riccardo that we decided to go over our budget and really spoil ourselves on a top end mattress, which we purchased. With regards to the delivery, unfortunately our order was placed on the 22nd of March, a few days before the lockdown. This ultimately had a massive impact on our delivery day which was meant to be on the 15th of April but due to COVID-19 we only managed to receive our order on the 8th of June. All I can say was that Dreams did keep us up to date and we were very much aware of the issues. We are very happy with our new mattress and our sleep has never been better, well worth the wait. Lovely welcome at the Mansfield store. Tried the bed that takes your weight, hight and slept position's (very clever) the bed moved under us and worked out everything. We were then given a list of mattresses matching our needs, we picked this mattress because it felt amazing. Nice topper, firm like we wanted for our bad backs but comfortable. It was more than we wanted to pay but it was a case of ' you get what you pay for '. We came to Dreams 10 years ago brought a fantastic mattress, but our lovely dog destroyed it after a year so we brought cheap but recommended mattresses. This messed our backs up so be brought another different cheap highly recommended a few years later, then another. So after wasting our money on cheaper mattresses that claim bold statements we came back to dreams. This mattress is top quality from inside to outside. You need to go to the shop to find your fit for your needs but if this is the one you like I can honestly say it's fantastic and my body can sleep in the proper position and I wake up feeling refreshed. Many, many, years ago, we purchased a Slumberland mattress and divan from Dreams in Reading and it gave us faultless service throughout. We recently decided to purchase a mattress of similar design, but how things have moved on since our last purchase. We were certainly impressed with our initial purchase from Dreams and that’s why we decided to visit Dreams in Reading again and were greeted by Jenny who was friendly and professional, but not intrusive, (as can be the case in certain sales type situations, experienced in other stores over the years). Jenny understood the situation and was spot on, professionally and friendly and I knew within a few minutes that we were probably going to purchase from her. Once she understood our needs, she explained that Dreams had this in store computer operated bed, which she encouraged us to lay on (after putting a paper sheet on top of the bed, to ensure and maintain cleanliness, (which is so important with the Covid situation) which in a few minutes, gave information as to probably the type of mattress we should be considering as a couple. After further information, we narrowed our decision down to two mattresses and then eventually the one we decided to purchase. We ended up purchasing a Somerton 1200 pocket sprung mattress featuring Dunlopillo latex, which is exclusive to Dreams and which was also an easy, no turn mattress!!! Delivery was quoted as one week and within a two hour window on the said day. It did get delivered on the agreed day i and at the steed arrival time. We were also amazed how professionally the delivery people were and also how helpful they were in keeping us informed as to what time they would arrive etc. Dreams provided a first class service from the moment we walked into the store, right through to the mattress was delivered and the old one removed. Top marks to Dreams and to their staff for a truly pleasant meeting including the delivery team. And now after 3 weeks of using our new mattress, we know we made the right choice. A bit extreme perhaps but I've waited a full year before posting this review. When we were looking for a mattress, I read lots of reviews from people who were reviewing something they'd only slept on for a couple of days or perhaps weeks and I didn't find these especially helpful. This mattress wasn't our first choice, we'd originally bought a different one that unfortunately turned out to be faulty. As a side note, Dreams were absolutely brilliant over this - after I reported the issues, we had an engineer visit within a couple of days and it was quickly confirmed that our original purchase had been duff. After our initial bad experience, we didn't want to have a straight replacement, so we re-visited our local store (Chester) to have another look at the potential replacements they had on offer. The sales team there were fantastic, we saw the same advisor who'd helped us on our initial visit - we explained the situation so she knew she wasn't going to earn any commission from helping us but she was wonderful, she spent ages with us and really gave us fantastic service - huge thanks to her! So, at last to the point. I wouldn't have considered a soft mattress, if we hadn't been directed to it by the sleep match machine but our initial impression was excellent, the mattress felt sturdy and well made as well as being very comfortable, although not particularly 'soft'. A year on and we are so, so happy with our choice! My husband's back pain has gone, as has my neck and hip pain - I've packed away the knee pillow that I was having to use to reduce the aches I was feeling with our old mattress. After a few weeks, the pillow top did soften up - I'd been a bit nervous about this happening as I didn't really like the idea of a soft mattress but I needn't have worried, every night is like sleeping on a huge, incredibly supportive marshmallow, it's just lovely. I've never slept better and I wholeheartedly recommend the Highbridge.

My previous mattress was well well well over the recommended used by date, I have been saving to buy a new one for a while. So getting it right was so important- this mattress is perfect, I used the in store sleepmatch or “magic bed” as my daughter called it. It matched me to this mattress and it is divine. I needed a mattress on the firmer side and I don’t like a lot of memory foam on the top as it makes me too hot and I can’t sleep. This mattress has a cooling layer and it seems to working like a dream. Best of both now. I’m a single mum and with the help of the 4 handles it’s so easy to rotate all by my myself. The Sale gods were shining on me - as I did managed to get this mattress in the Sale. Pros - Best mattress I have ever slept on. Cons - My kids now want to sleep with me as it’s “soooooo comfortable”. So I best get saving again to buy them their own.

Used this pillow for just over a week now, previously my neck was very painful and I would wake up through the night with what felt like cramp in neck and lower head, but since I've been using this pillow it's all easing off now, I'm sleeping much better, feel a lot more comfortable and have less pain in my neck which I think will diminish over time. Highly recommend this pillow for anyone who suffers neck and head pain, I know it's expensive but it's better than constantly buying other pillows that don't help, I have quite a collection of different pillows now and this is the one I'll be sticking with for sure!

From our first visit to Dreams in Aylesbury the entire process could not have been handled any better by Dreams staff, Sean was excellent, listened to our requirements and steered us in right direction and we are delighted with ourRelyon Mattress, very comfortable, we should have made the purchase earlier for did not realise how our old mattress needed replacing, will not make the same error again. Delivered exactly when promised by caring, careful delivery staff and taken direct to our bedroom and placed in position with old mattress removed, first class service throughout the process.
