Relyon Rufford Memory 1500 Pocket Mattress

Pocket springs are probably the best support layer you can get in a mattress helping to provide measured and even support across your body where you need it most. What's more, the unique feeling of pocket springs hugs each point of your body, offering contouring across each pressure point to relieve aches and pains. Lesser models will frequently include alternatives to pocket springs like open coil traditional springs and reflex foam. Do not be fooled, while pocket springs are often slightly more money than their counterparts, you are typically getting a better spring system and base layer. When it comes to pocket springs and the quality within, the more springs generally the better as the density will increase contouring ever-closer to your body as you sleep. That said, there is a point of diminishing returns at the 2000+ point. 1000-2000 is considered ideal.

Firm Tension Support Mattresses are suited to those who prefer sleeping on their front and back. Typically sleeping on your back helps ensure the spine remains aligned throughout the night and is the most natural sleeping position that can prevent twisting and turning. A firm mattress ensures that a high level of support contours around your body, alleviating pressure across your entire frame in a more even manner than that of a soft mattress, most notably in the hips, neck and shoulders. Finally, if you are suffering from neck or back pain, a firm mattress can help alleviate these problems and result in a better and more relaxed sleep for many years to come.

27cm is a deep mattress. You may require deeper sheets in order to be able to comfortably get them around the mattress. Regardless though, the general rule of thumb is that while depth is not entirely an appropriate guage of quality, you cannot get a good quality mattress with decent comfort and support in a thin frame. This size of mattress definitely adds credence to the fact that it is likely to be made of good quality internals and stand the test of time.

Pocket springs are like natures own springy piece of comfort, except they are not from nature. Alas, pocket springs are a very good part of a mattress and often found in the more premium models. Lower quality products will frequently use open coil spring setups, where pocket springs house each spring in a tiny pocket for additional stability and continued support. Pocket spring typically lasts longer than open coil due to this.

Pocket springs are of considerable better quality than their poorer traditional open coil counterparts. Put simply, pocket spring contours better and supports better than other base layers. When it comes to pocket spring mattresses, the general rule of thumb is that the more springs the better. There are exceptions, of course, but for the best part this is likely to be a good quality mattress based on it's base layer.

One of the big complaints when settling into a new mattress is that it does not feel as comfortable as they hoped, where this mattress shines is in the enhanced pressure relief that it offers. Each part of your body exerts different amounts of pressure against the mattress and through the use of springs and foams, these products are able to offer significant pressure relief as a result across the entire body.

Firm mattresses are great for those looking for an extra bit of support, either because they have a higher BMI and leanm toward the heavier side, or because they have joint and muscle pain and appreciate a decent amount of support while they sleep. If you are not actively looking for a firm mattress it may be wise to consider something else from the range that is perhaps closer to the medium firmness rating

memory foam is one of the most well known materials used in the upper layer of mattresses. Memory foam basically contours to your entire body with moulding properties. Designed by NASA, this material rebounds to your touch and feels like you are floating on a cloud. Memory foam does not necesserily mean soft either, you can still have firm mattresses for those that want them with a bit of memory foam.

Oh turning handles are pointless I hear you say. Just try flipping and turning this product without handles. It can be a pain. Remember that mattresses should be both rotated and flipped frequently, not a problem if you are opting for a sinle, but those doubles and kings can get heavy. Handles are very good.

Hand side stitching is a true mark of quality found in the upper-quality segment of mattresses. The process is very labor intensive as it involves attaching the side panel of the mattress to the pocket spring support layer found within a mattress helping to give better edge support and preventing roll-off.
