My fianc and I had recently moved into our apartment. We were very very keen to spoil ourselves on a new mattress as we are very much under the impression that you spend a third of your life sleeping. We decided to visit your Wandsworth bridge road branch in which we were welcomed in a friendly and warm manner by Riccardo. Firstly, he offered us something to drink in which we then had a chat around what we were looking for. He then advised us to give the sleep match tool a go so we could pin point the exact mattress to our specific needs. Once the process was completed he then showed us all the mattresses that the the tool advised on. Very patiently he carried around two pillows as myself and my fianc tried out all the mattresses. Having a budget in mind from the start it was due the expertise of Riccardo that we decided to go over our budget and really spoil ourselves on a top end mattress, which we purchased. With regards to the delivery, unfortunately our order was placed on the 22nd of March, a few days before the lockdown. This ultimately had a massive impact on our delivery day which was meant to be on the 15th of April but due to COVID-19 we only managed to receive our order on the 8th of June. All I can say was that Dreams did keep us up to date and we were very much aware of the issues. We are very happy with our new mattress and our sleep has never been better, well worth the wait. Sleepeezee.. more importantly, wake up eezee!! After having a memory foam matress for a few years both my wife and i were getting back problems and decided on a new mattress to try and solve the problem. Off we went to Dreams to try and work through the all to familiar issues of too many different products and annoying salesmen standing over your shoulder, ready to show you the most expensive product they think you can afford... but no!! We got a friendly welcome, good solid information and no sales tactics. We were offered an analysis on Dreams' mattress fitting machine to work out what would suit us best and then given a few choices to try. Covid safety in place off we went trying the different options in store led by a great guy who helped us pick the right one for us... which was actually nothing like the most expensive one!!! Suffice to say we are both extremely happy and now have both noticed a HUGE difference in how we feel in the mornings! Fantastic product, fantastic service. Only issue is now my 14 yr old daughter is hampering after the same matress!

Our new bed is like a cloud. We opted to buy the bed frame from another store but that store didn't have soft mattresses, our preferred type, so we went on the Dreams instore machine which told us what we already know - we like soft mattresses (it's a fun machine, I recommend to try it). The Sales chap got us to try a few mattresses but with no sales pressure. We went home and decided the Beatrice was for us and ordered online. It's the closest to the mattress we were replacing. Now I wake up and tell the bed, "I will see you later!" Also, we seem to go to bed at 9pm to just enjoy the cloud-like comfort. Very happy with this purchase.

After being calibrated on the Dreams bed, there was a choice of 5 mattresses for my style of sleeping. I tried them all! Finally, with the help of the excellent Sheryl in Dreams, Swindon, I decided on the Sleepeezee Claremont Combination mattress. The purchase process and delivery went very smoothly. I was given a large green bag to put my old mattress in. (Dreams then recycle these mattresses so that nothing is wasted). After two weeks sleeping on the mattress I am very pleased that I made this choice. It is very comfortable and very well made.

My wife and I always thought we had a comfortable mattress, that is until we bought the sleepeezee mattress. Im hugely impressed with how comfortable it is and I was telling my wife the other day just how well Im now sleeping. Its not just good, its pretty much perfect for me. My wife states the only disappointment is that it doesnt appear to have reduced my snoring, but I suppose thats a big ask for a mattress

We have this in a zip and link super king and its a much better mattress than I expected. As its a combination mattress I thought it was going to be very warm but it isnt too hot at all. The zip and link works perfectly, you dont really notice the gap and it really helps with transporting it and rotating. All in all a great mattress that offers more than adequate support for me (16 stone 6ft)

Beautifully made mattress from Sleepeeze, the quality is obvious as soon as you look at it in the store. We tried lots of different mattresses but as soon as we tried this one the difference was clear. We initially discounted it because of the price, is was out of our budget but after trying many others we could not resist it. It was a great choice, have never slept so well.

Lovely and comfortable. It was a choice between this and the cheaper Sleepeezee Paddington. This was slightly more comfortable (4 times as many pocket springs) so we decided to spend the extra. We have the zip & link super-king version, the mattresses are easy to attached together and the middle gap is a lot less noticeable than I expected it to be. Definitely

Its very comfortable. Its medium soft and at last I can get a good nights sleep and not wake up with aching bones caused by firm mattresses. Its easy to turn over and move about. Its quite deep, so you need extra deep fitted sheets to go on top of the mattress. I would recommend this mattress.

It's just not worth the cost. In the shop it was the comfiest bed we tried, but at home when we put the reccomended mattress protector on it and a bed sheet, we unsurprisingly, couldn't feel the benefits of the soft fabric, and in general it just feels like any other mattress.
