Fantastic service from start to assembly. I made a telephone order on December 27 as I needed everything: bed, mattress, pillows; Becky (Rebecca) went above and beyond with my order. Both knowledgable and relatable she understood my needs, offered up suggestions, gave in-depth information on insurance products and flagged up special offers. I was able to choose my delivery date and I received a confirmation email immediately. Reminder texts of time and date for delivery were also sent to me with a 2 hour time slot on the day plus a phone call when on their way to me. Delivery was excellent, respectful of property (no scuffs on the wall) and keeping mattress clean once unwrapped and brought up the stairs. Assembly was done in under 20 minutes and a demonstration of what to do and what not to do was given plus advice on caring for the mattress. In my opinion it was worth paying the money for assembly as I didnt want to do it, life is too short, so thank you very much Carl! The bed itself is fantastic. My daughter loves the combined height of bed and mattress - at 5 7 she can sit on the bed and her toes only just reach the floor. We bought the small double and the storage is excellent. To give you a rough idea you can fit 5 average sized shoe boxes across the width and 6 lengthwise. The storage is deep enough to stack 2 boxes on top of each other but watch the weight. Plenty of room for duvets, blankets and pillows. The bed itself sits on solid squat 3legs and the height of headboard ensures full support for your back when sitting up. I would buy this bed again and fully recommend it to anyone looking for style, storage and a good nights sleep.

First things first, I ordered the bed online in the easter sale for my first home. I did not yet have a date but wanted to save as much as possible. The next day after ordering i noticed the bed was 50 cheaper than when i ordered. I rang dreams customer services (this was straightforward and didnt take too long to get through) they advisor on the phone was pleasant and helpful - and they were more than happy to refund the difference and advised if the price was to reduce any further to ring again and have the price matched again. I was more than happy with this interaction. Without having a moving in date i did have to push the delivery back, my move in date then got moved forward so again i contacted Dreams -via live chat this time. Again very helpful and easily moved the delivery forward for me to suit my move in date. Then onto delivery. The delivery driver rang in advance to advise of the delivery time slot. Due to unavoidable issues the delivery was running slightly late. I didnt mind this at all because the driver kept me updated throughout. Once they arrived the delivery men were polite and more than obliging to deliver to my room of choice -they even asked if i wanted them to take their shoes off before going upstairs. The bed was easy to assemble, i did manage to do this on my own in about 1hr and half. May have been quicker with another person but was syraightforward enough and the instructions were clear. The ottoman storage is ample and the quality of the bed is brill. The bed is asthetically pleasing also. I am more than happy with my purchase and from start to finish would thoroughly recommend Dreams to anyone.

So far we are happy with this bed. It seems fairly solid and is a good height, and it looks great in our room - just like the picture. When assembling the bed, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of some parts. The headboard had a small tear in it that was pretty obvious from the front, so my wife had to repair it herself to avoid us having to get a whole new bed sent out and wait even longer for another delivery (luckily she had the necessary skill). I couldn't believe they had let it leave the factory. When building the bed, I found the small spanner provided was too large for some of the parts that needed tightening and it kept slipping around the bolts and getting looser. I later realised that this was because the spanner was primarily provided to fit a slightly larger part that needed tightening later. Considering there were many of the smaller bolts and very few of the larger bolts, this was a bit strange. Seems like Dreams just hoped that the customer would somehow make it work, or use their own tools. A bit mean when we're talking about one extra very cheap temporary spanner here. All in all, at the price we paid for this bed, I was looking for quality slightly higher than this. I just hope it proves to be hardy enough to last for many years.

We decided to downsize our bed frame, due to expecting our second baby and needing as much space and storage as possible. We have always loved having a superking, but the frame we previously had - Although beautiful - was very large. This ottoman bed enabled us to keep the size bed we wanted, whilst freeing up space and also adding extra storage! We are sleeping better than before (I think this is due to it being a little higher off the ground and offering a solid base for the mattress), the quality of the frame is lovely and the grey looks better in person than it does on the site which was another bonus! Although it is slightly time consuming putting it together, its very straight forward and worth it. Due to the fact Im pregnant I couldnt help my partner and he was able to complete the assembly in the time estimated. I would definitely recommend if you are a one man band putting this together that the extra charge for installation could be worth it, especially as the bed is heavy and very good quality so therefore if you have a weak back or something that could be affected, it will be a lot easier... to top it off, the Dreams staff delivering our bed were lovely and efficient, and adhered to the current social distancing policies very well.

I am happy with my new bed, it's a nice frame and looks fantastic and feels nice and sturdy so I am very happy with it. That said though I found the building of it a bit tough and the instructing lacking. For example on some of the step On the instructions it clearly states where the first set of screws go however it doesn't always clearly state where the other set goes - yes for the most part it is mirrored however in one instance this was not the case - so believe more detailed graphics might have been useful. I did think in the back of my head has the instructions been from the previous version of this bed which the updates from the screws and holes were slightly different. Also the manual wasnt explict about the timings of when some screws were to be tightened and when it needed to be loose then tightened later. Lastly I did wonder about the usefulness of the four small wooden legs along the spine under the- they barely touch the ground so really need extender legs to be useful. Over all it's a great bed and the build quality however I think the instructions manual needs updated.

This was one of my mums final wishes before she died from cancer. Whilst I didn't know which bed I wanted when she was still here, she kept telling me to get a new bed, but I always said no. After she died my dad then kept telling me until I finally caved. I was going to buy a frame myself, but the parents always insisted. The bed frame I had before was old and getting bad as I had if for years and I needed underbed storage desperately. I just thought I'd let you know why I got a new bed frame. On to the bed, it's very comfortable even with my old mattress still on; in fact my old mattress feels new again and I didn't know that was possible. The underbed storage facility is a game-changer for me as it allows me to store all the excess boxes I have. It's beautifully made and was simple to set up, but it took me double the time to do it as my aunty kept me talking! Haha. I got this bed for approx 279 I recall before it went back up to full price and I couldn't be more happier at the moment regarding bed choices. Would I recommend this bed? I absolutely would.

I ordered this bed in the black leather, with assembly option for my 15 year old son...I ordered online on the website and the whole order process was quick, easy and straightforward and we got a delivery slot for the following week which was great! ...the delivery arrived on time and I received communication in the run up to delivery and on the day, which was a nice touch. The delivery/assembly men were extremely polite and efficient and it didnt take them long to assemble the bed at all, they were in and out in about half an hour!... They also gave my son a demonstration in how to operate the gas lift correctly, which he appreciated... I found the product and service we received to be outstanding and was a bit disappointed that I had already ordered my own bed from another company as I would have definitely ordered from Dreams again. I have recommended Dreams to many family and friends now as the service is unbeatable! .. my son is extremely pleased with his new bed, so much so that he never gets out of it!!

Excellent craftsmanship & good design. It was simple and easy set up myself with the odd help from my partner who was present the whole time. Very easy to follow instructions. The ottoman lifting system is great, though with our thick mattress you need some strength to lift it, I assume this is true for all lifting beds. Love the headboard, soft and comfy to rest head against if you have plenty of pillows for back support. Cought my shin a couple times as the frame protrudes the mattress, but quickly got used to its different shape compared to my old bed. It's slightly raised on 4 feet, leaving around 10cm gap to the floor below the storage compartment, ideal for slippers, thin storage like ironing boards or to mount led strips. The bed is quite tall, with our simba hybrid matures it's really tall, getting in and out of bed is so easy. The mattress ends up being flush with our ikea drawers bedside table. The bed does not squeak at all and feels rock solid. We have the super king, and absolutely love it!

We honestly could not recommend this bed enough. It wasn't the bed we were originally after, but we spoke to a lovely man called Sarfraz in the Horwich store, and he demonstrated a few different options to us, and we just fell in love with this one. My partner and I are struggling to get out of bed in the mornings because it's so darn comfy. We teamed it with the Franklin Spring Mattress which Sarfraz also recommended, and I'm so pleased we went for it. The base of the bed has plenty of storage, which we definitely needed... and now that I've tarted up the bed with decorational pillows, (much to my fellas displeasure as he says "Beds are for sleeping in...we don't need fancy cushions"), they get placed in nicely before we hop into bed, so they don't get ruined. PERFECT! I only recommend this bed to you if you perhaps don't have a job where you have to be up super early... because this will ruin you. You will not want to get up - ever! We bought this along with a mattress, we asked for a delayed delivery to allow us to get part of the house including the guest bedroom decorated, Sue from Blackpool Dreams was so helpful. We delayed delivery a couple of months and then unfortunately Covid delayed our delivery further, thankfully it was only for the guest bedroom. We had assembly booked but again Covid wouldnt allow for this so received a refund quickly. Delivery driver rang the day before and on the day of delivery to confirm everything, which impressed us. He dropped it off contact free and we set to work, we had it assembled in a couple of hours, no harder than any flat pack. It looks fantastic in our white and grey room. Weve yet to finish the little touches to the room but feels so peaceful in there, so much so slept in there on the night it arrived. The ottoman storage is so handy and cant imagine buying a bed with wasted space under again. We only wish it was a little deeper to hide more stuff. Thank you Dreams!

Note: This is for the small double that includes the electronic lift. The bed looks great, and is of a nice quality. It was easy to assemble, too, with the pieces slotting into place. A few bolts were a little tough to line up and tighten, but nothing major. The base boards are thin and I'm a little wary about putting too much weight on them, but they're fine for clothing and light goods, or heavy items with a broad weight distribution. The most complicated part was the electronic lifting mechanism, but it was well worth the effort (and extra cost). It lifts high and smooth and gives decent access to the foot end, and just looks neat rising up on its own. The head end has a bit less access due to the lifting angle and the mechanism, but that's the same for any ottoman that lifts in this way. Most importantly, the base for the mattress is solid and firm, and should support the firmness of the mattress. No slats, a solid board. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

After an extensive research, I believe I made a right choice. I always bought ottoman beds in the past, but first time on electric lifting. As we are all getting old, no need to be harsh on ourselves to pull up and down a heavy bed with the mattress. I trust the Dreams company for backing up their product for a long time, just in case if anything goes wrong (we will see as my one less than a month old). I only wished they also had USB sockets next to the switch button too. Dreams teams were very good on their service & delivery. There was a small damage inside of the bed but customer service reimbursed a small amount, I believe it was fair in the end. They also offered a part replacement but I considered the environment and choose to take money back option. The fabric is also good and the manufactured to good standards. It doesn't look cheap. I already recommended this bed to my friends. Thank you for bringing this option to the consumers.

Bought on black Friday, I went hunting for a need to accommodate my super king-size Simba mattress. I hunted around and fine sliced lots of options, most were a lot more expensive than this frame but didn't quite offer the package I was looking for; - Pedestal - super king-size - broad sturdy headrest - modern looking - good ratings - and most importantly, delivered before Christmas Dreams offered this bed frame at a good price. The delivery was no problem. I didn't pay for assembly, which I regret, hence 4 stars. It was tricky to assemble as the manual shows a double bed assembly... But it went up no problem and it is everything I wanted. My messages is awesome and the bed is solid making it the most comfortable bed frame, mattress combination I've ever had. Loads of space, king-size isn't big enough, this is a major lifestyle upgrade. The pedestal is like a huge chest, my wife loves it. I highly recommend this bed and Dreams!

So I got this bed a few week's ago and I have to say I'm very please with my purchase. It only took me around an hour to make the bed on my own, though I would say it's probably safer to have someone help with all the lifting and so on. The instructions are very easy to understand and I believe there is even a video just incase. It came in 4 separate boxes but it's easy to find all the items. Also if like me you have a small room it doesn't need alot of space for it to be built. Over the past few weeks it's been overall very sturdy and holds more or less all of my clothes. The part the mattress stays on is more like a board as opposed to planks so you don't have to worry about them breaking too. It's also easy to open and close the bed too. Overall, it did take 2 weeks to arrive as I also brought a mattress I would say it was definitely worth the wait.

The storage in this frame is amazing. There's plenty of room for towels, bedding, winter coats etc. We struggle with storage so an ottoman frame was essential for us. The only downside is that it's so lightweight despite having plenty of items inside. I understand some people will be happy to be able to easily move the bed to clean behind it but we struggle to get on and off the bed without it slightly moving. We do have wooden flooring so on carpet the bed wouldn't move. It is a good quality frame but not the best on wooden floors. We've had the black leather and it looks amazing in our black and white themed bedroom. We brought the Hyde & Sleep orange mattress to go with this and together they are very high. Much higher than a standard bed so be careful getting in and out. The king-size mattress is comfortable for both our different body types.

I brought this bed recently for my sons new room. Firstly I have to say this is a really high quality bed and exactly what I was expecting from dreams. It was extremely easy to construct and took no long than the recommended time when I followed the instructions provided by dreams. The crafting of this bed is perfect, down to every little detail. The whole journey of finding a new perfect bed was made simple by the support/ advice of the dreams staff right down to the manufacturing and presentation of the bed. The mattress fits perfectly and the storage below has helped me hide away a lot of clutter from my sons room. The mechanics of the Ottoman frame and how it lifts is really smooth. I have recommended this bed to all my friends and family and I will definitely be back at dreams very soon. 10/10 great product!

Ill try not to sound too pleased with the bed but delighted with it... cant comment on its durability as only had it a couple weeks but its brilliant - easy to put together (by two people) and the storage underneath is ideal. Previously had a wooden bed and was looking for one similar but saw this on offer and glad I went for it. The headboard is soft to sit up in bed against and although you need to put a bit of effort in to access the storage it shows quality and robustness. The bottom is slightly raised off the ground on legs which gives an extra bit of under bed storage for things like bathroom scales and other thin items. Delivery was as expected, the packages were heavy but the deliverers took care of that. Liked it enough to get another one for the spare room!

We really are very pleased with our purchase of the Francis Grey Fabric Ottoman bed frame. The storage underneath could house a small family!! It was extremely easy to assemble and whilst I helped just a little, in the main my husband was able to put the frame together with ease. The size of the super king frame is perfect for our requirements and also fits wonderfully in our large bedroom. I love the style of this bed frame which gives our modern room the credit it deserves. Well done Dreams too for such fabulous service throughout our contactless delivery. The delivery men were great and gave us some very good tips on how to get the different packs upstairs and assembled. I will definitely use Dreams again and can highly recommend without hesitation!!

We bought this bed a month ago after buying our first house and decorating. We need all the storage we can get! The bed was easy to assemble (two of you with a electric screwdriver/drill). Instructions were clear. We really like the fact that the bed is compact (no sides or end sticking out, flush with mattress). This meant that we could fit around the bed and our other furniture easily. The ottoman (manual) is very easy to use and the storage is absolutely fantastic! Your items are stored off the floor on solid platforms. This bed is quite high if you have restricted space where your headboard would go check the measurements. It feels very sturdy and of good quality. I would definitely buy this bed again for our other rooms. Please bring out in more colours!

We wanted an ottoman bed to replace a bed with drawers. The drawers were difficult to access. We did a lot of research and chose this one after reading the many positive reviews and visiting the friendly and helpful York store. Excellent delivery in Covid safe manner - it was well packed in 4 packages. Clear instructions and excellent quality parts made putting it together reasonably easy. It is a quality bed with excellent storage on a firm base. Just a little note that might be useful- when I got the bed constructed I couldnt get the base down and thought there was a problem with the closing mechanism. It just needed much more pressure and once Id opened and closed it 4 or 5 times it worked fine. An excellent ottoman bed and highly recommended.

We bought this bed to accompany new carpets we were having laid. Delivery was great and on time and the assembly, whilst fiddly wasn't too difficult. The bed has loads of storage and is quite comfy. The main issue however was that the feet stained our brand new carpets. The stain for the wooden feet transferred within an hour whilst I was finalising the assembly and wouldn't come out. I complained to Dreams and they were somewhat responsive but never really apologised or took responsibility. The most they could offer in compensation was 150 for ruining my 1000 new carpets (bearing in mind, in the meantime the bed went on sale for 100 less than what we paid for it!!) Good bed, mediocre customer service, awful quality control.

I have had this bed for about 3 weeks now. It is the best bed I have ever had! I wish I'd upgraded sooner. I went for the electric ottoman option which is a great feature, and I'm delighted with the amount of space which is available underneath. All the clothes I had shoved into 4 drawers in my old bed takes up only a fraction of the overall space. The material is great quality and looks like it will be resilient too. The colour is just right and the whole bed looks modern and classic at the same time - it will never go out of fashion. I had great service from the staff in my local Dreams shop when I went to look at the bed in person, and it was delivered in less than a week. I would definitely buy from Dreams again.

I bought this bed and the service has been excellent from start to finish. Order process was straight forward and once the payment was confirmed, I received emails advising the process for delivery with all the timescales. Prior to delivery I received another email with details of the time slot for my delivery and on the day of delivery another message confirming more or less the exact time. The delivery team arrived as advised and took all the packages to the room upstairs. The instructions in the packages were straight forward and easy to follow. Since having this bed I can honestly say that I have never slept this well. I tell everyone about the service and will definitely be purchasing in the future

I wanted a bed that had a strong mattress base, as I don' like slatted beds, which can easily break. This bed has a strong wooden base, both for the mattress and in the ottoman space underneath. It was more expensive than the slatted ottoman option, but it seems to be well made and feels like it will last a long time. There is good storage space underneath and the mattress rises sufficiently high to get decent access. It takes two people to put the bed together, and all the sections and fittings seemed to fit okay, however, if you are not much of a DIY person, you might need some help. There are a lot of bolts to tighten, and I would recommend using an Alan key with a ball end to make life easier.

We really wanted an Ottoman bed for extra storage and would normally buy our furniture online. We had a look in the stores in the retail park even though we were sure we wouldnt find what we wanted there. We found the Francis and loved how it looked, and the price(!), but discounted it because you can see the handle at the end of the bed. We went away and looked elsewhere but couldnt find anything we liked better. So we came back for another look and decided it was definitely the one for us. The bottom sheet and duvet cover the handle anyway! The bed was easy to put together with 2 of us, and we absolutely love it! So much storage and it looks amazing! Great choice and definitely the right choice.

Overall the bedframe I bought was worth the purchase and in terms of storage space it's perfect. However there's only one issue with it. If you are buying this bedframe and you already have a existing double mattress it may not be compatible with this bedframe. At the end of the bedframe is the handle for the storage and when you place a mattress on it, the end of the mattress is pushed up by the bed frame handle, making the mattress unusable. When buying this bed frame you MUST buy a suitable mattress along with it. I was not told about this issue and it lead to many frustrations. Other than that. The bed frame is good but thr mattress situation is frustration and a huge inconvenience.

We bought a small double. The delivery men were friendly and helpful. Explained what was in each box and where the instructions were. (We did not use the assembly service as I'd recently put another ottoman together.) The instructions were very clear and the bed assembled really well. I used a power screwdriver rather than the allen key provided for speed. The spanner provided was a bit flimsy and did not seem to fit the nut so I used one from my tool kit. The base of the ottoman space is solid board which is better than the cloth some other ottomans have as it means it is off the floor. The lift mechanism is smooth and works well. The bed looks very smart (in black). Would recommend.

Purchased in the January sales. Sales staff very friendly and helpfull whilst covering all options regards dimensions. Delivery date and time slot via txt worked well with no issues. All packaged parts sited on top of stairs as had the self assembly option. Delivery drivers were very helpfull regarding any assembly issues (video tutorial on line) etc. Assembly instructions were comprehensive and following the steps of assembly was pretty straight forward if followed in a logical fashion. Finished product is excellent with the added addition of huge underbed storage space which freed up a lot of cupboard space as well! Overall very pleased with the product and would highly recommend!

We went for the electric lift version of this product in the leather style finish. Our mattress weighs a ton, so we decided to leave the heavy lifting to the bed itself. It has a nice amount of storage underneath and we are currently using it to store all our clean bedding and summer clothes in vacuum bags, as well as a few other bits and pieces. In short, it's just great, although a little bit bulkier that it appears in the showroom, we were able to get it to fit nicely in our room with enough space to get around. All round solid construction, but we decided on taking out the extended warranty because the amount of cover it provided was great for the last little peace of mind.

Got a Francis Upholstered (grey) super kind ottoman bed. I was pleasantly surprised that it's not that difficult to lift manually. The colour was a light shade and the fabric is soft. Dimensions were as described. The Dreams Team were extremely helpful and I loved their online booking system for organising the day of delivery. I am hopeless at DIY and paid for their service to make and remove my old bed. It was so simple and comprehensive and the team on the day were very efficient. If any defects were found, the team called Dreams themselves to start the replacement process, relieving my headache. I would 100% buy from Dreams again and recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

A great bed, fantastic delivery and well packaged. Construction was simple, but a couple of the bolts included were very poor quality and were barely fit for purpose. The Allen key was up to the task, but the supplied spanner was like something out of a Christmas cracker - that went straight in the bin and fortunately I had a suitable alternative. The bed itself is good quality, solid when constructed, and provides a really good amount of storage. The pivoting mattress section works well, but be aware that it does take a certain degre of downward force to get it back into the flat position - maybe worth bearing in mind if that might be relevant for the buyer / bed owner

Bought this ottoman super king about a month ago. Looks great, good storage. However, our silent night super king mattress turned out to be 2 cm too small on all sides. The base of the bed is absolutely smooth, so nothing to hold mattress in place really, unless it fit perfectly then the handle of the pull up base would presumably hold it snug. Unfortunately that didnt happen to us, and on calling Dreams support we were told the small print on the mattress reads allow for +/- 2cm. So weve had to buy an anti slip mat to keep our mattress in place. More hassle than wed bargained for. Perhaps the bed designers needs to consider the +/- 2cm disclaimer on mattresses.

Recently purchased this bed in a king size for my duaghter's bedroom. Lovely quality and gorgeous looking. Delivery was great and delivery team was as nicest and helpful as can be. We have paid for assembly and that was done fast and easy. We have ordered the bed with a solid slats which are all connected with a piece of quality fabric string. Sadly we needed an approval from the delivery man to cut out one part of the string as it wasn't a perfect fitting and couldn't be assembled and stretched through the entire bed perfectly (luckily this does not show as it is under the mattress) I have since purchased 2 more beds and looking forward to receiving those as well.

Really nice looking bedframe, classic and unfussy, just what I wanted. The lift action to access the underbed storage is one of the easiest I tried when I looked at bedframes. The metal handle to lift is much better than the fabric strap used on most bedframes and I'm surprised that it's not standard on all ottoman style beds. When I purchased in store I almost overlooked this bedframe as it was only in store as a single bed (not a double which I wanted), the finish on the headboard wasn't entirely as expected. The single bed size I had seen had no seams in the headboard and the double bed size has two (not that I dislike this feature) Really happy with my purchase

I wanted a divan bed with storage, but not fabric covered, so the choice was very limited. When I saw this in the show room I quite like it, but since getting it home I really love it. It has oodles of storage space and looks great. The only negative is its a little heavy to raise the ottoman, partly because we have the top end of the weight limit for the mattress. The online picture does not do it justice, but it looks fantastic and I feel like I am sleeping in a luxurious hotel in my beautiful new bed. Pro tip - pay for assembly if you are not good at building flat packs. Its a bit of a faff to put together and came in 3 separate huge boxes.

My husband and I moved house with a much smaller room. We were able to order a small double which fits in our bedroom so much better than the old bed we had. Having the storage underneath makes a difference as we dont have space for drawers to store bits. Even having the small double there is so much space in the ottoman part. I find its extremely handy as I can still slide bits under the bed. The base is certainly firmer than our old bed and we both find our mattress doesnt sink so were not waking up stiff in the mornings. The bed is also easy to lift up but were still having fun getting it back down again. I think over time it will be easier.

I bought this bed because my son has one is very pleased with it. I was very pleased with the ease of ordering to delivery. Dreams contacted me when they were going to delivery. I was given a two hour time slot. I paid to have old mattress taken away (Dreams gave me a huge plastic bag to put my old mattress in) I also paid to have the bed built. I was so impressed with the delivery men that came. They were so professional and had the bed built in no time and the old mattress removed. Both delivery men wore a mask. We have the bed frame delivered on last Friday and it comes with 4 large boxes with the total weight approx. 90kg. The heavy bed frame structure makes it feel robust and sturdy. The design is nice and By reason of the heavy material, it requires two people to assemble the bed (exactly like what it describes on its website and on the instruction). However, the instruction is extremely easy to follow and it took us within 2 hours to finish the assembly. We are amazed by the quality of the bed. it sits on the ground firmly and the joints move smoothly when you are opening up the storage space. We feel wise to have bought this bed.

After lots of reading and research I decided to go for this bed and so, so pleased I did. Took my daughter and i 2 hours to put it together with easy instructions to follow. The storage is great, huge, and I'm struggling to find things to store in the base! The lift action is easy to use and not to heavy (don't try and work it before the whole bed is assembled, as it won't work!) I would highly recommend the frame and an now considering one for the children! Delivery men brought it in and upstairs and were respectful of our home. Came in 4 packing boxes and were labelled appropriately. Dont look any further, just go for it.

Having recently moved into a new home with very little storage space for spare bedding, towels & clothes. The ottoman bed seemed the best solution. I'm so pleased we purchased this bed. We visited in store to see the beds first then ordered online. Delivery was around 3 weeks, which was longer than we hoped. Tip - count screws etc. before starting to build the bed as we were short of three screws, which weren't available in the DIY store. The spare screws plus extras were posted to us within a couple of days. The bed has a luxury hotel feel about it. It's a high bed, lifts well and the fabric is beautifully soft.

Very happy with the bed frame. Good quality, looks good and the height is perfect - sense of luxury. Spacious storage too - only concern is reviews/advice about weight load. We have a lot in there, but no bowing or failure at the moment. Service from Dreams was brilliant too. Rarely do I comment to others about good service, but this time I did. Very personalised. My only reason for not giving 5* is that the assembly of the frame is quite difficult. I enjoy building flat pack, but got frustrated at one stage with this one. The two men were very considerate of my home and insisted on covering their shoes when they walked in. This was easy to construct, it is very sturdy and lovely to look at. The underneath storage is big and everything is secure under there with it raised off the floor and no gaps from above for things to get dusty. My only issue is that it is very heavy to lift up, the bed we saw in store was a single bed and easy to lift, we have a super king and it is almost too heavy to lift and I worry about hurting my back when I do and the quality of the handle, it feels a little too flimsy for such a large bed. So think about this when purchasing the size and consider the electric lift instead of the manual.

We got the ottoman bed in super kingsize (180cm x 200cm) and in the grey fabric and are very happy with it. It looks good and provides a lot of storage space underneath the bed. Especially the solid boards in the storage space are great as you can put even heavier things inside. The only issue we had was that the gas springs weren't strong enough to hold up the bed with our new mattress on (~60kg) but Dreams was very helpful and got the manufacturer to contact us about the matter. The manufacturer then issued stronger gas springs and everything is good now. Would definitely buy this bed again.

We bought the Francis ottoman bed a few weeks ago. It was the double bed and manual lift. I had been thing maybe the electric mode may suit as the bed is for my 9 year old child. Im so glad I bought the manual lift. It is easy to use with a great handle and its pretty light considering its lifting the mattress and bedding too. Inside there is stack of space and I couldnt believe how much fitted inside. Her bedroom is much tidier now as a result and its a really modern looking bed. The light grey material goes with loads of different decors and Im absolutely delighted with this purchase.

Easy to assemble, sturdy and has a lot of room inside. Did go for the manual as we didn't see the point of the electric one. Still in our prime and don't need support to open an ottoman bed. Did the assembly in less than 60 minutes and got to a result we enjoyed. The quality is really nice, the finishing is smooth, the materials are spot on. Had a double bed before we went for a super king size but this is really that size. No leftoevers anywhere. The backboard is quite thin but sturdy giving us back a bit of space with the previous deeper backboard. Overall I'm all happy with this purchase.

I had to recently upgrade my bed and had set my heart on an ottoman bed. I was so thrilled when my bed arrived and we had put it together. The storage is great, the price was amazing (purchased when the bed was on special offer) and it looks fantastic! The only recent I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because after sleeping on the bed for just under 2 weeks I have noticed it has started to creak slightly. Also lifting up the bed to get to the underneath is not an easy thing to do especially if you have a heavy mattress. Overall, the good far outweigh the bad and I do love my new bed!

We bought this bed for our newly renovated bedroom a good 2months ago. Its never easy buying online, you never know what your gunna get, but this bed does not disappoint!! It is solidy build, and the underbed storage is massively helpful!! I like that the storage has actual solid boards in the bottom, so the storage space is actually really useful. There is also air holes in the top board which your mattress goes on so the stuff stored can breathe. Love the colour as well and the headboard. It took one of us 2 hours to put up single handedly. This bed is of very good quality and the headboard is very comfortable when sitting up. I also like the height of the bed, easy to get in and out of. The remote that operates the lift and lower for the ottoman section, is a great advantage, especially for anyone who has any disability . Perfect for our needs. Having the ability to use the electronics to raise the bed to firstly store then access bed linen is marvellous. After going into Dreams a number of times and changing my mind over which bed and driving the sales man mad, of which nothing was too much trouble for the Leicester branch, they were absolutely lovely especially Nils, I decided on this bed always wanted to have an ottoman where I could store so much, was concerned I would not be able to lift it up but its a great bed and I can lift it ok and storage is fantastic. Bought the bed a few weeks ago, it was delivered quickly about two weeks later. The delivery team were great, they took all the packages up to the bedroom. My wife and I assembled the bed in about an hour. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We are very pleased with the quality, the material is nice and the frame seems very rigid. One of the benefits of this bed is that it has a base, so it sits above the floor and the ottoman section is self contained. The lifting mechanism is weighted just right to enable easy opening and closing.

The bed itself is nice. However I ordered a woven one and was given a suede one. But ofa problem organising delivery as the store said they would do it but hadn't so came later than it shoukd have. We opted for the bed to be made by the Dreams team. All went OK however the the bad eof the bed is misaligned and doesn't fit straight across the top and bottom. We did advise the person who built it but he said it should settle in a week, which it hasn't and I think was just a tactic to not deal with it. Shame as I think it would have been a good bed.

we were considering a small double bed to give us more space in our new home. When delivered it did take some time to assemble but that was to its credit as it is a really substantial & sturdy base. We went for a high spec mattress with a topper.. Purchased this bedframe from Dreams after seeing it in store. Decided to assemble it myself - it was much easier than I had expected, with clear instructions. However there was one challenge in fixing the mattress base board to the side rails at the headend - very tight space to be able to fix in the screws (if this small aspect could be improved, I would recommend reviewing the design of this). Otherwise this product is a really solid, quality bed frame that you can put together smoothly (if you want to). Very happy with this purchase.

This bed really looks the part and has storage which is great. Where it fails is due to the lack of slats. I never realised just how much difference they made to the comfort of a mattress and it really makes sleeping a less enjoyable experience, no matter how good your mattress may be. It's going to be a long time of disappointment given a bed is such a large purchase, I'm not looking to recycle it and change already after the time spent putting it together - it isn't completely dreadful and I sleep okay, I just know it could be better.

We were looking for a sturdy ottoman for our spare room, and found this one online. It arrived and is seriously sturdy, with an amazing amount of space underneath! The material feels nice and is a good neutral grey colour (and is not shiney material- something we were worried about!) As usual, service from dreams has been outstanding, including the delivery service where they took their shoes off before coming into the house and gave us a very accurate two hour window in which to expect them. My dad as Alzheimers & his old bed was done. After a fall, it came apparent that he had limited space in the room, so thought wed down grade to a small double from a king size. It is just the right size with adequate storage underneath. The only down size is that the head board part being low will only go back so far due to the skirting board so he has slightly less room to get around at the bottom of the bed. But overall the bed frame & new mattress is really comfortable and my dad had been getting a good night sleep.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and got it delivered in only 7 days! Assembly was fairly fast, taking only 90 minutes, with two of us. Instructions straight forward, however, once you are told to place the metal bars up, they will feel quite stiff and so we thought there was something wrong with it but once you put on the rest of the pieces and the mattress, it does become easier to put up and down. I got the small double which is very spacious for one person. One down side I would say, is that its quite pricey but its worth it.

The bed comes packed in four boxes so definitely should fit though any door in any household. When putting together apply common sense because manual says to put it together in a bit strange way, it took me around two hours to put it together on my own. The quality I would say is ok, both my wife and like it. Only time will tell how good this bed is. Took one star off because of the manual and overall value, the manual definitely could be put together better, and in terms of the bed for what it is I think its a bit expensive.

We're not DIY specialists so was a little worried setting the bed up. Between the 2 of us, and an electric drill with the correct hex key (would've taken a whole day with the supplied key) , we had it set up in an hour and half. (I'm sure experts would've done it in less). Overall, really happy and relatively simple to set up. Great space to store under the bed. Probably would've gone electric version if we were in our 70s+. Bought this bed for my daughter's bedroom, with a view to using the storage for towels, bedding etc. Arrived on time...the delivery guys were very polite and took their shoes off once inside. It took about an hour and a half from start to finish, to assemble the bed. It was a tad fiddly at times but not rocket science. I bought 2 of these for my teenage daughters and they absolutely love them. The bed frames look fantastic and feel solid & robust. Good quality and have loads of storage space as well. Although a bit heavy, lifting the base to the storage area is easy enough. Really pleased with this bed. We purchased the grey version and love the colour. If you choose to build it yourself itll take about an hour. We had a couple of issues. Firstly, having built the bed, it didn't lift perfectly until we loosened the bolts and squared up again. Secondly we had a piston (lifts bed) that had an end which was slightly twisted so wouldnt line up with bolt. However a screwdriver allowed us to leaver it into shape. Sounds dramatic but wasn't difficult to fix. Overall we love our bed. Thank you Dreams.

Great bed, better than expected. Lifts easy, unless youre frail or have disabilities you dont need the electric lift. Paid extra for assembly, done quickly with no fuss and all packing removed. Dreams even price matched themselves when I asked and refunded me 80. Wasnt sure about the black headboard on ordering but limited choice in fake leather and upholstery wasnt an option for where its used, but now up and used the black looks smart suits all decor. Pleased I didnt go for the cheaper types found elsewhere.

I am a first time home-owner and this is the first bed I've ever purchased. I bought it online so was really nervous about the quality, but I need not have worried! I bought this bed about 3 weeks ago and its been great. It has a lovely finish to it, and the material is nice and soft. Building it was easy enough but there was a slight problem fitting the raising mechanism and I had to loosen some screws which werent specified to make it fit, but tightened them back up again after. I bought this as the new bed for my wife to be. I needed a bed with a high head board as she likes to read in bed. This didnt disappoint! When delivered, the lads said to take my time with the assembly as it can be tricky but I have to say it's the easiest bed I've put together. Great quality ottoman but it's quite stiff and heavy at first. Takes a bit of strength to close it for the first time but it will eventually ease off and is now very easy to use. Needed a new bed for shipping to the Caribbean. This bed was perfect with plenty of storage for storing stuff when the house is vacant. It says requires two people to put together in 1.5 hours but can easily be done by one person (if you have the time). Im a 66 year old female but with a lot of sweating (in the Caribbean) and swearing (so many screws and bit and bobs) I managed to put it together by myself although it did a a good part of the day. However, it was worth it cos I had a good nights sleep.

Delivery was simple and quick. Was simple to to put together but would recommend an electric screw driver. When we put the mattress base on, it didn't sit right when closed, but if you tweak the screws and tighten and loosen then a little then you can get the right fit. It is is sturdy, looks great, good quality and comfortable headboard. Initially when you open the ottoman for the first time its a little tough, but once you've opened it a few times then becomes much better. Very happy with the product.

Purchased a double for my guest (not very big) bedroom so a compact footprint was needed. Well finished, solid build and fantastic storage. Very pleased with the solid storage base missing on many cheaper models. Chose manual option and a breeze to lift. Only small issue was lifting handle position jutted into bottom of a standard sized double mattress. I bought this bed in a super king size with a manual ottoman for the master bedroom and it's perfect for a tall couple with enough room for the toddlers to snuggle up for some family time. It is one of the very few beds available with a solid base and storage and at sale price it is definitely good value for money. The storage space is good and helps keeps things neat and tidy. The ottoman lift was too tight in the beginning but did loosen up with use and I can now handle it without the hubby's help.

We bought this about a month ago now and it's held up well. The black faux leather hides any small blemishes/scratches that it does get and whilst the manual ottoman lifting/lowering is a bit stiff if you're a bit shorter or weaker, you do get used to it. Has given us loads of storage space. :) We had the staff build it for us after reading a few of the reviews and they built it in just 12 minutes!! I'm fairly certain it would have taken us much longer so we're glad we chose that option.

Whilst the delivery of was delayed by 3 weeks, it has been great since, the instialtion was simple, easy and quick with no mess left behind. The bed has been great to sleep on with a notable difference in aches and pains reducing from the old mattress, the pillow keeps lovely and cold making it easier to sleep, and the best seems to retain heat meaning it's not cold to get into Overall I would recommend. Dimensions of the under space were a little off, but still a great amount of storage.

I bought this bed a month ago for my 18 year old daughter as she was having a complete bedroom makeover. Its beautiful! It looks great in the room, very modern but that doesnt take away from the quality. Its very sturdy, I wasnt sure about having an electric Ottoman as I thought there would be too much to wrong but I have been proved wrong. I went to the store to view another bedframe I had seen online, but decided I preferred this one. The fabric is soft to touch and I love the high headboard. The ottoman feature is great. I can fit so much storage inside and unlike other frames it has solid boards so heavier items can be stored. Also the bed is slightly raised which means when changing the bed sheet I can get my feet under the bed. Other frames are directly on the floor and you can stub your toes if you aren't concentrating!

I ordered this bed because in most ottoman beds it's just a fabric netting inside the bed, but with this bed it is a solid piece of wood that let's you store heavier items underneath, I got the manual lifting system and it's so easy to pull up even when your bed is completely made up, I ordered the the service of having it made up for me, the men who did this were in and out within a hour, and both of them was so polite, I am really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

It's my 10th night sleeping in bed and absolutely love it. I bought super king size and there is significant difference in size compared to my old King size. Furthermore the bed feels sturdy eg when sitting up in bed the headboard doesn't move and the ottoman function works great. I have all my summer clothes in the storage below. Instructions are simple and although I did one step wrong and found out 5 Steps later it was due to me not reading properly. Overall really glad I bought it.

Bought this roughly 2 weeks ago, I love the fact that it is a leather headboard as it much easier to clean than fabric & the storage space underneath the bed is massive, perfect for all my shoes. My only concern is that the bed moves VERY easily, this is good when you want to clean but this can inconvenient when you just want the bed to stay in one place rather than sliding across the floor. This can be irritating as I have recently got new flooring installed & dont want any scratches

I bought this for my daughter and her and I both love it! It looks lovely in her room (and not too much like office furniture like some of the darker greys) and the storage for sore bedding under the is a lifesaver in her smallish room. Super happy I purchased it and also that I paid the extra to have it put together in my house as I sure wouldnt have been able to do it myself! This also helped as part arrived damaged but dreams came back 2 weeks later and replaced the damaged parts.

Absolutely love this bed! Looks lovely and stylish in the grey fabric. Assembly was easy although took a little longer as I started to assemble on my own before I got in some help with the heavier parts. One tip is once assembled the instructions tell you to lower the ottoman bed down before placing the mattress on, this did not work for me and it seemed the pistons were stuck. Once I placed the mattress on the frame the bed lowered very easily. I would definitely recommend this bed!

I bought this bed for a flat I rent out. The bed frame was a nice modern shape and neater as it had no footboard. The storage facility will be very useful in a small flat, and there is a lot of room in the enclosed storage area. I have not slept in the bed, but the solid frame did seem to make the mattress rather firm, and I would have preferred a sprung base unit. A few minor scrapes on bed frame that I noticed after the Dreams delivery men had finished the assembly and left.

Hi there, I love the bed, it is very sturdy and supportive, good size fits nicely in a small room. Smooth to touch making it wipe able this hygienic. The only nag is when you lift it and push back down it moves to the side so you need to make sure it's down slowly and lined up square with the base otherwise the metal from the frame can dig into the side and punchure the material on the bed as it's soft.. which has sadly happened to mine. Now I have a little rip in the side.

We bought this bed for our spare room, specifically for the storage space. It was easy to assemble, looks great and appears to be of solid build. The storage space of really helpful and so easy to get to, even with a heavy memory foam mattress on top. Only word of caution is the very strong smell after removing the packaging. The bed has been in place for almost 2 weeks and the smell is still evident - I wouldn't want to sleep on the bed until the smell has reduced.

We've had this bed just over three weeks and it has proved to be a good purchase. It's very comfortable and just the right height with my restricted mobility. Storage space is more than adequate and there is one minor change I would suggest - make the mattress base lifting handle retractable so it's easier to tuck the sheet under the mattress.
