I would not give this mattress any stars but the option is not given, we selected this mattress after using the sleep match machine which in Dreams own words (It's a super smart bit of wizardry that chooses the right mattress just for you and the way you sleep. ) this is the most uncomfortable hardest mattress I have ever had I explained to the sales advisor that I suffer with neck and spine problems and could not sleep on a hard mattress she said that the machine recommended a medium mattress we stupidly put our trust in this marvellous machines hands the sales advisor showed us various mattresses from the list that the machine had recommended we chose this mattress and was assured not to worry as we had the 40 days returns policy at no point was it explained that we would have to sleep on the mattress for 30 nights before it could be returned and loose the difference in money if you chose a cheaper mattress. Two days after receiving the new mattress we returned to the store saying I cannot sleep as the mattress is so hard my pressure points are numb and I have pins and needles we were told that the problem is out of there hands and I would need to contact customer services after finally getting through to customer services I was told that they would prefer us to sleep on the mattress for 30 nights to enable the springs to settle down I said when I tried the mattress in the store nobody told us to expect such a difference between the stores mattress and the one we would receive also on our second visit to the store my husband noticed that we had in fact been sold a firm mattress as I am so upset with the service we have received I asked for my money to be refunded I was told this would not happen I would need to choose another mattress and either pay the difference if it was more expensive or loose the money if it was cheaper and also pay for the delivery Please ensure when buying a mattress from Dreams you read all of the small print that you are given once you have made your purchase and also read the reviews on the website as you will see other people have had the same experience as myself, do use the Sleep Match machine as another sales advisor on our second visit to the store said how can a machine tell you what mattress you need I have been selling mattresses for years and do not go by what the machine says.

After 10 years with our old OTTY mattress, it was definitely time for a change. Amazing mattress that i didn't realise how much i needed! I had been having a bad back with our old mattress for several months but as it was only 4 years old i put off getting a new one. The back pain got to much so i figured that not only did i have to bite the bullet but i also needed to get it right this time, hence going to Dreams. We were helped by a very professional and friendly gentleman who showed us the Dreams mattress technology which helped us pick a mattress that i would have never though of myself, as I've always chosen a hard mattress. The gentleman explained how the mattress should be supporting my back and gave us plenty of possible mattresses to try out. Not only did we pick a mattress but we also picked pillows which to my surprise has been the best pillow i have ever had, I'm very fussy when it comes to pillows and in the past i have found that not only does it take me weeks to adapt to a new one but it also will only last me a few months as they don't support my neck properly or become lumpy and my poor husband ends up inheriting it! Since receiving my wonderful Dreams mattress and pillow i have slept better than a baby, i cant wait to go to bed and hate having to get up! Also im happy to report no more bad back!!

An absolute game changer!!! So glad I invested in this mattress topper. I didn't want it for its cooling effect. I wanted to improve my sleeping comfort and be sure I was supporting all the main pressure points when I sleep.. iv been having problems with nerve pain down my left leg and I'm a back sleeper so found in a morning before I got my topper my back was particularly bad when I first got up..In less than a week of having this topper on my mattress I am "Pain free!!" Its like a miracle...its because it's totally contouring my lower back and supporting it...I would 100% recommend this Topper. Plus The salesman at the Chesterfield branch was AMAZING...So helpful I tried before I bought I had all the different options of toppers explained to me and so realised this was absolute the one for me. No pressure sales I was very happy indeed with the customer service of Drew a real knowledgeable salesman. Thank you. ??

We purchased a king size divan base and attachable headboard in store and, in summary, the store experience, the product, and the delivery process and all of the related pre delivery information have been excellent ... with just one niggle resulting in a less than 5 star review. This relates to the matching attachable headboard which also looks great and is excellent quality like the divan Ottoman base. That said, despite the delivery guys, who assembled everything, chocking the headboard as far from base as they could, the headboard still sits over the top of the base by about an inch. This results in the king sized mattress (that should fit perfectly) being pushed an inch down the base and hence results in the mattress overhanging the bottom of the divan base by just over an inch. It's not end of the world stuff but seems a pretty basic design flaw and, in our mind, results in the made up bed looking just that bit odd due to this small overhang.

What can I say? I've had it for 5 weeks now and it's probably the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in my 80 years. My wife and I loved it from day 1. The heat dissipation tech seems to work well and it moulds to your body and just feels like floating on air. I can honestly say that we've had some of the best night's sleep in ages. It is a 'high tech' item and as such there are a few conditions that have to be adhered to in order to keep it in good condition AND to comply with the guarantee. Here are a few of the dos and don'ts: The mattress must be turned head to toe ( NOT flipped over ) every week for the first six months to condition the gel and foam layers. It's recommended monthly after that. It must not be bent or folded as this can damage the gel layer. NO electric blankets or hot water bottles, again to protect the gel layer, and avoid standing on the mattress or sitting on the edge for prolonged periods. A mattress protector is also recommended but essential if you want to take advantage of the 40 day return option. If you are all right with these conditions ( and we haven't found them to be a problem ) then I would thoroughly recommend the iGel 3000i mattress ( medium ). It really is comfortable and just like floating on air. Finally, the smell. When first delivered, the mattress has a slight chemically smell, for want of a better description. Some reviewers have found this to be a problem but honestly, for the first few days, just keep the covers pulled back during the day and the smell quickly dissipates. This is common to all gel/foam mattresses from any company and is just a result of the manufacturing process.

Prior to my purchase, I was experiencing cold sweats at night which has also ceased. The mattress is a deep mattress which is preferred so I sit onto it not down to it. It's a mid-firm mattress which will be used more often than not. I was given informative ideas on how to look after my lovely mattress which is helpful. There are a few options to choose from. I was able to take advantage of the Sale prices which I waited for and I was able to access the monthly payments options which made it affordable. There a few to choose from. I'm pleased with my choice and highly recommend the iGel mattresses.

This is the second time I've used Bensons for Beds and I wasn't disappointed. I went to the Leicester Branch at Fosse Park, and I didn't feel pressurised by the staff who helped, and guided me through the range of mattresses that met my needs. In the end I opted for the iGel 3000 mattress. It arrived a week after ordering during the time slot I was informed of. Initially it was firmer than I remembered in the shop but was informed it would soften very quickly, which it did after a day or 2. The mattress is now very comfortable, supportive and I'm getting a good night sleep. As claimed it also regulates my body heat during the night. The guarantee recommends buying the iGel Mattress protector, which I did to keep it in good condition. The protector is good and grips around the mattress very well and is fit for purpose, however, my problem with it is it seems to make you warmer during the night (I've tried the mattress with and without it) because of the PU coating on the reverse side o

We recently purchased the iGel NanoTech 4000i Plushtop Mattress, and after spending some nights on it, I can confidently say it has transformed my sleep quality.
