Firstly, I cannot fault the help and assistance provided at the showroom. I tested a whole list of mattresses. I settled on this one due to its cooling properties and softness. Although the high tech machine recommended a medium mattress I have been used to a very soft mattress. This one is medium but feels soft until you lie on it. Every morning I wake up with lower back pain and stiff legs. When I sit on the edge of the bed I slide off. Also you cannot sleep near the edge making the mattress feel like a double rather than a king size. It is an expensive mattress for the quality. The softer mattresses are much pricier and I will have to pay to swap. So all in all I am extremely disappointed. There are plenty of good quality mattresses at much cheaper prices on the market that provide edge to edge support and pillow top but as I cannot get a refund I will have to buy a very expensive mattress to get anywhere near that. I wont make that mistake again.

We knew we needed a new mattress when we went on holiday & slept better there than we did at home! Within days of coming home we decided a trip to Dreams was in order & we were so glad we went. The service & advice was second to none & after trying out the in-store Sleepmaster system we decided a king-size medium firmness was best for us. It's surprising how you just know when you lie on a mattress how it's likely to suit you. Felt a bit like Goldilocks keep saying some didn't feel comfortable even though we knew the quality was good! Then if I found one that suited me then it didn't suit my husband. Was bliss when we both tried the TheraPur ActiGel & both thought it was just perfect. I have to say it was a refreshing change to have sales people who were helpful & knowledgeable about the products but weren't pushy. From bed testing to ordering to delivery the whole process was spot on.

This is the most comfortable mattress for daily use. My sleep has significantly improved. I fall asleep faster because of how comfortable this is. I actually struggle to get out of bed now as the mattress is so comfortable. It is perfect for me. The price for this amazing quality was so affordable and worth it that I will only buy mattresses from dreams. The service is outstanding as the staff are so helpful and quickly and carefully placed the mattress in my desired bedroom despite this being up a flight of stairs. I recommend this mattress for anyone who like the feel to feel like theyre sleeping On a bouncy castle. The springs are not irritating at all as this has a complete flat surface which I was looking for

Visited Dreams Clydebank store, very helpful and informative staff, after trying out their Sleepmatch system I purchased a Therapur Acti/Gel mattress, unfortunately Dreams don't deliver to my area, this I knew as I had purchased a bed from them previously. Delivery was agreed to a second property, on the date and within the allotted time frame. Delivery guys were great, polite and considerate, had to carry the mattress up 3 flights of stairs and were concerned when I asked them to place it on top of a bed which had a white bedspread on it in case it got dirty from the polythene wrapping. The mattress is of excellent quality and so comfortable, sleeping like a baby, wish i had bought it sooner.

Bought this mattress after visiting our local store. Customer service in stored outstanding along with main customer service centre when I needed to contact them. The mattress arrived on Friday 7th August excellent delivery and communication throughout although by Sunday night we noticed a fair size dip on the one side of the mattress with the lying underneath bunching up causing a ridge. Took photos, rang customer service and emailed them through. Return call to say replacement in place with pick up and delivery details. Can't fault the staff just disappointed however fingers crossed it's a fault that won't happen with the replacement.

Therapur does it again! Having been well served by this brand in the past, I knew exactly what to do when I was suffering from terrible insomnia. In the two weeks that I have been in possession of this lovely mattress, I am sleeping for longer. Sleep comes naturally to me even in this short space of time, and my temperature is much better regulated. In fact, I am dreading going back to work next week as I have become accustomed to sneaky afternoon naps. Its too tempting! As someone who has suffered from chronic insomnia for years, I am stunned at the rapid improvement in sleep quality. 2020 is finally good for something!

Had this mattress a week now and absolutely love it. I did initially try the Arctic 800 in a medium support but changed to the Arctic 1600 firm support. This was a little extra cost but well worth it! The 1600 has more springs and an extra top layer which gives excellent support, no rolling or dippingthe gel layer keeps you cool & gently shapes to the body without that heavy sinking feeling you get with memory foam. Overall really thrilled with the excellent construction & great quality of this mattress!

We bought this mattress when buying a new bed. We weren't sure about the whole thing matching thing in the store but went along with it anyway. Have to say this mattress is just perfect. I have had lower back problems, particularly on my left side for years and I can honestly say its so much better since sleeping on this. I can't say, like many others that I have slept soundly every night, but that's not because of mattress..thats just me! Husband very happy also that its been money well spent

We used the machine in store to find out what type of mattress we should buy and it recommended "firm" which didn't surprise us. However, after trying all of the firm mattresses we couldn't find one we both liked so out of curiousity decided to try a few mediums. As soon as we tried this one we knew it was the right one and actually feels firmer than some of the firm ones we tried. It did take my back a week or two to get used to this mattress but we persevered with it and now it's perfect.

Both my wife and I were convinced that we liked different firmness of mattresses, after having used the Dreams mattress machine, we found that we liked the same mattress. This turned out to be the TheraPur ActiGel Arctic 800 Mattress, despite my view of more pocket springs the better. We used to get up in the morning with lower back pain and so we went to Dreams store to find a perfect suitable mattress. After we saw the Sleepmatch statistics we understood that we are using a wrong firm mattress and so the back pain. The TheraPur Actigel Arctic 800 Mattress is awesome. We bought it during Christmas time and been so anxious for we might end up buying a wrong matrress, but we re was so glad that I did choose this Theraputic Actigel Harmonic 800 mattress, for the the relaxing comfort it provide even at first use, you can easily roll from one side to side without compromising your partner no movement can be felt. and most of all it mintaines the temperature after all nigth use and it seems that a mattress has its own climate control.
