This is a really comfortable, good quality mattress. When it arrived (in an amazingly small box), the mattress was well wrapped up in plastic and there was a little tool to slice the plastic open without slicing the mattress, plus instructions for the mattress. It was simple and straightforward and the mattress was ready to sleep on in just an hour or so. There was no obvious chemical smell, just a slight whiff if I put my nose right on it as soon as it came out of the wrapping. I haven't been bothered by any smell when sleeping on it. I bought it as an urgent need because the old one was giving me back pain. After two nights on this mattress, the pain was gone and i've had a couple of weeks of very comfortable nights with much better sleep so far. The only thing i'm not so pleased with is the edges squish down when you sit on them. I guess they have to in order to fit inside the small box but I prefer the edge of a mattress to keep its shape when I sit on it. It's not a major problem as I sleep alone but if I shared it and had to sleep near the edge, i'd feel as if I was going to roll out of bed. I'd want a king size if I was to share it. I will also get a mattress topper just to increase the comfort factor even more (and to fulfil the conditions of the guarantee). Overall, I am very happy with this mattress, it's great to feel comfortable and well supported. With the discount, it's amazing quality for the price. So glad I bought it; my back thanks me every morning.

Easy to manoeuvre on delivery being vacuum packed and boxed. Ordered two mattresses for children moving from cot beds to single beds. Had them out of the packaging for about 6/7 hours before first use which seemed ample. Both kids slept well and said they were comfortable to sleep on. We lay on them after unpacking and they were very comfortable and stable. They feel like they offer the support from the traditional pocket sprung aspect but have the extra comfort with the thin memory foam top without being too thick to get that sinking feeling when youre on thicker foam. Based on experience so far would definitely recommend them for the price. We were hesitant as wanted good mattresses for our children so were originally thinking of going for one of the more major brands. So glad we didnt though, we went based on the amount of such good reviews and these have offered such good value

Based on the product description and reviews I was expecting a softer mattress than I got. It does have a softness as you sit or initially lie on the mattress, but it soon gives way to a more solid firmer feel, which while supportive isn't quite the sleep on clouds feeling I was expecting. It is a supportive and comfortable mattress and excellent value for money. I don't feel the springs under me as I sleep though you can feel them along the side edging, this mattress does not have reinforced edge foam along it, which I wasn't expecting anyway. When you're laying down the feeling is more medium to medium firm to my 12 stone body anyway. I've decided to keep it and I would recommend it overall. For the price paid I think you can do alot worse. Time will tell how it holds up.

I bought 2 of these for a 16 year old and a 19 year old and they love them, I normally only buy silent night but the reviews were great so I risked it. I thought there cheap enough to try, well the risk paid off. You won't find better for that price range. Infact you can probably spend double on a silent night and it will still be inferior. I've just ordered a third for my 5 year old his mattress doesn't really need changing but for that price I thought i'd upgrade the little one as well. I hope that sleepsoul keep doing a great job and making top quality affordable mattresses because they're great and i'll be picking a king size up for the wife and myself when ours needs replacing.

Absolutely brilliant mattress. I was really worried about not being able to test it due to ordering it online rather than in a store but was reassured by the trial period offered. I've struggled with neck and back problems for years since my memory foam developed a large dip and this mattress has fixed all of that. It manages to be firm enough to provide support but soft enough to feel cosy. It's the best one I've ever bought and highly recommended it to other super fussy people like myself!!! It is VERY HEAVY so you'll need help turning it at the 6month rotation mark, then again I weigh 120lb and managed to unroll it upside down (!!!) so you might be ok!

after using the Simba Sleep Mattress for a while now, I can say I am thoroughly impressed with the Luxe Hybrid Mattress, I looked around for a while for a new mattress and decided on Simba because of the myriad of technologies they include in their hybrid mattresses, not to mention their recycling and carbon neutral credentials. This is the first time I've had a mattress which uses both springs and their version of memory foam which they call Simbatex foam. This Hybrid format is the perfect mix of comfort and stability. I do have back pain problems and this bed really helps that, I wake up and have no back pain whatsoever, it's a noticeable improvement. The Mattress is quite tall, but that's because of all the different layers contained within the mattress. It is meant to be Medium to Firm when it comes to its firmness level, which I agree with, I normally like the mattress to be on the firm side, but it looks to me that the springs provide the best support no matter which position you sleep in, yet the Simbatex Foam, the breathable Zip Off Cover and the Mattress Protector (both of which you are able to throw in the washing Machine) all add up to a very comfortable sleeping experience. I had a very positive experience with Simba Sleep, from the start of ordering the mattress, having it delivered in a small box, and then opening it up, letting it take shape on the bed frame, and within hours I had a bed ready to sleep in. Having trouble during 5 year with same mattress is hurting our back, we went purchase another mattress from online with high great review turn out wasn't very comfort to sleep, we got 3day day returned policy left we had to act quick to find another mattress, Heard and seen about this simba mattress through family said they have the same then they love the mattress, price wise cost alots so we decide to give it a try purchase and if it didn't suit us we can return it back before 200 night. After we paid for it we got it very quickly delivery same day the other mattress just in time returned back before deadline returned policy otherwise we be sleep on the floor! Shortly after purchase to over two week we slept like on the cloud! It's super comfort! We had a sore sciatica from old mattress and after new simba mattress we never felt any sore sciatica again! My wife have a really sore back for many years with tried many different mattress, she have been grumpy and moan about her back. Lately I didn't hear her moan or grumpy again! We hope this will continue sleep comfort on the simba bed on long term! It's definitely worth it! Only thing we got bugger is we purchase several day before the Halloween promote deal! But good thing is simba you buy a mattress it's come with worth £800 free pillow, mattress topping and duvet! The topping is very comfort and soft, something felt warm to sleep on it. Perfect fit the king mattress. Everyone have different back problem but I am a chef working long hours with over 24k stepping/climbing and lifting heavy on top with sleeping on old mattress was very miserable after getting out of bed to work. But after couple week with new simba I got out of bed with no pain in back and walk to work like I had a great sleep!
