This is a really comfortable, good quality mattress. When it arrived (in an amazingly small box), the mattress was well wrapped up in plastic and there was a little tool to slice the plastic open without slicing the mattress, plus instructions for the mattress. It was simple and straightforward and the mattress was ready to sleep on in just an hour or so. There was no obvious chemical smell, just a slight whiff if I put my nose right on it as soon as it came out of the wrapping. I haven't been bothered by any smell when sleeping on it. I bought it as an urgent need because the old one was giving me back pain. After two nights on this mattress, the pain was gone and i've had a couple of weeks of very comfortable nights with much better sleep so far. The only thing i'm not so pleased with is the edges squish down when you sit on them. I guess they have to in order to fit inside the small box but I prefer the edge of a mattress to keep its shape when I sit on it. It's not a major problem as I sleep alone but if I shared it and had to sleep near the edge, i'd feel as if I was going to roll out of bed. I'd want a king size if I was to share it. I will also get a mattress topper just to increase the comfort factor even more (and to fulfil the conditions of the guarantee). Overall, I am very happy with this mattress, it's great to feel comfortable and well supported. With the discount, it's amazing quality for the price. So glad I bought it; my back thanks me every morning.

Good Points: It's the first new mattress I have had in years and its quite a difference but theres lots I like about the change: - The mattress is very supportive of my body, I'm 5'11 and weigh nearly 100kg's, support matters! - It feels stable and doesn't make me roll to any low spots - The mattress is far lighter than I anticipated so rotation by myself is really easy, especially with the handles - It keeps me warmer which during the late heat was a bit of an issue but I think I'll appreciate it during the winter - It arrived rolled and it was easy to remove and set up in no time Improvement Points: There are a couple of things but these are very minor, and they are just my views: - The handles, despite the low overall mattress weight dont feel very sturdy and I worry I'll rip them clean off - The measurements indicate the mattress depth, and was made very clear on the website, but depite my measurements it was still a shock to see such a deep mattress having been used to very thin one for years - I think I remember seeing it mentioned as being on the firmer side of things but compared to my previous mattress this is much softer (not necessarily a bad thing, just didnt expect it is all) Thats it really. As you can see the negatives for me are very minor and I would overall highly recommend the product.

The product itself is as expected, it was delivered vacuum packed in a box as tall as the mattress is wide and rolled up, so it doesn't take up too much space and is just small enough for the average male to handle. It is of cause a bit on the heavy side so probably be a good idea to get help if moving up stairs but is easy enough to slide up the stairs on its side. The box contains the mattress along with a handy safety knife to open the vacuum sealed bag and some documents. After removing the mattress from the box take care with the unrolling as it is a bit weighty and king of suddenly springs/flops the last 2 or 3 foot so have no breakables near the end if unrolling on the bead frame. When cutting the plastic try not to cut a large hole, doing this will allow the air to gradually enter the mattress and the mattress will safely spring back to it intended shape, then you can remove the plastic with the provided safety knife. The mattress boasts a 1000 pocket springs topped with memory foam so no need for a mattress topper as there's plenty of padding on top of the springs. I found the medium firmness of the mattress to be just right for me and after having the mattress for a month now I can confirm that I sleep better. The price was very competitive the quality it right for the price but the delivery let down experience a bit, the guy was unbelievably miserable didn't say a word to me, didn't smile (giving off couldn't care any less vibes) attitude was disgusting.

Improvement Points: I ordered the 120cm wide 'small double' mattress. Once unwrapped, it was clearly far too wide and would not fit on my bed frame, being around 125 cm wide. I know that foam mattresses take a while to regain their proper shape, however this has not been as quick as anticipated. As a the spare bed mattress, it has slowly change shape, and after about 4 weeks of resting and not being slept on, it is now about 122cm wide. It just about fits onto the frame.

Good Points: In the first year or so resonably comfortable but then it goes wrong... Improvement Points: After about 2 years the mattress has developed 2 distinct dips, about 3cm deep (after ~4 hours after getting about of bed. They are worse first thing) so at night you keep rolling back into them. I'm told : 'Over a period of time the body will create a natural impression on the mattress. This is known as settlement and is perfectly normal.' I dont beleive a dip that is deep enough to affect your sleeping position is normal and i didn't have this in a previous memory foam mattress. We only changed as we went up in bed size. So after 2 years use of a mattress that has a 10 year warranty I am having to buy a new one as this is unbearable to sleep on. Spend a bit more and get something better with reviews after a few years, not a few days.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it’s been amazing so far, the pocket springs combined with the memory foam pillow top makes this bed very comfy and a dream to sleep on! Far better than my old simba hybrid mattress as that one was all memory foam, Good pocket springs from a reputable company like silent night are the way to go! And the fact this bed has a pillow top to make it that lil bit comfier is great, the pillow top is lowkey essential.. The bed come a bit firmer than I’d have liked took 3 nights to break it in, then it was perfect and it’s been very comfy ever since! I didn’t see this bed in store as it’s online only but I’m so glad I went with this one absolute dream! Only negative I do have is the fact it took 2-3 weeks to arrive which meant I had to sleep on my neighbours 10 year old mattress while I waited for it to come, defo worth it though. Positives • Very comfortable • Pocket springs provide adequate support without reducing any comfort • It looks like a well built mattress that will last a long time • 8 year guarantee for a extra fee but wasn’t too expensive for the peace of mind provided • Look for excuses to get to bed earlier now • Perfect size (little bit smaller than my simba double but works well with my bed frame) • Good height mattress! • Mirapocket zoned springs are a great help to provide support & comfort Negatives • Took what felt like a month for the item to arrive • Can’t see the item in any store in the Uk for some reason it’s online only which is annoying • No handles on the sides so turning the bed round is a ball ache!! Overall I’d give it 5 stars so far I may do another review 6 months in and let you all know how I get on with it as I’m aware mattresses can change from 2 weeks - 6 months hopefully this one stays comfortable and supportive it looks well built so I’ve got a feeling this will be the case.. Good Points: This is a REALLY firm mattress, like sleeping on a floor. That is just what I wanted. I have a genetic condition called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which means my skeleton is not held in place properly due to my connective tissue being 'floppy'. This is the best mattress I have ever owned (far better than 'luxury' brands costing upwards of £1,000) and supports my skeleton perfectly. At last, I can have a comfortable night's sleep and not wake up with dislocated joints (yes, that does happen) and severe pain all over my body. So, for me, this mattress is heaven itself. However, you have to realise that this is like sleeping on a breeze block for most of your body. If your current mattress is saggy, it is probably because it's old or worn or hasn't been turned properly. Do not buy a 'very firm' mattress to replace it unless you want a really HARD bed! Pretty much any new mattress will be firmer than an old one. This mattress is designed for people who are obese or disabled or have an extremely bad back that is permanent. I would imagine that for other people it would be way too firm. So beware of that before you buy. But if you know you want a very firm mattress, then believe me, you can't do better than this for the price. So long as you rotate it every week initially as recommended (after two months you can rotate it once a month), it does not sag. I have had mine about six weeks now and there is no sag whatsoever. Improvement Points: Why oh why are there no turning handles? Especially when this mattress is for people with bad backs etc? Come on manufacturers, this is so silly - just put handles on the mattress! If you are slim, please read the 'good points' - this mattress will probably leave you covered in bruises as it is so firm, so beware!

We've recently purchased the Silentnight UltraGel Cool-to-Touch 3000 Mattress and have been using it for a week now. Overall we're very happy with it and would recommend it here is our honest review. Good Points: Extremely light, one adult can pick it up for king size. Delivery is on time. Nothing else. Improvement Points: Extremely regrets to purchase it by below reason 1. It is not 'extra firm' as it states from our experience, and my family member got back pain experience next day morning when sleep on it. 2. Extremely light, one adult can easily pick it up alone for king size, not sure the material is strong enough or not inside the mattress. Since my previous mattress of other brand is extremely heavy and even two adult need hard to pick it up 3. If partners sleep and move the body on the mattress, I will feel the mattress is moving so if sleep on it better not move often otherwise partner hard get to sleep. 4. Edge is not strong than center, so even sit on it the edge, it will collapse and not balanced on whole. If sleep on it, it's better don't sleep near the edge, and you will feel it is a little bit collapsed and feel uncomfortable. 5. This mattress not supporting people steps on it from CS reply and it is claims as misuse and no warranty will be provided. Indeed, the mattress is not damage just very soft when step or push it by hands. It will collapsed easily. So, if anyone have the same case with us that have cabinet on top of our bed, than you should consider seriously since you need to step on the mattress for put in or remove things from the cabinet. Its the first time I heard mattress not support people step on it and it will void the warranty. From our previous experience, it is normal usage since mattress should be a strong product. Indeed, the mattress not got any worsen condition when we step on it to test the mattress firm level, it just not feel extra firm and comfortable in our mind. 6. When i ordered the mattress, I did not take any picture, and CS replied that when we placed the order on Oct 2022, it don't provide 60 days trial period. I was very surprised since CS reply trial sleep is new promotion after we placed the order. I did not take any evidence so I can only believe and accept it. 7. CS are not able to provide any help on my purchase. Only said that we misused since it don't support people step on it and it is misused even it is not damaged. After few email conversation, CS replied that we don't have 60 days trial sleeping on the mattress when we placed the order. We are very disappointing on it since we have mentioned our purchase date and provide order no from the beginning of email conversation. 8. Even it is a cheap model , but not actually cheap in the market that can found in other shops with other brands. Next time I will considered more carefully when placing order. 9. For anyone reference, I am around 65 KG and my husband is around 85KG. So we are not heavy weight person in general. 10. Most people give high marks of the mattress quality, only little give low marks. We should believe in low marks person rather than high mark person review and we are regretting on it.

Ordered a different mattress which was clearly not a new mattress, it had felt missing and marks on it, so I made a complaint and was told they would exchange it but when they came to exchange it, they wouldn't because of the marks on the mattress which they were already aware of as I'd sent pictures, then when I contacted the consumers rights website, they said they had to exchange it and they were liable for the delivery charges but they wouldn't pay the delivery and we had to pay another £49 to exchange this damaged item, if you purchase from an online store, the consumer's website states that by law the company are liable for the delivery fees!!! t They wouldn't budge on that but exchanged the mattress, only this time they brought the wrong one being an extra firm mattress when we had ordered and paid for a firm mattress. We contacted Dream's again to explain and was basically told we were stuck with it. I'm a disabled lady and this mattress is absolutely crippling for both me and my partner whom isn't disabled. I would never use Dreams again. The delivery lad's confirmed that half of the mattresses that people are getting have already been previously returned from other customers which would explain why they are all so bad in the first place. A disgrace of a company. I don't expect to purchase a new item that has already been used and sent back god only knows how many times previously? So we're £400 out of pocket and have had to throw this mattress away because I wouldn't give it to my worst enemy because it's so bad! Go and look at the real review websites and not the one's like trust pilot who remove bad reviews or don't let you post them!
