This bed (in the double size) has lived up to my expectations and then some. I opted for the natural colour, as it blends beautifully with my off-white and oak bedroom furniture. The woven textured fabric and colour choice help it fit in perfectly with the overall style of the room. In terms of features, I love the USB-C and USB-A ports located on each side of the headboard, which are perfect for conveniently charging mobile phones. The button-operated mechanism, also positioned on each side of the bed, makes lifting and lowering the ottoman effortless. The electrically operated struts take all the weight, and after approximately one minute, the bed emits a reassuring beep to confirm it is securely locked in place. The built-in LED light bar underneath provides excellent illumination for the storage area, which is impressively spacious. Although the assembly instructions estimate 90–120 minutes for two people, I would say this is slightly optimistic, as it took closer to three hours. That said, the instructions are very clear and easy to follow step by step. Hi I have an adjustable bed. brought my last Tempur mattress designed for adjustable beds about 8 years ago. I was sleeping less than an hour a night for 18 months and even scared to go to bed due to chronic pain. Being disabled you get VAT relief on items to help with your condition. When I purchased my first Tempur mattress I got VAT taken off when I purchased it. Due to not being able to sleep flat from 4 major spine and spinal cord surgeries all leaving me in more pain and worse off from surgery. We could not afford a new Tempur mattress really the only silver lining was we would get the VAT taken off went to same store, we live in same home. Staff said they don’t do it when you purchase in store anymore and it would be down by customer services. I gave them evidence and they sent that off when we brought the new mattress that is specifically designed for adjustable beds. I phoned after delivery to check about how much the payments would be with the VAT removed. But was very unhelpful and said it was a luxury purchase and not due VAT off. I explained that we confirmed before we brought it with the guys in the shop and they said it would be deducted through customer services. The mattress has work wonders and I’m now getting 3 hours sleep a night. Which is nearly four fold. The woman I spoke to probably 2 wks ago said a manager whom could deal with this was going to phone me at some point but still haven’t heard anything. We did everything right to ask and check.

OK, so having broken my back 40 years ago, I’ve spent a fair chunk of my disposable income on different mattresses and beds, latex, pocket sprung, Vi-Spring - you get my drift. Sadly, none of these gave me exactly the correct amount of support in the places where this was crucial to getting a peaceful, restful and refreshing night’s sleep. Fast-forward to our visit to “Dreams” at Plympton. Joy of joys! No pressure, no salesperson hovering over us as we tried to adopt unrealistic “sleeping” poses. Just oodles of time to lie down, turn and try out each mattress (after first addressing our mattress needs using “Dreams” wonderful mattress assessment technology. We spent hours (no really, over 3 hours) testing our final three mattress choices. These were soon whirled down to a leading favourite and a strong contender. After a delicious complimentary cup of excellent coffee, it was back to the rigours if serious testing. This one had everything we wanted: more importantly, despite my best efforts, I couldn’t find a single flaw with this mattress (and I went shopping armed with an extensive “Nit-Pick” list). So there you have it. In my humble opinion, this is probably the world’s best mattress. Expensive? Nothing like the cost of my last mattress which was a Vi-Spring. You’ll spend one-third of your life on a mattress, so don’t skimp on the testing nor the price and buy this mattress - it will be one of the best’ no-risk investments you’ll ever make.

I bought this pillow for myself and it wasn’t the pillow for me even though I tried it in the shop. However, I am happy to say it turned out to be good for my husband who is very happy with it. I tried several pillows in the shop and I thought it would be the best option (medium) as I’ve preferred firmer pillows in the past. When I first went to bed it seemed nice and I like the texture very much and slept well the first night but during subsequent nights it seemed harder and I felt it flattened out too much at the edge under my neck and I needed more neck support as I have a weakness in this area and sometimes my shoulder. In the end I bought a pillow online which is recommended by physios and it’s consistently good for me. However, it is each to his own and my husband is sleeping better with this pillow and he does have a back problem but not similar to mine. I did wonder if I should have tried the soft pillow as in the shop it was very comfortable and more pliable under my neck but at the price I wasn’t prepared to buy another! I think these pillows are so different to traditional pillows that a soft one might feel more like a medium in another type as the filling is so unique and you don’t sink in too much like some memory foam pillows I have experienced. I can’t fault the sales assistant, she was helpful. I like the pillow’s unique texture and wished I had taken more time choosing.

This is a really comfortable, good quality mattress. When it arrived (in an amazingly small box), the mattress was well wrapped up in plastic and there was a little tool to slice the plastic open without slicing the mattress, plus instructions for the mattress. It was simple and straightforward and the mattress was ready to sleep on in just an hour or so. There was no obvious chemical smell, just a slight whiff if I put my nose right on it as soon as it came out of the wrapping. I haven't been bothered by any smell when sleeping on it. I bought it as an urgent need because the old one was giving me back pain. After two nights on this mattress, the pain was gone and i've had a couple of weeks of very comfortable nights with much better sleep so far. The only thing i'm not so pleased with is the edges squish down when you sit on them. I guess they have to in order to fit inside the small box but I prefer the edge of a mattress to keep its shape when I sit on it. It's not a major problem as I sleep alone but if I shared it and had to sleep near the edge, i'd feel as if I was going to roll out of bed. I'd want a king size if I was to share it. I will also get a mattress topper just to increase the comfort factor even more (and to fulfil the conditions of the guarantee). Overall, I am very happy with this mattress, it's great to feel comfortable and well supported. With the discount, it's amazing quality for the price. So glad I bought it; my back thanks me every morning.

Easy to manoeuvre on delivery being vacuum packed and boxed. Ordered two mattresses for children moving from cot beds to single beds. Had them out of the packaging for about 6/7 hours before first use which seemed ample. Both kids slept well and said they were comfortable to sleep on. We lay on them after unpacking and they were very comfortable and stable. They feel like they offer the support from the traditional pocket sprung aspect but have the extra comfort with the thin memory foam top without being too thick to get that sinking feeling when youre on thicker foam. Based on experience so far would definitely recommend them for the price. We were hesitant as wanted good mattresses for our children so were originally thinking of going for one of the more major brands. So glad we didnt though, we went based on the amount of such good reviews and these have offered such good value

Based on the product description and reviews I was expecting a softer mattress than I got. It does have a softness as you sit or initially lie on the mattress, but it soon gives way to a more solid firmer feel, which while supportive isn't quite the sleep on clouds feeling I was expecting. It is a supportive and comfortable mattress and excellent value for money. I don't feel the springs under me as I sleep though you can feel them along the side edging, this mattress does not have reinforced edge foam along it, which I wasn't expecting anyway. When you're laying down the feeling is more medium to medium firm to my 12 stone body anyway. I've decided to keep it and I would recommend it overall. For the price paid I think you can do alot worse. Time will tell how it holds up.

I bought 2 of these for a 16 year old and a 19 year old and they love them, I normally only buy silent night but the reviews were great so I risked it. I thought there cheap enough to try, well the risk paid off. You won't find better for that price range. Infact you can probably spend double on a silent night and it will still be inferior. I've just ordered a third for my 5 year old his mattress doesn't really need changing but for that price I thought i'd upgrade the little one as well. I hope that sleepsoul keep doing a great job and making top quality affordable mattresses because they're great and i'll be picking a king size up for the wife and myself when ours needs replacing.

Absolutely brilliant mattress. I was really worried about not being able to test it due to ordering it online rather than in a store but was reassured by the trial period offered. I've struggled with neck and back problems for years since my memory foam developed a large dip and this mattress has fixed all of that. It manages to be firm enough to provide support but soft enough to feel cosy. It's the best one I've ever bought and highly recommended it to other super fussy people like myself!!! It is VERY HEAVY so you'll need help turning it at the 6month rotation mark, then again I weigh 120lb and managed to unroll it upside down (!!!) so you might be ok!
