Good Points: So comfortably supportive everywhere that I have found it more comfortable without a pillow than any other bed I have had with a pillow. On my old mattress I was spending half the night in so much pain that I couldn't sleep, or waking in the morning hardly able to move and in pain. It's doing me a lot of good sleeping so much better. The way it's rolled into the packaging makes it easy to get through doorways and around corners into the room. The packaging itself is so good that I am intending to reuse it in some way rather than just throw it out. It comes with an additional envelope-style, good quality mattress protector. I can't say about longevity as I have only had it a few weeks. Improvement Points: I absolutely can't fault it. I am incredibly happy that I chose this one after lots of research and unable to shop in person because of lockdown.

After several weeks of use, I can confidently say this mattress has been a good investment, though not without a few issues. When it first arrived, it felt quite firm, almost uncomfortably so. But after about a month, it softened up nicely and now offers excellent support without being too rigid. I wake up without any aches or pains, which is a huge relief. Movement isolation is impressive, there’s no bounce or disturbance when shifting positions, making it ideal for light sleepers. However, there are a few practical drawbacks. The mattress is very deep, which makes finding fitted sheets a bit of a challenge. It also lacks handles, so lifting or rotating it is awkward and heavy work. It's worth noting, if you're using slatted bed base, the slats need to be closely spaced, otherwise, you risk voiding the warranty. Overall, it’s a great choice for comfort and support, but be prepared for a bit of a workout when it comes to changing sheets.

Good Points: It's pleasant to look at and the quality of material is great. it feels fluffy and soft when you lie down on it, if that's what you're after then this ones for you. Improvement Points: I wouldn't say its suitable for back sleepers as it's too soft and it just feels like you're sinking.

We had a king size Hybrid Gel 3000 Mattress mid December 25. Over Christmas I’ve had hip pain so bad I can barely walk and had to take pain killers to ease it. I thought I had something seriously wrong with my hip so slept in the spare bed last night and woke up pain free! My husband had said he’s also been getting hip pain - not as bad as mine, but we’ve concluded we messed up buying this! We laid for some time in the show room at Furniture Village on it and thought it was comfortable, but the reality of overnight is terrible. I’ve read other reviews mentioning hip pain since and it seems a common theme. I would not recommend this mattress.

Only slept on it for a few nights so will give an update after a couple of months. The mattress is not light, the drivers could only drop it at the door due to Covid and it was seriously difficult to move, the mattress is really thick and doesn;t bend so was a nightmare to get upstairs. The mattress is quite a bit firmer than I thought it would be but it is not uncomfortable and I am sure it will loosen up in a few days / weeks. There is no movement when either of us toss or turn in the night. FANTASTIC! It is VERY thick so be sure you have some extra deep fitted sheets to hand, a normal bed sheet won't fit. Also the thickness adds quite a bit of height so if you are short, your legs will dangle over the edge and you have to jump off! The quality is really good and better than previous mattresses I paid a lot more for it feels like a bed you would get in a 5 star hotel. Would defintiely recommend Aspire products.

I've been suffering with a bad back for a few years now, I thought it might be the mattress so I spent £1800 on a new one from a big brand name, my issues continued and I just accepted it as part of getting old. We bought this mattress for our spare room and one night when I was restless and didn't want to wake my wife I decided to sleep in the spare room, the next morning my back pain eased, I used this mattress for another couple of nights and my aches had virtually gone. I couldn't believe it what an amazing product. I then started using the main mattress again and after a few nights my back pain returned, one night on the Aspire mattress and I woke up pain free again. I have since bought another one for the main bedroom and have been back pain free since. The two Aspire mattresses cost about the same as the one big brand mattress, fantastic quality and value literally changed my life. Thank you Aspire.

I ordered a new mattress from Mattress Online and the service was absolutely brilliant! It arrived in less than 24 hours, which was amazing, but unfortunately it just wasn't quite right for me. One quick phone call later and they happily exchanged it under their 60-night guarantee; again delivered in under 24 hours, free of charge. The replacement (an Aspire Pocket+ 1000 Memory Box Top Mattress) is perfect; super comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. I have a constant pain in my back following injury and surgery 7 years ago, but this mattress is fabulous and I'm sleeping so much better already! We bought this mattress after reading medium is better for side sleepers…. Unfortunately the mattress just isn’t for us and have chosen to go back to a firm mattress… this mattress is good quality tho but like I say just didn’t suit our needs.

I exchanged a 5 for a 3 level softness and was recommended this mattress by a mattress online representative. The 3 was supposed to be softer and cooler, but there is no difference! Still very hard and despite purporting to have a built in topper there is no evidence of such. Totally disappointed with a mattress I now need to get rid of and purchase elsewhere!
