Oakland Display Cabinet

Delighted with the cabinet which I'm using in my study as a bookcase. The doos mean I can keep office papers out of sight to prevant the room looking too much like an office. Service from Cotswold was excellent. I ordered wood samples before choosing as I had 3 units in mind, although only 2 samples were available. Delivery men were very good, I paid the extra to have the cabinet unwrapped and packaging taken away. It helped me as I'm on my own, so saved me time and effort.Wouldn't hesitate to use Cotswold again.

We had recently purchased three Oakland sideboards and, because we were so delighted with them, we decided to purchase two display cabinets. Again, we are thrilled with our purchases. The build quality is excellent and the delivery was first class. The items were very well packed and the two delivery men were very competent and professional. We would recommend Cotswold Co furniture without hesitation!

Having moved house and done a fair bit of research on the replacement of our previous dresser we are very pleased with this unit. The quality of build and finish are very good indeed. We were well served in the shop when we chose it and the delivery team worked very well. It was worth the extra charge for them to unpack and take the packaging away.

First cabinet arrived and was badly damaged, but received phone call immediately from Cotswold , (even though it was 7pm) They immediately re-ordered me a duplicate , had the cabinet quality checked. Took delivery of replacement six days later. Again product well packed. Very pleased with the product all furniture very well made.

I have given it 4 stars mainly because the glass doors close with a gap. The shelves are not solid wood but have a veneer covering. One shelf was slightly damaged but stuck down the veneer with wood glue.On a plus: delivery was efficient and the guys very kindly unpacked and placed the unit in place.

Not bad value for money however the back of the display cabinet is of much poorer quality wood, boardering on flimsy. Am not particularly fond of the big gap between the doors. However it holds the contents it was bought for but I think I would prefer something of a much better build quality.

Unfortunately the first cabinet was damaged when it arrived but was replaced quickly, the delivery men were very professional as they unpacked the cabinet and put it in place .The cabinet is very strong and sturdy , i was even able to buy a couple of spare shelfs .Many thanks.

It is a bit flimsy compared to what I was expecting, it arrived damaged and I was a little disappointed about how the damage is being dealt with. The hinges are very weak and seem to bend easily. I was expecting it to be a bit more solid and to have less vaneer than it has.

A superb piece of furniture though it came with some of the shelves supports missing which means we cannot use it yet! They have been sent to us but I guess that there is a delay with it being Xmas! It fits perfectly in our new living room and we are very pleased with it

Excellent quality and delivery. Item was unpacked in van to avoid polystyrene on our carpet. Unit was put exactly where we requested it and then the shelves were installed just at the height we requested. I cannot find any fault with manufacture, delivery or care.

Very delighted with this unit and impressed that there was directions and fixtures to secure the unit against the wall . I have purchased furniture in the past from other suppliers where this advice was not given excellent quality and value

So pleased with cabinet, exactly as the picture and it matches my bookcase.Was worried when it arrived as one corner of the package was ripped. Delivery men took a photo of the good side and not the ripped side!! But am delighted with it.

Nice piece of furniture at a reasonable price, good comms with Cotswold company who kept me informed at all stages, including when delivery was running late. Delivery team were polite and unboxed the furniture and put it in place.

I sent it back because it would not stand straight against the wall .Also have had many items from you in the past year always been happy with the service but this last time the men left me with loads to vacum up after .

We are very pleased with this Display Cabinet it is very good quality. Delivery was very good and packing covering this cabinet was excellent and protected it during shipping. Would certainly recommend this company.

The furniture is wonderful, fortunately I am waiting for two shelves that were missing. Having said that the customer services were prompt and courteous with my complaint. I would still by their products

Reading good unit but could do with an extra shelf or option to order an extra shelf.Magnets on doors are a bit strong compared with strength of handles and one did pull off, but was easy to clip back on.

One of the top doors was fitted out of square and two magnetic catches were broken. However, customer services were more than generous and also supplied some replacement hinges and magnetic catches.

No complaints about the quality of the Cabinet, made very well. However, would have liked the option of another shelf. Delivery guys great and worth paying the extra to remove packaging.

Lovely solid cabinet, looks fab in our lounge. Would have been nice though if there was the option to purchase additional shelves for this unit as we could have done with 2 more.

Very pleased with products, furniture is of excellent quality and well finished and reasonably priced ,service from Cotswold Co was also excellent as was delivery process.

Extremely good quality at a very reasonable price. Good features such as roundeed corners Similr items appear to be much more expensive elsewhere

Nice item but really needs securing to wall as could easily topple over as not very stable. Quality of the furniture is really good though.

5 stars for build quality and 5 stars for value for money. This cabinet is exactly what we were looking for! Great customer service too.
