At 66 kg, I found the medium firmness supportive enough on my back, though I had reservations: it would not be my first choice if I needed a bit more support in that position. On my side, there was the soft give I wanted around my hip and shoulder. The surface also felt pleasantly cool to lie on, which stood out to me as someone who tends to feel warm.

Omg I have never owned a Tempur mattress before and so when I stayed at my sisters it was brilliant as she had one. To say it was the best nights sleep I've ever had was an understatement. So that is why I bought this one.

Disappointed that the claims of extra cooling mattress cover didn't work for me. I tried this 21cm on the advice from a Tempur UK agent having already returned a 30cm Tempur cooling mattress that was so hot. The advice was that I wouldn't sink in to this 21cm one so much and therefore wouldn't get so hot. Granted I don't sink in as much but it is still way too hot and feels like I'm laying on a heat pad. I also have a cooling mattress protector, cooling sheet and a Tempur cooling duvet but I still cook. The mattress is comfortable and supportive but for 'women of a certain age' it's hot. Luckily we bought this mattress online so under the online trading laws, we can return it as I notified Dreams within 14 days. It's being collected tomorrow although I do have to pay a collection fee.

After trying this mattress in store for the first time, I genuinely couldn't stop thinking about it. I knew it was the one. It is definitely an expensive purchase, so believe me when I say I spent a lot of time trying to find something comparable for less money, but nothing even came close. Since it arrived, both my partner and I have noticed a huge difference. We were constantly waking up with back pain on our old mattress, but that's completely gone now. It's incredibly comfortable and has made such a positive impact on our sleep quality. My only minor issue is finding fitted sheets that are deep enough, so I'm now looking at buying a Tempur fitted sheet. Aside from that, I honestly couldn't recommend this mattress more. It's been worth every penny.

I've been using this mattress for nearly a month and a half now and I love it. I'm really happy with my choice! When trying out mattresses at the Dreams store, the Tempur mattresses really stood out to me. Yes, they're on the pricier end, but you certainly get what you pay for. This mattress is not on the most expensive side of the Tempur scale, making it a bit more affordable than other Tempur models. I've really enjoyed sleeping on it. The mattress hugs my curves really comfortably without being too squishy or too firm. Long may it continue to be comfortable!

We are delighted with our Tempur Smart cool mattress . We chose medium which is perfect for us both. It gives us such a good night's sleep and gives us comfort and support that we both needed. We received the Tempur offer at the time of complimentary pillows , mattress cover and duvet which has been an added bonus. I cannot recommend these products enough. We can now look forward to a good nights sleep instead of tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. I have rheumatoid arthritis and Tempur is an absolute blessing for me. Thank you.

Thought long and hard about buying a tempur, as I've always had a traditional pocket sprung mattress. Was worried a memory foam would be too hot to sleep in. But I finally committed to the purchase with the new cool topping. I've had no issues with over heating and getting a very comfortable, good nights sleep. One month in and I can say a purchase that I do not regret, so comfortable. The only downside, I don't want to get out of bed now.

The Tempur mattress is definitely something you need to get used to and feels very weird at first. However, I no longer find myself waking up during the night needing to roll over and never wake up with a stiff neck and hips.
