Oakland 2 over 3 Chest of Drawers

It is not often I take the time to offer a review. But I am extremely happy with this purchase it was exactly what I expected as far as the product was concerned,size, colour, and finish is lovely, and fits exactly where I wanted it to go. Good value for money and the delivery was very good. On time and I was kept informed about the arrival. The packaging was so much that there was no way it would have been damaged in transit. I will buy again from Cotswold, thank you.

Build quality and value for money both five star ( though it was a Sale purchase) and we were very pleased with the men who delivered the chest of drawers who could not have been more helpful. I was in touch by phone to give you this feed back as I am not good on the computer, but I hope that this is what you want. Please no further e-mails - we are in our eighties and will not be wanting any more furniture - only had to replace a chest which was found to have woodworm!

This 3+2 chest of drawers is a high quality product manufactured to be low cost yet look far more expensive. In my case quality was let down slightly by a minor defect on the top surface of one of the drawer fronts. Cotswold customer service reacted immediately and offered an immediate replacement, refund or discount. A replacement drawer wasn't offered as manufacturing variations may mean another drawer doesn't fit perfectly. I would nevertheless gladly buy again.

I would have given a higher rating but the drawer bottoms were a disappointment as they were slatted rather than solid and one was cut round a knot which has made the bottom very flimsy, time will only tell as to how long the bottoms of the drawers will last but don't put anything heavy in them! Bit of a con on the delivery was told furniture was in but then charged for quicker delivery as free would be another 2 weeks!

First one delivered was damaged. I sent pictures of damage to them. They had no hesitation in sending me another one a few days later. Superbly packaged just like the first one. I was really impressed with the chest of drawers, solidly built and well made. I have no hesitation in recommending Cotswold to friends and family.In my opinion the item represents value for money. Keep up the good work.

The Chest of Drawers arrived safe and sound were exactly as described in brochure .Quality perfect and they fitted straight into the place we had created.Great product ,great customer service .We have purchased several items from Cotswold during the last six years and we will continue to do so as we have never been disappointed .D&M Jenkinson Barnsley South Yorkshire 7/02/2020

Disappointingly small drawer space , to be honest .But nice looking wood and well made. We would like to have known about the decorative 'groove' along the top surface. It is not shown in picture. We would not have bought this product if we had seen it, partly due to aesthetics and partly because it is not practical - it is likely to collect dust and dirt etc.

The chest of drawers was lovely. It was true to colour and just what we wanted. It was amazingly well packaged!!! Unfortunately it arrived with a small flaw. One of the decorative studs was missing, and another was misshapen. We were offered money off the item and a pack of replacement studs. Everything was dealt with promptly. Great customer service!

A beautiful piece of furniture which matches 2 or3 other s in our second bedroom. I am delighted to have bought it; it looks so rich and beautifully made. The 2 lads who delivered it were very careful and carried the item right to the room of my choice. They were very polite and pleasant and I am so happy to have purchased from the Cotswold Co.

I was disappointed with the inconsistent gaps of up to 7mm on the top panel and contacted Customer Services who dealt promptly with the situation, a replacement unit being delivered on 03 December. Replacement just delivered and although better, leaves a lot to be desired (in my opinion).Looks like Quality Control could do with tightening!

Well made and finished piece of furniture. I am very pleased with this purchase. Easy to use process and short delivery time. However the delivery men had forgotten to collect shoe covers and declined to remove their shoes on the grounds of Health and Safety. I was somewhat concerned about this. Fortunately it was a dry day.

The quality is formidable. Extraordinarily high. However, the colour of the wood was not what we thought. It is more yellow than we would have liked. I was buying for my son, so I didn't want anything too old fashioned looking and while everything is good, the colour of the wood did put us off slightly.

2/3 and 3/4 Lovely chests , my first purchase in Years ! And I am soo pleased with them. The nest of tables were for my living room , but my son liked them as bedside tables because they are taller. So might have to buy more! Delivery men very polite and helpful. And didn't arrive too early !

Good set of draws. Second one we have bought and looks good, solidly made. Only problem is the delivery guys. Last time they damaged two items out of three and this time they abandoned our draws in our very small hallway, upside down! Made it very difficult to move!

Absolutely lovely chest of drawers. Some imperfections but like stated it adds to the character and this makes it more individual. Im always slightly apprehensive about buying furniture without seeing it in person but you will not be disappointed

2000 Pocket Spring 4ft 6" Double Mattress. Very high quality, well made, lovely thick mattress. Firm but comfortable. Communication and delivery first class. Not my first purchase from Cotswold and certainly won't be my last.

Very good quality and value. Exactly what we wanted.Delivery people were not to the same standard though. They hit their van on our gate post on the way in and scraped our walls in the house while carrying boxes in.
